La Terrace 600 Plaza Motel - هوليوود

My daughter and I extended a business trip and stayed here. The location of the motel is so perfect. You are right in the middle of the Broadwalk. Shops, food and drink anytime. Everything is within walking distance. Love all of the live music all day and at night. The motel is older and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough, you are not sleeping on 600 thread count sheets!!! It has a full kitchen and very roomy. For the price and the location, it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

The office is always closed, I can hardly find the service people. When I get there laterly, no body in the office, no one tell me which is my room. I'm NOT satify this motel. It's really a MOTEL.

The location is great, they provided parking, and private patio. The unit itself was okay for a 1 night stay only.

This is not somewhere you go if you want 5 star up scale. This is a place you go if your into the beach scene and locals. Loved the motel!

Amazing hotel! Great location, and great rooms

Personally, this happened to be the perfect spot for my weekend get away. The hotel was clean and comfy and even supplied with soap and toothpaste which I forgot to bring. The location cant be any closer to the water otherwise you will be swimming to your room. The location is great for walking around, strolling the area, drinking at the bars, and eating at the restaurants.. I had such a pleasant time. AND they were nice enough to hold on to my Jean Jacket that i had accidentally left in the room.. super nice.

I loved this Motel and will definitely return!!! Now it is a 2 star hotel - no fancy room service or high end amenities but the location is fabulous. There are only 12 suites that share the enormous balcony right outside the rooms so there is a real intimate feel. I was a bit apprehensive from some of the other reviews however I'm glad I ignored them and stepped outside of my comfort zone. The management went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and waking up just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean made up for any perceived/real lack in amenites. Location was the best !!! Next time I will book one of the two one bedroom suites and bring the kids... maybe not - I may keep this one for myself :)

Clean, great location on the beach, great view, free parking, fair price for beach front, could use some minor maintenance (window locks, screens, window blinds). Not all rooms face the terrace and ocean, stayed in room #2, it does not face the ocean, but does open onto the terrace. Had small fridge. many beach front restaurants within short walking distance on the boardwalk. can check in at the t-shirt shop underneath. Good for a night or two, hot shower, comfortable bed, no elevator, not fancy. Doubt we would spend a week there. wall a/c which we didn't need.

Poor to say the least I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially someone who is handicapped.. Little to no service. Remote was broken Air-conditioner had one Movement freezing. Two days I was there in the evening till the next morning at 9 o'clock There was no persons on the premises. Lose your key your Out of luck. One redeeming factor the hotel is right on the beach. The location is excellent you are near everything with a small drive.

WOW! Another great stay at Le Terrace (over the Thanksgiving holiday) we enjoyed the place so much that we extended our stay to enjoy even more of what Hollywood Beach has to offer. The quaint little restaurants along the boardwalk serve great food and many have drink specials on your favorite beverages also, the free concerts are always lots of fun! We just returned from 20 days on a Mediterranean Cruise and this hotel/city has the same charm of any we found in Europe! Thanks Moti, you are a great host!

Old dirty poor service good location

Rooms could use some maintenance. Great views from the terrace overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Near many dining choices and nightlife. We will definitely stay there again next in lauderdale.

Not pretty on the outside, but clean and functional on the inside. Great location and would definitely stay again.

When coming to South Florida for business I decided to take in the local flavor and enjoy a beach front room. I was not disappointed. Hollywood Beach Broadwalk has it all - especially La Terrace 600. Great views from the balcony and any type of food you can choose from within a short walk. I would most definitely stay again.

View of the beach is wonderfull.The rooms are not to clean,bath towels every two days toaster had to buy one and coffemaker had to clean it good.Everything in the hotel is old (plates, utensil, glasses,pots and pans).No safe and no pool.

I am personally not too happy with the owner/manager of the hotel.. The first night we arrived was great until we had to shower and found to be NO HOT WATER.. In the morning we went downstairs to advise the owner and he said he would be up in a little bit to check it out.. by the time he came upstairs, 3 family memebers had arrived since we were spending the day at the beach and HE automactically ASSUMED that there was 20 people in the room and wanted to charge us extra!! He was very RUDE and NEVER even said GOOD MORNING, so we had to explain to him that they were only there VISITING for the day!!! so he goes and turns on and off the power to the room, turns around and says "ALL DONE, NOW YOU HAVE HOT WATER" and we left to the beach.. Here comes the night and its time too shower, and BANG.. NO HOT WATER!!! So that only tells me, he didnt fix it in the first place.. It really is a shame that the owner was rude because the location of the room, was an excellent SPOT.. TOO BAD THE OWNER doesnt know how to keep his guests HAPPY and have PROPER MANNERS!!!!

cleanliness of room very bad

Our stay was great as usual; the view from the 2nd floor patio is the best on the beach. We enjoyed the free concerts, beach and trolley service to downtown. I am sure that your stay will be great too! Thank you Moti ! Jim and Sheila

First off, the view of the beach was absolutely gorgeous! BUT... Why were my hotel keys left in an unlocked room? & why were the keys that were left, NOT the freaking keys to the room? So, we get back to the room after midnight thinking we could shower & enjoy a good night's rest... WRONG! After fumbling around in the middle of the night with the wrong key for 15 minutes, I decide to call for assistance that never comes. Supremely inconvenient, to say the least. Not to mention,the room smelled like dog. With a stay like this, compensation is definitely in order,right? Wrong again! Nothing. Not even a free Tshirt? I was thoroughly disappointed. Hey La Terrace 600 Plaza...Thanks, but NO THANKS!

THIS IS AN OLD MOTEL BUT IT IS CLEAN AND ROOMY WITH A SMALL KITCHEN WHICH IS VERY USEFUL. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AS IS THE VIEW. IT RIGHT ON HOLLYWOOD BEACH BOARDWALK WHICH HAS MANY GREAT BARS AND RESTAURANTS AND A WONDERFUL BEACH. I WILL BE BACK!

We stay here whenever we get the chance. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the surrounding area could be compared to any great seaside town in the world. The staff is wonderful they make you feel at home and the local restaurants offer a wide range of food and drink at reasonable prices. This hotel is part of the Hollywood Boardwalk/Broadwalk experience, one that you will enjoy! Be sure to shop downstairs for great deals on beach ware, tell them Jim and Sheila sent you!

Arrived with 3 teenage girls ready to spend time on the beach. Had to call Hotels.com because we did not know where to go to check in. Once we knew to go into the T-shirt store under the hotel.........everything was fine. The room was very (except for the bathtub). Our room had a kitchen, which was great. I had brought our own glasses and paper plates so did not used what was provided. The wireless network worked for us at no cost. Which was another plus...with the girls. The hotel is located RIGHT on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants to walk to and the Johnson St. band shell always has live entertainment nightly. The girls also rented bikes at a nearby place. I had no problem parking, and did not have to pay extra for the spot. The two beds were very comfortable and the girls did not complain. There was a flat screen TV in the room and the remotes worked fine for us. We woke up early to watch the sun rise right outside our room. I will be back.

The hotel is great. Staff was nice and most accommodating. The hotel has the best view of Hollywood Beach from the 2nd floor outdoor terrace. You can see the sun rise from any spot. Beautiful! The rooms are not updated but are clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers.

it was a clean hotel, but the portable a/c did not do the job in keeping it cool at all, the curtains did not block the sun when it came up, and the celing fan was broken, the only thing good was the kitchen the shower the wii fi and the cable tv.. The neighboors had realy loud music from 9am till 11pm at night. We had to tell them to keep it down several times, their was no one from the hotel supervising anything.. Over all my family and I were very uncomfortable there..

Location is superb! Room was warm even with a/c on 24 hrs. per day. "Toucans Restaurant and Bar" offers delicious food. Try the Orange Crush cocktail... yumm!

I travel extensively and stay everywhere from 2-star dives to 5-star resorts. This hotel is perfect for a young couple looking for some fun and do not mind "roughing it" in exchange for getting a good value. On this strip of hotels, I have stayed at the former Ramada and Marriott. This hotel offers a rockstar view of the beach and sunrise that cannot be beat. More like a motel with exterior access, security might be a concern for some. In our unit, the door lock and mechanism were slightly damaged. The room was basic but clean. I stayed there with my wife and 4-year old and had a great time. With quick access to the beach and shops, it was great for us.

this motel sits right above some shops, restaurants and cafes yet is not noisy. it is clean and basic although the decor is slightly dated. there were cooking facilites in our room with a fridge also. the rooms are accessible by some stairs and there are laundry facilites available. the terrace is clean with plenty good chairs and loungers the only thing missing is the pool but 2 seconds takes you to the beach. we have visited Hollywood Beach many times in the past but have stayed in the larger hotels after visiting this motel we would certainly return.

Die Reception war sehr provisorisch eingerichtet aber alles funktionierte, Parkplätze für das Auto waren vorhanden, was sehr wichtig ist!!! Die Lage ist sensationel, mit Aussicht auf den Hollywoodbeach, liegt das Hotel am Strandweg wo sich das ganze (Nacht)Leben abspielt. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, was durch alles andere aber wieder wettgemacht wird, grosse Terrasse mit Liegestühlen vorhanden.

Enkelt og greit motell. Det ordnet seg etter hvert med gratis parkering. Gikk en stund før vi fant resepsjonen i en t-skjorte butikk. Sentralt på stranden, men mye støy om kvelden.

Lækker placering ud til stranden, udmærket værelse, men på et pensionist feriested ca. 20 km syd fra Miami.

Schlimmer gehts eigentlich nicht, sowas bin ich als begeisterter Floridaurlauber nicht gewöhnt. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, so dass wir erst einmal Waschbecken, Toilette sowie Geschirr und Besteck geputzt bzw. abgewaschen haben. Duschen gegangen sind wir nur auschließlich mit Badelatschen bekleidet und auch sonst haben wir uns nicht getraut barfuß durch das Zimmer zu gehen. Die Klimanalage oder was auch immer das sein sollte (war wohl aus 1922 oder so) war so dermaßen laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten konnte, den TV nicht verstehen konnte und in der nacht dachte, dass Bett stünde direkt neben einem LKW mit laufendem Motor. Da halfen auch Ohropax , Kissen und Handtuch auf dem Kopf nicht. Der Aufgang zum Zimmer erfolgte vorbei an Mülltonnen, die entsetzlich stanken und wo wir auch von einer kakerlake nett begrüßt wurden. Im Zimmer besuchte uns dann auch noch der eine oder andere Käfer. Ach hatte ich schon die ganzen Haare erwähnt, die im Bad auf dem Boden sowie im Bett zu finden waren !?! Also wir waren vor diesem 3 tägigen Horroraufenthalt 2,5 Wochen in Bradenton am Golf von Mexiko und alles war wunderschön, so wie man Florida kennt und liebt. Aber diese drei Tage zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubs haben uns die Laune gründlich vermiest, so dass es uns das erste Mal leicht fiel, als wir endlich unseren Heimflug antreten durften. Und das schlimme ist, jetzt wo ich wieder zu Hause bin und Fotos des Hotels von Reiseveranstaltern sehe und die Beschreibungen dazu im nachhinein lese, würde ich dieses mistige Motel wieder buchen !!! Respekt also an den Fotografen bzw. Bildbearbeiter sowie den Verfasser der Berichte! Also allen Urlaubern, die vorhaben sich dort ein paar Tage einzumieten kann ich nur raten, laßt euich nicht von der ersten reihe am Strand überzeugen, mietet lieber ein Hotel ein Stück weiter weg vom Strand, da kommt ihr besser bei weg, aber laßt die Finger von dem "wunderschönen" La Terazza Plazza oder wie auch immer! P.S. hätte ich schon fast vergessen: der Verm
