Great experience! Their customer service was wonderful..I highly recommend staying here! We had a minor issue with the AC in our room, and that was fixed immediately.

This hotel isn't the best, it's just the best of what you have to choose from. The property is in dire need of updating as the tired interior finishes make the place feel less than clean. Housekeeping staff is pleasant but no attention to detail. All staff is very pleasant and are the icing on a cake that has been long picked over.

From the service to the food to the room, the stay was wonderful. I always stay in the Embassy when attending any function at the Convention Center.

Very Enjoyable--Easy drive to Oaklawn Race Track.

The hotel itself is beautiful - very well maintained and directly across the street from Summit Arena. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately we were located directly by the elevators and skywalk entrance - trust me, if they put you in this room, CHANGE ROOMS! It's a very busy area and VERY loud. The only problems we experienced were that we had to call for housekeeping to come service the room at 4:00 on Saturday because they never came. The front desk seemed put out that we even requested it. We also made the mistake of using valet parking. The valet is never there! Don't waste your time (because you WILL be waiting a long time to get your car back) or your money by using valet parking. There is PLENTY of parking around the hotel - for free! We arrived late and it was dark so we didn't realize that at the time. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Negatives: For the price this room was not worth it....the water would not drain from the bathtub, or sink......the matress was hard and very uncomfortable.....I will not return to this hotel! Positives:The restaurant host,waiters and other kitchen staff were excellent and were the bright spot of my stay....the food was also very good!

The stay was nice, but the food at the breakfast buffet and dinner restaurant left little to be desired. The breakfast potatoes were stale. tasted like they where yesterdays reheated. The coffee was nestcaf instant syrup coffee both in the buffet and in the overpriced dinner restaurant. Hard to believe that such a fine hotel resorts to instant coffee for their guest wihen so many of the other features are of such high quality. The hotel bedding and linen were very good as was the overall decor.....Just found it amazing that my wife and I could not get a decent cup of coffee.

While sitting at the Manager's Reception where there was food and drink being served, we saw a very small mouse running around through the fzux greenery. I told the bartender and he joked about it being Mickey Mouse. I don't see the humor in mice where breakfast is to be served and eaten the next morning! Due to this, we did not have the "free" breakfast. As the mouse was so small, I can only assume the mother and others were nearby.

Good hotel, though price a little high for Hot Springs

My room had hairs, snot and spilled drinks about the room. The restaurant took 20 minutes to get my steak to me and it was bad. I do not recommend this location.

We brought our grandchildren (8 & 13) for a winter get away. The pool area is very nice. Room service was prompt. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative review was the free breakfast buffet. They didn't keep the hot foods stocked or the tables cleaned fast enough for the number of hotel guests. Perhaps there wasn't enough staff for the large # of hotel guests. We had a good time though.

We stayed at Embassy suites for the weekend and the hotel was wonderful. It was clean,the staff was very friendly and helpful. The happy hour and breakfast are a big plus. They have a cortesy vehicle that took us to dinner and picked us up. I will definetly stay there when we return to Hot Springs

Love this hotel! The luxury bedding, manager's happy hour, and made-to-order breakfast make the extra u pay worth ur money. And the hotel shuttle ices the cake! Went to the races with 10 other couples and had a great weekend!

Stayed over Christmas visiting local family. The hotel is very well kept and cared for. Hot Springs is an older town and this is by far the nicest hotel in the area. Rooms are big with seperated living room and bedroom meaning you can easily sleep 4 with plenty of room. Fridge and microwave allow storage of snacks and such.Room itself is very good and comfortable. My only complaint is breakfast. It was the holiday so hoping it was just due to staffing, but big crowd, not much food available and not much staff to actually prepare food. Very aggressive in cleaning tables and such - but food prep was an issue. Normally not a big concern, but not many other options nearby and the meal is included in the price. Not enough to not stay here again but worth pointing out. Managers reception is very cool.

The room was great, the breakfast was very nice, and the manager's reception in the evening was a very nice addition. We didn't try the pool or hot tub area.

Was a little disappointed in the location. While it was quite close to the Convention Center; the downtown was a little far to walk.

We couldn't have asked for anything better.

The hotel was nice and near downtown. However, I was disappointed with the Manager's reception--there were only chips and salsa. It's not really something that can be called a reception.

Have never paid this much for a hotel stay before but it was well worth the price. Suite was very nice and roomy. The made to order hot breakfast was a real treat as well as the evening Manager's Special. Didn't enjoy my food at the hotel restaurant but there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. overall good experience. will stay here again. I had only one complaint to the front desk about the loud lobby music that woke me up at 5:30 on my last morning there!

The stay was great, room and breakfast wonderful. My only feeling of unhappiness came with the managers reception in the evening. Yes there were free drinks at the 'bar' if you were patient enough for the 1 bartender to handle 200 guests, My dismay was the reception 'finger food'. This was potato chips and dip. Sort of cheap from past experiences with managers receptions. Need to lower the rates - the perks have been reduced!

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had to be at the convention center and it was connected which made it very convenient. Just a couple of blocks from the main shopping area (old store style). You still might want to drive if you are older to the shops. The hotel is on a bit of a hill so getting back to the hotel requres an uphill walk. Definitely will stay here again!!!

Service was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely be back

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly. Lot of great perks for staying here and definetly felt the warm welcome here.

Location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities. Cooked to order breakfast every morning, available til 10:30. Complimentary drinks with small selection of snacks in the evening (5:30 - 7:00. I think). Already planning on going back.

Very nice room, excellent breakfast

We were very pleased with our stay. The only complaint we had was no Wi-Fi in the room.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

This hotel was so friendly, beautiful, convenient and absolutely perfect. We came for the Hot Springs Motorcycle Rally. Usually very nice establishments have a tendency to "judge" motorcyclists. Not this hotel. They treated us VERY well. They were willing to help us with any questions we had about the Hot Springs area, provided riders with towels every morning to wipe our bikes down. Their open beverage time with snack was fantastic. Also, the breakfast omlets were delicious. We will stay here again.

The hotel was clean, in good repair, had excellent friendly service.

We really enjoyed having a lot of indoor space with a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast bufffet and evening drinks made it possibel to eat breakfst before shopping in the morning and then relax with a drink before dinner in the evening. Definitely will stay here again. We enjoyed the motocyle rally this weekend even though we were not participants.

My husband and I really needed a few days away. This hotel was just what we needed! The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was amazing with two TVs, the bed was comfortable, the living room set up was great. We enjoyed the FREE breakfast bar every morning. Get down there early, it does get busy. But it is worth it. The food is hot and good. Everything you could want on a breakfast bar. Amazing! The managers special in the evening was a delight! Two FREE drinks per guest each night with snacks in the lobby. This is not just for the adults, there were a lot of family members with kids and they were all having a great time. Piano bar on one side of the lobby was a lot of fun as well and TVs all about. Also, close to downtown. You can walk, but they have a shuttle that will take you downtown and pick you up at no cost to you. The customer serverce is the best I have seen in a long time!! The get an A+ from me!!

Very good hotel close to down town Central Ave., though it was very crowded and busy during our weekend stay there. Lines for breakfast were long but will definitely will stay again at this one.
