Abalonia - أوجونكويت

Jimmy is a great host, and this property is well kept and very centrally located in Main Street in Ogunquit. I needed a lovely place to stay en route from Boston to a conference in Portland, and this was perfect. My only concern was the noise level - even though it was a midweek night and nobody was staying above me, the noise from the neighboring room -especially going in and out - was bothersome. I suppose that's a risk of an older property (although the place has been completely renovated and isn't at all shabby).

One night stay in Abalonia on the way up to Camden Maine. Hotel spotless, location perfect and service excellent. Jimmy really goes out of his way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Just sorry we could'nt have stayed a little longer.

We were driving down the coast of Maine and passed through the town on our way to Boston. The area was so pretty we decided to stop for the night on our way back. This Inn immediately caught our eye! It couldn't have been more perfect. The location is fantastic, everything is walking distance! The proprietor, Jimmy, was incredibly friendly and helped us plan out our stay. The rooms are beautiful with exposed beams in the main house. We have already started working on when we will be able to come back.

The Abalonia was the perfect spot to stay in Ogunquit. It's small, very clean, and so accommodating. The service was absolutely fantastic, the location was right in the middle of town with everything within perfect walking distance. Great spot to stay!

Jimmy is great. Hopefully during the off season new towels will be purchased. We will stay at abalones again. Perfect host and location

This was the perfect Inn to stay at for our first trip to Maine. The Inn and surrounding town made the experience memorable, and I will definitely be returning to the Abalonia in Ogunquit Maine for my next weekend getaway.

This is a very nice little inn that is cute, clean and in a great location to walk to the shops or handy to the beach. A great value for the price.

The room we had, for over $250 a night, was a fraction of an attic. Couldn't get around the bed-- in fact, you could only get into the very uncomfortable bed from one side. One small dresser, no closet. An outrage really. I feel really ripped off.I've stayed in infinitely better places in Ogunquit.I don't care if it's near the ocean in peak season-- it's disgraceful to charge so much ( & I'm someone willing to pay a lot for a nice, comfortable room) for so much discomfort that guests feel angry & unhappy about having stayed there.

Excellent place with very clean, spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and a brilliant location. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants, and there is plenty to do in immediate area. Since it's on Rt 1, it's also easy to use it as a home base and range out to explore the wider area. Very highly recommended.

Stay at the Abalonia if you are going to be in Ogunquit. Right in the middle of the town, walk to the beach, shops, restos, and the Marginal Way. This place is brand newly renovated, gorgeous, charming, comfortable, cozy, clean. Jimmy, the person at reception, helped us with everything. He has a wealth of info and is so happy to help. We want to return here ASAP! Go, go, go!

This little inn just opened and it couldn't be nicer. It is right down the road from Bar Harbor! Lots of lovely little shops nearby and the house is delightful. Enjoy the fire pit in the front yard! It's an affordable gem.

Das kleien Hotel mit 17 Zimmern wurde in 2012 komplett renoviert. Einfach und sehr nett. Jimmy, der Manager ist sehr nett umd hilfsbereit. Der Ort Ogunquit ist der Hit: sehr gepflegt, nette Restaurants und Bars und eine traumhafte Lage. Nur von Mai bis Oktober geöffnet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir nicht noch eime grössere Tour vor uns gehabt hätten, dann wären wir sehr gerne noch geblieben.

Très très bon accueil de Jimmy, on ne se croit pas dans un hôtel impersonnel c'est ce qui nous a tout de suite plu! Les chambres sont de bon rapport qualité-prix, les environs sont très agréables et Jimmy saura vous indiquer les bonnes adresses du coin! Je le recommande fortement!
