It was informed to me by one of the housekeeping staff that if we want our room to be cleaned then it has to be done before 1 pm else they will clean it the next day. Over all the experience was good, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful

The overall experience at osborne was NEGATIVE.Very rude service at the restaurant area near the pool (of course we did not use any other service).

This hotel is of a very very poor standard. Rooms are dirty, unsafe and in need of some repair/upgrade. We arrived and were shown a room which wasn't fit to stay in. We asked to see a better roomn and were told there were no other rooms. When we said we were leaving and wouldn't take the booking we were shown another room that was just as bad. The lady on reception had a bad attitude.

This is an excellent Resort. You have a choice of staying in one of the 3 buildings. Large rooms- one TV room and one bedroom with AC. Also a large bathroom with 24hr hotwater. Also available are 3 swim pools. Nightly entertainment is provided but could be better. Not much for children to do except swim. Taxi available outside the resort hotel. 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins to local shops. 30 mins walk from Calangute Centre.

I had lovely time in goa, but the hotel itself was very basic. The room was damp and moldy. The staff is too loud by the rooms no chance to sleep in the mornings from 6.30.am. Quite dissapointed as i experienced very low quality for the money I paid.

I have picked out hotels from websites but this was by far the worst experience ever!!!! The hotel has nothing that it claims to offer. the pool that is shown in the picture is out of service. The staff is not at all bothered, could not speak to the manager for the 2 days I stayed there.... there was no TV only in our room and staff claimed that there was supposed to be non. No back up for electricity either - worst hey don't even provide the mosquito coil. The website would be better off de-listing this hotel to hold to their reputation.

We had booked 3 rooms in theresort. We did not enjoy our stay in osborne at all. I was told that there was room service when i made the booking, but when i went there it was not available. The first night we spent there, we were not given any blankets. My children were literally shiverring. Morning after putting up a fight we were given blankets that were torn and literrally had huge holes in them. The swimming pool was closed for maintainance and the pool that they said we could use was very small. One of the receptionists was very rude. I seriously wish i had chosen a better place than this resort.

we have been during the early season and lot of things were being painted, repaired.... but anyway we had a very good time.

Overall it was a decent hotel when compared to tariff. If you are one of those who like to explore places instead of just staying indoors then you will enjoy...not that u can't stay too long within this property.. We went in off season(june '12) so the mood was quite relaxed in whole of Goa & understandably in Hotel also. Pool table was never open..guess they remain closed in off season..decent size Swimming pool was what made our stay interesting. Food was okay..we had planned not to eat at one restaurant anyways. Guys just make sure u carry enough cash coz not many shops/resto-bars accept Cards including some lavish looking ones too..For the price we paid, wouldn't mind coming back to same hotel....(planning for this December itself!!)

Not much of a resort/hotel Just an average room to stay. No room service and getting even water to drink is tough. Housekeeping is average too. Breakfast is an insult to buffet breakfasts. Just Omlette and Poori/Sabji.

As per the booking in all the rooms they have mentioned that TV is available in all the rooms but they have not provided the TV when we ask for that they told us to contact you people I contact you people Three times and told the situation they told us to wait on phone and they keep me on waiting long time and after that cut the phone & single Fan is not sufficient for the Room & Fan is very slow.

I booked bed and breakfast at the Osborne Hotel for a week. On arrival, I was allocated a large double room in basic condition, bed appeared old, fan too high to feel any breeze, dirty bathroom. I immediately complained and the next day was allocated a room next door on the same floor which was literally five star, beautiful clean floor tiles, clean bathroom with hot water anytime, a small balcony overlooking the pool. The air-conditioning and fan working perfectly, lovely clean twin beds. I enjoyed my stay, very helpful staff.money exchange nearby and good clean eating places, will definitely be visiting and staying at the Osborne

A very good budget hotel, conveniently located, and with a good overall service. Breakfast was a bit miserly though in terms of the items on offer in the Buffet, but can't crib about it much considering the overall package price we paid for the room. A must for all people who wish to stay in a clean and nice environment without having to shell out those extra bucks on other fancy hotels in the neighbourhood.

Very Decent place for a stay. Best in this category of Budget.

Great hotel, nice and clean rooms, good faciliteres and excellent service, a perfect place for relaxing! But I went with my friend, and we are both 24 years old, and all the other guests where over 40 and couples, so if you are looking fore some "fun with younger people", dont choose this hotel. But VERY good in total...

It's a right choice to choose my stay at Osborne Holiday Resorts through www.hotels.com. Actually i booked the room for 3 days after seeing the ambience and location of the resorts i extended for another 3 more days. It's very close to all the most happening beaches in GOA.

basic well run hotel staff went out of their way to help inside and outside the hotel to make sure we enjoyed a great time will be going back all i can say is well done to the manger and his staff

We arrived a couple of hours early to the hotel and were allowed to checkin as the rooms were already ready Everything was in place, it was clean, spacious with running water A functional swimming pool, breakfast in the morning, water filter at reception to fill up empty bottles Reception helped us hire bikes for a decent price It is a 5 minute ride away from calungute beach and within 20 mins of other main beaches like baga and anjuna The far north or south beaches were equally accessible like vagator, arambol, panolim Locals are friendly and can direct you where you need to go

Hotelli oli hintaansa nähden hyvä, sijainti hyvä, lähellä kauppoja,skootterin vuokrausta,rantaankin oli 10min kävely ja muutenkin yleisilmeeltään hyvä hotelli. Ainut asia oli huoneen siivoaminen, joka alkoi muutaman sanomis kerran jälkeen onnistuua. Toinen miinus puoli oli kylpyhuoneeseen tulleet muurahaiset. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja neuvoivat asiassa kuin asiassa.
