لقد كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، ولكنها كانت صغيرة إلى حد ما، ومع ذلك فكانت تحوي كل ما يمكن أن أحتاج إليه، حتى وإن كان بها شرفة صغيرة مخصصة للتدخين، وهو ما لم أكن أعرف أنني حصلت عليه وقت تسجيل الدخول، أما الفندق فيقع بالقرب مباشرة من محطة مترو "Pasteur M12"، كما أنه كان يقع على بعد 30 دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام من برج إيفل، وكنيسة نوتر دام. سوف أقيم به بكل تأكيد في زيارتي القادمة لباريس.

إنهم يدعون أن لديهم مجففات شعر هوائية...لا هذا ليس صحيحا على الإطلاق، فليس هناك أكثر من مجفف واحد موديل السبعينيات، والذي هو ليس سوى انتفاخ يصدر عنه بعض الهواءً، وهذا فقط إن استطعت أن تمسك بالخرطوم لفترة كافية دون أن تتسبب في حرق يدك بسبب مسكك إياه، إن كابينة الدوش بمنزلي اكبر من الحمام هناك بالكامل. ولقد طلبنا بعض الثلج، ولكنك لا يمكن أن تحصل إلى على طبق صغير من الثلج، كان يجب أن نقوم بمزيد من البحث قبل أن نقيم هناك.

We liked this hotel. It was across the Pasteur metro stop so perfect to hop on a train to go anywhere. The hotel was quiet and we liked the breakfast in french style. Instead of living in a american style Marriott we chose this hotel because it was very French style. The breakfast room was very cute and we enjoyed the french breakfast. There are few cafes/Boulangeries within walkable distance. There is also a small market across the street so nice to buy any bottle water/bottle wine. Eiffel tower is 1.5 km and perfect distance to go for a run to the tower and come back. The hotel was clean, location was perfect and staff was very friendly and nice. This is a perfect hotel to stay in and do the sightseeing all day as we pretty much go back to hotel to fresh up or sleep. We will come back again to this hotel!

It's not overly elegant, but I didn't expect that for the price. Overall the hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. The room was small but comfortable. We ate breakfast twice, and it was fine, though we saved a lot of money going across the street to a terrific Boulanger (Bakery), once they reopened. They did sell cold water, etc., but were quick to point out that it was cheaper at the supermarket, which was within a couple of blocks. The hotel is very convenient to the Metro, which we used quite a bit.

Hotel Innova was a truly wonderful experience. The concierge was very helpful and understandable of my limited French speaking abilities. The hotel is conveniently located less than half a block from the Metro making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again and when my friends visit Paris, I will recommend they stay here. Thanks again Innova!!!

The Innova hotel is a good value for what you receive. Nothing fancy. The room and bathroom are small like all Paris hotels but it is clean and located right next to a metro station so the location is very convenient. The staff spoke English. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good place to stay - close to Montparnasse train station and Luxembourg gardens for a stroll. Very nice staff, clean bedroom and quiet environment. I would recommend and come back. Thank you

A very good place to stay a night if coming in on the TGV train from the south of France and catching the bus to Charles de Gaulle airport in the morning. Very tiny room, even for one person, but clean and convenient; located in a pleasant area with nearby restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the station downhill and then 12 minutes uphill to the bus; friendly staff, and mine was an air conditioned room, recommend

Very pleased with this hotel. Close to a Pasteur metro and bus lines. Walking distance to a well stocked grocery store. Very nice boulangerie across the street. Staff could speak English. Would highly recommend this hotel.

room needs airconditioning. Very hot n stuffy in june. Otherwise clean n convenient location. Breakfast bit pricey altho tasty. Good thing with the free wifi.

booked this room because it was close to the montparnasse station - the front desk people were great because they spoke slowly and clearly (which helped my not-so-good french). plus, when i contacted them the next day to find out if the earrings i accidentally left behind had been found, they said yes and offered to send them to me. based on later experiences with french hotels, this is really impressive customer service, so thumbs up to innova!

Hi, Innova is a well situated hotel being near the metro and easy to access from the airport (CDG) by train which is far more inexpensive than using a taxi. From the walking point of view, its near enough for the most of the main attractions and if you find yourshelf tired walking, take the easy-to-use metro. There are plenty of stations all around Paris. The hotel personnel is helpful and kind with adequate english. The pricey breakfast, which do not go with the room, is worth the money. Paris is expensive. If the room, as in our case, is in the first floor and on the traffic side, it is very noisy 24/7. Better be tired as hell, as we were, when getting to bed. So if you are thin-skinned in that respect ask a room from the nontraffic side. Shower, WiFi, TV (BBC, CNN), heating and cleaning worked as they should, though some sings of usage sticked out at first. Also if you are very large person, you my have some difficulties to fit into the shower. All in all, this was a working choise for us to get acquainted, the first time, with Paris.

Arriving at Gare Montparnasse, I had no trouble finding the hotel, about a 10 minute walk away. The lobby host was congenial and informative about what I could find in the neighborhood. He spoke English, which helped me. The room was smallish but just what I needed - I was passing through Paris on my way to the CdG airport. Though not luxurious, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was worth the cost, as I did not have a lot of time to find the local alternatives. The morning attendant gave me good information about how to get to CDG via the Metro, which was right out in front of the hotel.

It was close to the train station, the front desk staff were helpful. However, the cleaning staff in the morning were very noisy as well as the rooms not being sound proof. It just depends on what kind of guests are there, but some were really noisy and I was up several nights.

A comfortable hotel for a short stay. Close to Metro.

Innova is a small hotel in a nice location (directly in front of the Pasteur metro stop), but pretty worn down. The rooms are simple, not too small, but again, everything is old, and extremely worn down. Don't be fooled by the pictures, that's not what it looks like! The oldness would not have bothered me that much if I had known, and paid less for my room. For the price, you can do better.

We stayed at Hotel Innova this past weekend, and were very impressed with it. The price was great, and the room was clean. The staff was very courteous. The air conditioner unit in our room worked very well, which helped a lot, since it was pretty warm in Paris during our visit! The walk to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel took about 20-30 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budget, and looking for a nice, clean, basic hotel room in Paris - we were very pleased with our experience!

This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was extremely courteous. It was much nicer than I expected from a 2 star hotel. I've actually stayed in 4 stars that paled in comparison. The location is the only thing that one needs to consider when booking. It is located directly next to the metro line that takes you to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees which is nice. But, it is far from the action and requires the metro if you don't want to walk 45 mins to the closest touristy spot.

The hotel was clean, close to a metro station so that we could get about easily. We checked out before 12:00pm but our flight was not until later in the evening but they let us leave our luggage behind to pick up later. The rooms were clean and kept clean. There is a rent a bike scheme just outside the hotel although we never tried that. Overall I would say a pleasant stay for a short trip to Paris and if your on a tight budget.

Though the room is very clean, but there's no air- conditioning. It is very warm especially in the afternoon. Though I could open the window to cool down the room, the noise from the traffic is bad, and there's a constant clock bell from a nearby church. Just unable to take a nap during the day, especially after a long flight and having jet-lag.

Great location for visits to Musee Rodin, Invalides, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is very accommodating. Our only complaint is the noise level on the street.

I only stayed in the hotel for a very short evening. On arrival at around 11pm the evening security was helpful, had no trouble finding my booking ior confirming it was already paid. On the front side of the hotel roms have a small balcony, but there is only the view to the street. breakfast was fairlt standard continental breakfast with a small basket of 2 bread rolls per person and a pot of coffee provided by housekeeper, but unlimited cereal, fruit, jam ham & cheese. 9 euro for brek was maybe a bit high, but you are in central paris! Very easy access to Montparnasse station, but be aware that although it states a 5 min walk it is more like 15 when you have to wait for traffic and crossing lights, which unfortunately made me late for my train. Overall a nice hotel for central paris, would stay again.

The hotel location is close to Metro Pasteur. The surrounding neighborhood has many decent restaurants, brasserie, cafe. But the hotel room condition is worn out.

I have stayed there for 3 night. I am very satisfied with the hotel room and services. The room was clean. Moreover, it is just next to the metropolitan station so even you are walking alone back to the hotel at night you feel safe.

This was a fairly typical Paris hotel. Small room, no box spring / just a mattress, not many amenities. But closer to Gare Montparnasse than the first metro stop? Sweet! You can step out of the hotel and see the Eiffel Tower. The Pasteur metro is just yards away. Don't worry about breakfast. There are patisseries and boulangeries close by. English speaking staff, too.

We spent three nights at the Hotel Innova in early August. The hotel is extremely close to Pasteur Metro stop on lines six and twelve, though it is a bit of a journey from the Gard Du Nord (if arriving by Eurostar) – allow forty five minutes, changing from the RER at Denfer-Rochereau. The hotel appears to have been refurbished recently and is spotless throughout. All three front-of-house staff with whom we dealt were helpful and patient with our less-than-flawless French. The rooms are not big but neither are they conspicuously small by Parisian standards in this price range and the beds were comfortable. The en-suite shower room was again compact but perfectly useable with abundant shower pressure. One point to bear in mind: not all rooms in the hotel are air-conditioned and initially we were given a non-AC room on the fourth floor of the hotel facing Boulevard Pasteur. It was too warm to sleep without an open window but it is a busy road throughout the night and very noisy, consequently we asked to move to an air-conditioned room. We were given a sixth floor room on the rear of the hotel with a super view of the Eiffel Tower (about two thirds of it!) and it made a huge difference. I would struggle to recommend staying in a non-AC room during warm weather. Breakfast was delicious and excellent value (9 Euros). The hotel is very well located for left-bank sights, for example Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower (each approx twenty minute walk), St Germain, Le Jardin De Luxembourg etc. Nearby Montparnasse has a great selection of restaurants, particularly Breton creperies. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Innova and would definitely return; it compares favourably with more expensive 3* Parisian hotels in my experience.

This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Montparnasse Train Station. It was down a lovely, quiet street with a Metro Station right in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. All in all, it was a great value.

昨年にも利用し立地・サービス・価格とのバランスがよかったので今回も利用しました。モンパルナス駅からは歩いて10分もかからず、地下鉄ならパスツール駅の目の前なので移動も便利です。スーツケースの預かりや早目のチェックインなどフロントの方が融通を利かせてくれるので非常に助かりました。次回もまたお世話になろうと思っています。

God betjening af personale. Lille og hyggeligt hotel. Metrostation lige uden for døren - super praktisk. Billeder på væggen ville være hyggeligt. Desværre under udvendig ombygning med stilladser lige uden for vores vinduer.

A recommander avec toutefois une réserve quant à l'isolation phonique des chambres trop insuffisante

L'hôtel de dehors ne payer pas de mine mais a l'intérieur il était très simpas . Le seul problème ça à été l'insonorisation, c'était horrible on a était réveiller a 4h du matin par les gens dehors, par les voisin et l'ascenseur mais je pense aussi que comme il refond la façade ça peut être pour ça .... J'y retournerais volontier pour avoir une deuxième impression car aime pas rester sur une seule impression

L'accueil était très agréable et serviable. La chambre en revanche était vétuste et mal isolée. De plus la façade était en travaux, donc les deux fenêtres étaient obstruées par des échafaudages. Mais l'isolation phonique était bonne.

Un très bon hotel, très propre, bien insonorisé. J'avais une superbe vue sur le boulevard pasteur et sur la tour montparnasse et pourtant je n'entendais aucun bruit de passage..Le petit déjeuner est très bien organisé et complet. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant.

Correct. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Emplacement à proximité du métro,proche de Montparnasse,des lieux culturels et autres(restaus,théatres,salles de spectacles etc..). Accueil agréable dans un environnement calme. Notre 2nd séjour dans cet hotel ne nous a pas déçu,bien au contraire.
