excellent hotel with great service. This hotel is not in a tourist area of Goa which if you are on business is a positive as there are no children running around or night club music to disturb your stay. There are good facilities available for your or your partners use and all are in excellent condition

This was a very nice hotel for business types and conferences etc . We were on our holidays and not knowing the area the location was far from suitable . The service was excellent but we had to leave before the end of our booking to a more suitable hotel and location .

Every staff at this hotel is very kind for us. One of the staff suggested to the place to go, and recommended restauran named Mom's Kitchen was very nice. We could enjoy the stay in Goa. Thank you. Also cafeteria here was nice.

My husband and I were on a short vacation to Goa and stayed at Vivanta by Taj in Panjim Goa. This is an excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Their front office staff is young, energetic and efficient and the service all around was second to none, guided by their very capable and awesome manager Mr. Ibrahim. The Rooms were very clean, bright and well appointed. The art work in the corridors leading up to the rooms was very nice and worth spending time enjoying them. We ate at one of their two restaurants--Latitude and the food blew us away. Their attention to detail even when we ordered simple meals from their extensive menu was impressive and the wait staff was so friendly, courteous and informative. When we wanted to try authentic Goan vegetarian food, the manager had their Goan speciality chef Ms. Vidya meet us. After enquiring about our likes and dislikes and allergies if any, she suggested some dishes that would give us a good sampling of Goan flavors. She then prepared an absolutely wonderful and one of the most memorable meals we ever had. The entire experience --the food, the detailed introduction to Goan cooking by Ms Viddya and their Chef Manager Mr. Jignesh, and the wait staff Mr. Sachin and others was wonderful. If you have a sweet tooth, you have to try Caramel--their pastry corner. They have a nice array of ice creams and pastries that are decadent, that should be tried with their cappucino. They have another full fledged restaurant on site called Tamari and a bar called Tease which we have not had a chance to try. We would recommend Vivanta by Taj to anyone without any reservations. My husband and I definitely plan on going back there for another holiday in the future.

I think this property is great value for money. The customer service is excellent, customised to meet your specific requests , staff service is exemplary! Only issue,is you should include B/F in your deal, did not realise it..... it's centrally located in Panjim , so if you are not keen to stay at a remote beach location, this hotel is ideal t commute to such locations and come back...

I stayed with my family (a group of seven) at the Vivanta by Taj Panaji from Dec 19-21 2011 . We are extremely happy with this hotel. I have stayed at other similar hotels in the area. But the Taj Vivanta at Panaji is unparalleled in their hospitality, warmth, prompt and courteous service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable,t he breakfast was sumptious, and the chefs went out of their way to provide us with excellent in-room dining service. They looked after our slightest needs. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Good staff, but complaining for loud music on the Sunburn Festval:( Why when they have this big sorroundsystem in room?

This hotel is wonderful, a Taj property that meets that chain's high standards. The issue for me is the location, but it may be perfect for you. It is located in a good area of the city Panaji, but away from much of the life of Goa. I chose this hotel as I do not like to lie on a beach at all. It seemed to make more sense to stay in the town, which I could explore. However, the town is not much at all, and one day I went to the beach area only to find that there is much more life in the areas that surround the beaches. I did not go to any beach, as I do not like sunbathing. However, there is much more going on in those area than in the town. If you have to be in the town, then this Taj is perfect. If you are going for the beaches or just to spend a few days participating in the life of this area of India, then I suggest choosing a different hotel in a different location.

we stayed for 5 nites, nice hotel in main city panji. I use to play lots of games in royal casino which is near by hotel. main advantage of hotel is that it is near by casinos and city. disadvantage that it is far from gud beaches like baga and calungute around 25kms. Hotel is lacking in greenary and space for walk. Room service is v slow, atleast takes 30-50 mins for any food item ordered from room. Swimming pool is on roof with jus 4ft depth. Overall a gud hotel just for stay at a v low cost than other taj hotels

A stay in Taj Vivanta ! anymore words needed..? Wonderful hosts, great food, superb ambiance, access to all beaches in five minutes..!

As a person from Scandinavia, I highly valued the genuinely friendly staff, who made all of our wishes come true. Sipping a beer by the pool or listening to music in your room with a surround system while ordering some food - whatever floats your boat it's available. One of the rare vacation hotels I really can recommend!

I have no words to say except that this hotel provides exceptional service and customer delight. From entering the hotel till you leave, the staff has a smile on there face. The food is mind blowing, the sweets variety in the lunch buffet is exceptional, I have been to every 5 star hotel in Mumbai and no one can match the buffet this hotel provides at such affordable cost. The customer service is too good, the reception and the concerned department will call back and confirm whether the customer's issue was resolved or not and will ensure you are comfortable. I have stayed earlier in Zuri white sands in goa as well but this hotel is different from all others even though it does not have a private beach or a private casino, I would say it has an X factor that makes it different from the rest.

It had no shelves or reasonable sized drawers. We liked the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Typical of all Taj hotels the staff are excellent, being invariably polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Check-in in Panaji is faster and much less fussy than other places in Southern India i.e. no sitting down while everything is brought to you. The restaurants produce excellent food with service to match. If you have never had a southern Indian breakfast have it in a Taj. The vada are crisp, the idly, dosa and upatam are as good as you will get anywhere and these are perfectly matched to the coconut and tomato chutneys and sambar. Three negatives were found. 1 The floor rug in the room needed washing. City pavements in India are dirty and dusty and people walk it in. 2 There were rings on the night stand beside the bed on one side where someone had put down a bottle or glass and permanently marked the surface, (it made it look as if the room had not been cleaned properly). and 3 The use of wood as a wall lining gives a dated look to the decore in the rooms. Highlights are the food and the pool area. Warning to first time visitors: Outside major hotels in India cluster taxis and auto-rickshaws. If you ask the hotel staff to get a taxi they will but that does not mean they can select one who will give good value. Remember buyer beware.

Nothing more, nothing less, perfect. You will not go wrong if you choose this hotel for any reason, any reason at all you will pleased in each and every way. Clean, easy facilities. Hospitable, friendly, nice and available staff. Great restaurants, spa, pool, deck, work out area, and more.... Everything rolled into one. Very convenient and easy to town too.... Whether you're there for one night or more, count on a great time.

ゴアの中心都市、パナジの中心からちょっと外れた静かな環境にあります。パナジの中心までは徒歩１０分程度。ビーチ目的であれば、海までは距離が若干ありますが、パナジの街でバイクを借りてビーチ巡りをすれば十分な感じでした。 ホテルは客室、サービス共に価値ある内容でした。 最上階のプールも快適です。 ホテルのレストランの味も十分満足できるものでした。また泊まりたいです。

部屋の家具・設備等とても洗練されており、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの対応も大変気持ちよく、またセキュリティもしっかりしているので安心でした。屋上のプールはデッキチェアこそ少ないものの、24時間開いており、早朝朝日を見たり、ディナー後にちょっとくつろいだりできました。ビーチには遠いので、海に面したリゾートホテルというよりは便利なシティホテルといった雰囲気です。JIVAスパもあります。
