We had to make an overnight trip to Grand Forks and chose the Springhill because we generally have "good luck" with them. The greeting at the front desk was poor, and the decor of the hotel is just a little bright and funky. Needless to say, the bathroom (shower in particular) was quite dirty- I really do not enjoy showering with pink slime. We will definitely choose another hotel next time.

Beautiful motel. Kids loved it. Sofa's in the pool area, nice touch!

We loved the funky colors and retro feel of the hotel. Absolutely loved how nice and warm the pool was. We felt the bathroom definately needed more towel racks. A bit brighter lighting in the bathrooms. The smaller room with the toilet smelled a bit funny and had spots on the wallpaper. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

For a new hotel it was not very clean. Front service personnel ( 1 particular) was very unprofessional. Pool was not clean. Hotel room was not clean, crumbs throughout room. pull out bed not made and full of crumbs. Not impressed, will not stay here again for the price.

We often choose this hotel when going to Grand Forks for a shopping weekend. It's close to everything, and very clean , with well appointed rooms. Our kids are older and we really prefer to stay in a quieter hotel where we can use the pool and breakfast area without a dozen screaming kids running around. The suites are a good size and the separate water closet makes for less morning fights for a bathroom sink and mirror.

Very nice relaxing hotel will stay there again--my first choice in Grand Forks

Very relaxing and quiet. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Didn't have to go thru the lobby to get to the pool.

This hotel would be perfect if they improve the breakfast, ex: there was no toast, no bacon, and only two kinds of fruits ( banana and apple).

While the hotel was kind of modern and sleek- it lacked its charm in terms on cleanliness. The duvet was stained and dirty. It clearly hadn't been washed between guests. The breakfast was mediocre- bland eggs and burnt English muffins. Won't be going back.

we loved our stay the hotel was beautiful,the hotel staff were helpful very accomodating we will definitely be booking with them again. Also it was very quiet and adult friendly so we could get in the pool. Pull out bed in suite was only uncomfortable thing in the hotel , overall very happy with everything...

Impressed, all four of us were. We shared a lovely suite with the split washrooms, very convenient. Beautiful beds, good sleep. Nice to have a sofa in another area. We played bridge for hours in evening. Breakfast was okay, the area was well maintained and very nice to have someone there to help if needed. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely stay there again.

We were celebrating our anniversary and though we found the location handy, we were not impressed with the "moderness" of the decor. I guess that's not our style. We didn't find the hotel staff overly friendly or helpful. I will take part of the responsibility though because we booked online we were unable to make any changes to our reservation if we could have we definitely would have looked elsewhere for our second night.

Great place to stay. Room was large, clean and and very modern! Will definitely stay again!!

Great hotel. Only stayed one night if longer we would have had to have someone in to look at the A/C and heating.. The room wouldn't stay a constant temperature.

Very modern suite. Clean, bed and pillows really comfy. Loved the bathroom. Toilet area(no fan) has own sink and is completely seperate from shower area. Then good sized shower with glass doors, no bathtub, but beautiful mirror/sink area. Sliding doors to both areas, no locks:( Pool area perfect for families with small children... exercise facilities great. Continental breakfast YUMMY! Cheese omletes, waffles, canadian bacon, toast, bagels, muffins etc. Staff really friendly and accomadating. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend, and stay here again.

Loved the look of the hotel especially the suite! Only problem was the continental breakfast, woke up at 8:30am went down to grab some breakfast for myself and my kids and everything was already put or being put away, so I coudn't grab anything to eat.

This is the best hotel in the G.F. area. Very clean and modern, respectful staff, and awesome rooms. Front Desk staff got me checked in quickly and even when I had a change of plans to spend another night they accommodated my request in the SAME room in less than an hours notice with an almost full hotel. Checkout literally took seconds. The room was impeccably kept and the maid service did a fantastic job. Stay at this hotel!

We loved our hotel room, it was nicer and much roomier than we expected! The continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Grand Forks!!

Very nice hotel however the unique bathroom/shower layout does not work very well (not very private). The rest of the room is really nice.

we always enjoy staying at Springhill Suites. The rooms are so modern and clean and the staff is very friendly. It's close to the mall and the restaurants we were interested in going to. We will definitely stay there again, my son thought it was so fancy and we all enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

Liked the hotel have stayed here before, carpet on steps are getting pretty bad tho

New facility was very nice; design of rooms was not practical for business travelers. Rooms appeared "sterile"; not especially 'user friendly' !

From the beautiful front entrance to every part of the hotel especially the rooms very nicely designed with the partitions and computer work area, loved the seperate washrooms with the sliding doors, beds very comfortable, reading lamps have never seen in any other hotel also loved the sectional sofa pull out..The cleaning staff were excellent, very impressed with the fireplace seating area outside, and the morning breakfast was amazing except we canadians drink much stronger coffee hahah. the whole hotel was spotless loved the location away from the busy streets, definetely will stay here always in grand forks, north dakota.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We were able to book in early and were very pleased with the service and quality of the room and the hotel in general.

Will definitely consider a return stay!

I've stayed in many hotels...I was particularly happy with the breakfast which was included in the room price. This gave the value that I was looking for. Terry K.

If there was one thing I'd like to see is the floors in the pool area and also the bottom of the pool changed to have some texture , this way it would be easier and a little safer to walk around. We will return again, had a great sleep!

My family and I enjoyed the hotel and would come back

Awesome suite, very clean, modern, bright and cheery. The only downfall was that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom and there was no option to rent a movie when there was nothing on tv. However it was close to all conveniences, the price was competitive, and I would certainly stay here again!

very modern and upbeat...wonderful HOT breakfasts, suites were comfortable, designed well. Pool is a bit small.

The hotel was new and looked great. Service was good too. Lots of room in the room. Excercise room and pool for your leisure.
