Great hotel! Front desk people very knowledgeable!!!!! And kind!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! The only good thing about was the automatic pancake maker. The rest was cold and stale and milk was sour.

I reserved a room so I could get dressed into my wedding dress and also for my honeymoon night. When I got to the hotel I had to wait a long time even thought there were two ladies at the front desk. Then they helped a different woman that just walked in the door than me when I had been waiting for about ten minutes. I was getting very frustrated because I needed to get my dress on. Then when they did wait on me they were not very friendly and couldn't seem to get my room checked in. When I finally did get checked in and get everything in my room it was nice. It was clean, and spacious but then I also paid for a suite I didn't expect less. But it wasn't anything special either. My husband couldn't sleep because of how uncomfortable the bed was, but I didn't have a problem. The free breakfast was ok. They had sausage, biscuits, gravy and some other hot items in the little warmer and then some pastries. Overall, I think I didn't get the service I paid for.

First of all, we requested a king bed with a pull out couch. We arrived a little later, say 6pm. We were told first come first serve, Lisa was very pleasant and she offered a roll away if they had one. She told me they had a wedding and a family reunion going on. When we got to the room we had the king bed, the couch bed and a roll away bed. We sent the roll away back for someone else. The pool was great, the Room wonderful, Clean, neat, great updated furniture, flat screen, nice big showers, very comfortable bed. microwave and refrigerator in the room. Delightful! Great hotel! The desk staff was particularly helpful. We had a long drive that day, and she helped us to order a pizza to be delivered to our room, which allowed us to enjoy a nice meal in the comfort of our room without having to drive anywhere. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

All went well after straightening out a booking issue. The hotel had me in for a standard room eventhough I booked and paid for a premium room. They were able to correct the issue and the next day offered to upgrade the room. I am completely satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. You need to consider more health choices for your breakfast bar. Biscuits and gavey taste great but are not good for anyone.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Paris was fantastic. Our reservations were just what we expected and held for late arrival. Personnel were very helpful with personal items that we had left at home. We have stayed in many cities, and the room was as clean as I have ever seen, and that is important to my wife. Very good breakfast also! We will stay there again.

This hotel is as nice as any I have ever been in - including much more expensive hotels in much larger cities. The breakfast was excellent - had eggs, sausage and even biscuits and gravy! I will stay here whenever I go back to Paris.

We have been taking a driving tour of the USA. This is, by far, the nicest hotel, in any price range, we have stayed in. The staff is friendly, the pool and hot tub, AWESOME, as well as our room being beautiful and spacious. A+

I booked for one night through Hotels.com. I needed to make a change and extend the reservation by one night, so I called customer service. I was helped and my stay was extended over the phone, and the person who helped me emailed a confirmation with the additional charges listed. Hotels.com never made the change with the Holiday Inn location, and my booking for the second night was lost, causing my worker to change hotels in the middle of his business trip over Memorial Day weekend.

I think the hotel was extremely nice we got there late and they where fixing to close the pool and they kept it extended so we could swim awhile it was and relaxing.

Overall the hotel was great. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress cover took away from the comfort of the bed because of the "crunchy" texture. The breakfast bar was great! Cereal, oatmeal, muffins, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage and a pancake machine. We would stay there again.
