Hotel Indigo Nashville - ناشفيل

We stayed at several hotels across the country the week we styed at hotel indigo. Our favorite above all was the hotel indigo, it was within walking distance to downtown Nashville, the valet service was excellent and the rest of the staff were so nice. The rooms were very nice in a hip, cool way. The live music in the bar added an excellent touch.

i enjoyed the new indigo. i had stayed at the other one on west end a few times and really enjoyed that. it was close to vanderbilt where my daughter was in school. the atmosphere of the new indigo was really nice and i like that you could get an actual real breakfast.

I loved this hotel. Our service was exceptional. I thought the price was a little high but we were there during Rock & Roll Marathon weekend & the rates are high all downtown this particular weekend. I will definetly stay there again!

We stayed just one night in a large bright corner room, but we were very fortunate that it was "re-launch" night just after new owners renovated this historic hotel. So we enjoyed cocktails & finger foods, plus got to chat with the owners and management. As you would expect the staff were all on "best behaviour".. ALL staff from check in onwards were superb! Our room was "modern Spartan" ... clean but "functionalist minimal" .. some will love it ... others will appreciate a warmer more traditional tone (but that's not what this hotel is seeking). Very close to all the music action (5-10 mins walk). I would definitely return!

We had so much fun! The hotel was cool, clean and comfy! My only negative comments was about hotel security. I was with my husband so I felt safe, but if I was traveling alone I would have been more concerned. Please implement key card requirement for the exterior and/or elevator.

We will stay at this hotel again. The staff was the BEST!!!! They made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Everything was perfect, staff is amazing, food was way above typical hotel restaurant food, live music is lobby was great. Door guys super friendly and helpful and walking distance to great bars and nightlife.

Not as convenient as I would have liked. Definitely closer to business and courthouse. Hilton was closer to restaurants and nightlife. Not bad for a different flair. Room had NO immenities. No shampoo, lotion, newspaper, water, nothing. For $260 it could have been better. Hilton and Doubletree a much better value.

Highly recommend. Fantastic customer service. Need to get elevator situation rectified.

For $200 a night I expect an elevator that works, a bar that stays open past 10pm and valet workers who don't call my husband "bro". The room was hip and very clean but the overall experience wasn't great.

Loved the Hotel Indigo! Nearby multiple sites and easy access to the nightlife. Just know that the walk home is uphill! The room was beautiful, the staff was helpful, and I could not have asked for more!

Great location, good music on site, reasonable rates. Found some room service trays sitting in hall for extended times, but overall cleanliness was good.

Wonderful staff and excellent location for a Ryman Auditorium show. I picked the Hotel Indigo because of personal recommendation and the dog friendly appeal. Lulu, my Boston Terrier, was treated very well, and she gives a four-paw approval.

Just Average. Not worth the price

Not impressed by the decor - the hotel has used "Modern" as an excuse to be cheap. Lack of attention to details was evident in cleanliness of hotel and our room.

This was our third time staying at Hotel Indigo. We love this hotel.

This hotel has a lot of potential but was under construction for renovations during our visit. Therefore, check -n desk was a little desk crowded into a small lobby right at the elevator. The dining room/bar/restaraunt was about 60 x 20 feet of space with little 2-person bistro tables. The rooms are very nice, though somewhat small and modern in design. The old building has a lot of charm and what we could see of the new construction looks like it will be very lovely when complete. I don't recommend a stay untill construction is complete sometime in March/April 2013. It is a great location in downtown Nashville, close to great restaraunts and the convention center and the aren and stadium. Everything within 3-6 blocks.

Very nice hotel in an older building. Convenient to sights. Remodeling lobby/meeting/restaurant areas and it looked pretty bad when we walked in but couldn't tell it once go to our floor. Room a little small but bed very comfortable. No closet, but really cool wardrobe cabinet. Would definately stay here again.

The Hotel failed to be listed as under construction as another less expensive and nicer option did and so we felt duped into staying at this hotel with no lobby and a desk in a hallway next to the elevator as check-in. Maybe it will be a nice hotel when construction is finished, but it would have been more respectable if they notified guests instead of tricking them into staying there.

The location was great for easy access to downtown and LP Field. The lobby looked like a construction zone, which is understandable while you are renovating, but they need to do a better job of closing off areas under construction. In addition, we booked a room with 2 double beds. We were told at check in that there were no rooms with double beds available. We had to stay in a room with one King bed. This made for a difficult sleeping arrangement. Good hotel, they just need to clean the place up and guarantee you the room you book.

Hotel was nice, People where nice, Location was good but the full lobby, restaurant, and all first floor areas were blocked off and under construction!!!!! Food and bar services was in a small conference room. If this was the case, food and drinks should have been free.

We picked the hotel based on location and the hotel bar but hotel was under renovations, so no bar/restaurant . We wanted a room with 2 beds that they were unable to give us. Walls were beyond paper thin. Door to room had an open inch at bottom which helped with allowing more noise into room. Location was perfect for walking places. A lot of money for not much, kinda bummed about it. Staff was friendly and lovely during stay, it may have been the renovation that really made it not what we wished.

Hotel lobby is under construction...lots of dust and noise. We were accommodated with an early check-in and were grateful for the staff that assisted our party. Decor is modern but showing wear in the older building, hopefully the construction will provide a fresh face to the hotel.

Great hotel, but beware - the staff is unprofessional and rude. Nearly everyone we encountered was this way aside from housekeeping and valet. Nice hotel if you never have to talk to room service, guest services, or etc...

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They had excellent mattresses, clean and quiet rooms, we slept very well. The only negative was the the Starbucks was closed while we were there, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

IT WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL STAY AT A HOTEL I HAVE EVER HAD. EVERYONE THERE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. LUV..LUV..LUVED MY STAY.

Hotel Indigo was a great place to stay and an easy walk to 2nd and Broadway to all the hotspots. But for the size of the room it was probably a bit overpriced. Other than that we loved it!

Indigo is a nice hotel located next to Printers Alley. It's also a block from 2nd Ave. where many of the restaurants and bars are. It has a fitness center but it was closed for renovation. I do thing the hotel is a little overpriced for what you get. It should be around the $120 to $160 range.

Nice property --however --there is no fitness facility DESPITE pictures of workout room on website AND there we received no maid service. Also --web site needs to be clear that you will pay $20 per day for parking at this hotel.

Maybe I was expecting too much based on the price. On the upside, the location is unbeatable if you are attending events downtown. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the employees were pretty friendly. On the downside, the room was pretty small and the restaurant was very mediocre. The walls are paper thin. I'm a heavy sleeper but our neighbors televisions and conversations woke me up a few times. On the last night our neighbor must have gone on quite a bender downtown as he was ranting and raving all night and got very sick the next morning. We heard it all in excruciating detail. Also, be prepared for $20 per day self parking or $22 per day valet parking. Overall, the hotel was adequate but I would probably look at another downtown hotel if I were to head out to Nashville again.

This hotel is very convenient to the Honky Tonks and we could go have a great time and not have to worry about a shuttle or a ride back because we can walk. The rooms are nice and comfy and everything was great!

The hotel was under construction so I'm sure it was in poorer condition than normal. Pros: The view of the Nashville City Hall/Court House was tremendous, the location of the hotel in relation to Broadway was also great, Starbucks in the hotel was nice, nice new ac system, kureg in the room, very nice open air European style shower. Cons: The HDTV's do not have an HD signal (stayed on opening weekend of college football season, so this was a bigger deal than normal), the shower above our roomed dripped through our showers light fixture the majority of the night, only get on caff and one decaf k-cup in the room, there were puttied unpainted holes in the bathroom and on the door to the room, no way to change the input on the tv if you want to hook a computer or tablet, gap between door and floor.

Everything was SUPER ... desk service very friendly and helpful. The Indigo Blue in Nashville is an EXCELLENT hotel. The only negative thing would be no hotel parking. However, the parking garage to rear of holet was very convenient. Yes, I would certainty stay there again...very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the entertainment in the lounge ...the up and coming singers. Great place to spent the night(s)...you want be disappointed.

Hotel was in a nice location.Valet was helpful. If you go use valet because parking garage does not have elevators so you have to lug luggage down steps to get to the floor of the hotel entrance. We parked in garage and then got our money back and used the valet service. Hotel desk and bar were very friendly with live music in the lobby. Room was good my wife did not like the all solid surface flooring as it was cold without house shoes. Bathroom was about a 7 out of 10 on cleanliness but she brings cleaning supplies and disenfects everything anyway. She did complain about the air vent location as it blows directly on the bed but I had no problem with it. Beware house keeping comes knbocking at about 9 even though check out is not until 11. If I had to I would stay again but for the price if I book sooner I may try other options just as I saw how close some other hotels were that I liked a little better. As I travel with my corporation a lot and I am somewhat spoiled on what I like in my hotels.

This is the perfect place to stay! near the downtown strip of fun music venues - and there's even great music in the lobby of the hotel. NASHVILLE is so fun and the Indigo does everything to make your stay perfect! Thanks Indigo Staff - You're the best!
