Hotel Indigo Nashville - ناشفيل

It's a very nice almost boutique style hotel. Nice rooms and bathroom. Very close to entertainment district, river and stadium. One thing kept me away from marking this higher: during the last night we were woken up 3:30AM by a band practicing in the room next to us. No kidding. Amped up guitar, singing you name it. after calling reception it was quite for about 5 min then started again one or two rooms down. Not much of a relieve. 1 1/2 hours later they were finally done. A shame that this otherwise well run hotel did not get those people under control.

i have stayed at this hotel a number of times and i find its modern yet charming style to be a great place to call home for a few days. The rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and have good quality Aveda products. There is no curtain, fyi, in case you are sharing the room with a friend, just good to know but singles or couples wouldnt mind this at all. The starbucks is just downstairs and the singer/songwriter nightly series in the lobby/bar area is a treat.

Helpful staff. Good food. Live, free music in lobby restaurant. Great location.

A large group came for meeting at Capitol. Several people first went to wrong Hotel Indigo. Hotel employees claim this mistake happens "all the time". Contemporary decor and concrete floors instead of carpet. Free high speed Internet and comfortable bedding were a plus.

The room was spacious. Hardwood floors throughout. Windows on fourth floor looked out onto the roof. Couldn't open the curtains without seeing clearly into the rooms of other guests, so we went without sunlight the entire trip (also, a lack of adequate lighting in the room made the stay very dark!) Bathroom was not clean (multiple stains on the walls and soap from the last guest was left in the shower). Did not have hot water on Saturday morning-very disappointing! Good location-walking distance to Broadway. Valet was friendly and helpful.

This was an awesome hotel. The location was perfect. The room was beautiful. Housekeeping was the only thing that we considered to be a little weak. We would spend most of the morning out and when we returned they still had not been in to clean the room, but they did eventually make it to the room. All in all this was a great place to stay. The room service was very good, and reasonably priced. The staff was very nice and able to answer any question we had.

Nicely decorated. Good staff. Pretty clean. All in all we were very satisfied. A bit pricey and remember to add at least $20 a day for parking.

Fantastic hotel! service was very freindly, breakfasts were exceptional & all around i couldn't fault it! Would highly recommend it to anyone!

The hotel was amazing. Old building that has been beautifully restored. We loved the atmosphere. Close to entertainment and great restaurants, walking distance. The place to stay for a Titans game.

Great location, fantastic room, even better staff! Hotel is in close proximity to all that is Nashville...music, shopping, and dining...just a couple blocks from Music Row! I will definitely stay again. A little noisy on Satuday evening...but it's Saturday in downtown Nashville...to be expected.

We had wonderful service in this hotel which was walking distance to the Ryman and restaurants on Broadway. Loved it and would stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. The first time everything was fantastic. Great location for my needs (walking distance to downtown), artsy and clean. The room was large and comfortable. HOWEVER, the second visit was a mess. I booked through hotels.com for a business trip 2 months in advance and requested 2 beds. When I arrived, I was informed that I was being "upgraded" to a king bed since they didn't have any rooms with 2 queens. Completely unable to accommodate the bed request, we were left with a king bed and a roll-away cot. The staff did nothing to correct the situation, despite the stay being for 4 nights and they were rude and unapologetic. In fact, they made excuses as to why hotels.com was to blame, despite the reservation being made 2 months in advance. It is a lovely hotel, however, the staff and service could use an adjustment. Also, perhaps it would behoove visitors to call and confirm their reservation directly with the hotel if they are in the business of not honoring web purchases through 3rd party vendors.

This is not your cookie cutter hotel. It is clean,fresh,funky and welcoming. It is next door to Printers Alley, two Blocks to the Historic Ryman Auditorium and three block to the famous Entertainment district. Everything you could ask for is within easy walking distance. Onsite parking was great but we never needed the car for anything. This is the perfect Hotel for a weekend get away.

A nicely modernized hotel in an old building downtown. Room was clean, furnishings modern, comfortable and in good condition. The bed was excellent. We enjoyed our stay here except for the lackadasical service. We were repeatedly given misinformation from the front desk and doorman about basic information regarding other businesses in the neighborhood (the location and hours of a drugstore, the location of a well known restaurant). We were also charged a parking fee when we did not have a car. Our room was never made up between the hours of 11 AM and 3 PM despite hanging a "please make up the room" sign. When we asked to have the room made up at 4:45, we were told all the cleaning staff were leaving and it was too late. I find these kinds of mistakes unacceptable at a hotel of this level.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo while in Nashville for a Titans & Predators game. Great location to walk to LP Field and Bridgestone Arena. Also a parking garage on the back of the hotel was very convenient, although it needs some work.

Thishotel is really modern and up to date. One surprise for me is a Starbucks is in the hotel. I was in heaven. One draw back was the location of our room. It was located on the street side. Unfortunately, we heard all kinds of noise all night long. Ambulance, firetrucks, you name it. So request a room that is not on the side of the busy downtown streets. To everyone else's point the bed is very comfortable. And we would stay here again.

This hotel was very conveniently located for us. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but I would still go back. The only negative I saw was the $20 self parking charge........really?

I was considering staying at a cheaper hotel on the outskirts of town, but I'm glad I didn't. This hotel is a bit pricier than the "budget" hotels, but it's definitely worth it. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. I LOVED the bed and the bathroom! The hotel was 3 blocks from Broadway and all of the bars, but far enough to be away from the noise. Overall, when I return to Nashville, I will definitely be staying at The Indigo on Union.

Stumbled upon this by accident as we were originally planning on staying elsewhere. Beautiful hotel with great staff. Highly recommend it.

The hotel we wanted to stay at was booked and we were lucky to get a room at the Hotel Indigo. It was convenient although was missing the amenities of the hotel where we wanted to stay. Hotel Indigo did not have a pool and their fitness center was very small with one piece of eqipment out of order. For what you get at the Indigo you would expect rates to be lower.

The bed at Indigo was the best bed I have ever slept in. Lots of pillows, amazing mattress, comfortable blankets. I have said several times since, "Do you remember that bed in Nashville? That was awesome!" Just far enough away from Broadway. Loved the design of the room and the paint colors.

Hotel Indigo had a very welcoming feel. The rooms were updated in a very modern style which made the stay fresh and new, unlike how you feel in a standard run of the mill hotel. Very courteous and helpfull staff; the location was just blocks from everything that is happening in Nashville. Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay - the hotel is fairly modern but comfortable with nice amenities. The first night I was there, my door handle made an unusually loud noise about every 10 min. The front desk clerk said the hotel was full and he'd send maintenance up. The maintenance guy came promptly but couldn't solve the problem. I told him I was an extremely light sleeper and couldn't sleep with the noise - he went downstairs and came back up with a room change for me just down the hall. I was impressed. Valet guys were nice and helpful. I would stay there again. Somewhat decent workout room - not great but at least during the rain I could get on a treadmill.

Short walk to downtown, everything was clean, staff was wonderful. Will stay here again.

This hotel has a modern flair, and is generally typical of most "downtown" hotels; smaller rooms, older building, etc. The location is great. It is within walking distance to all of Nashville's attractions (Broadway, Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena). Overall, I would reccommend this hotel, and will probably stay there again.

This was the first time we had stayed in this hotel and we have been to Nashville quite a bit! The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The location is PERFECT if you want to be near everything in downtown! A wonderful stay and a resonable price! The only frustration is that parking was not included...but hey you can't have everything and it wasn't too high so it's not a big deal. We will stay here again for sure!!!

Reception was helpful, hotel very nice and updated, the rooms were unlike any I have ever stayed in. They even referred me to a nice sushi place around the corner a few blocks that was amazing. I wish I had more than one night. There was music in the bar that night after dinner but I was too tired to listen and enjoy. Once I am back for business I will make sure to book the hotel and rest so that I can enjoy the space.

We loved Hotel Indigo. We will definately stay there again. The room was small but very clean and nice.We went to a concert at the Ryman and it was within walking distance from there. Parking just around the corner.

I will stay there over and over again. Staff was excellent from room cleanliness to the bar keep.

This was my first time to Nashville and it was everything and more than I expected. Everyone was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. This hotel is very close to the main strip where you want to do all sightseeing and shopping. Rooms were very neat and cleanly, bathroom was a great size too. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend anyone who's never been to Nashville to stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. We only stayed one night but wished it had been more. We were conveniently located to all the downtown activities including restaurants, bars, concerts, and shopping. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are nice. Beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. The bathroom was a great size with a huge walkin shower.
