Service of the hotel was not upto the expectation. I have to pay extra charges for early checkin of few hours. Swimming pool was not good/maintained. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.

nice location. 15 min walk to the beach. 10 mintue walk to fitness center. 5 min walk to coffe center. In average a Ok hotel. The pool was allways dirty and alot of birds in the pool. good WIFI when the power was working. Not the best not the worst. But ok.

We have visited Candolim many times, but the first room we were given at Goveeia holiday homes was the dirty in every sense. The bathroom door was filthy,never been wiped and was rotten at the bottom because there was a constant pool of water by it. The toilet had urine streaks running down the pedistal and the sink was coated in grime. The blankets on the bed has stains on, pillows were grey rather than their original white colour, and the walls were covered in large dirty areas, especially around the light switches. We had requested a pool view and on the first floor: this room was facing the rear, overlooking the rubbish dump and was on the second floor. The toilet in reception was so dirty that desperate as I was, I couldnt bring myself to use it. Water dripped onto my left shoulder as I entered, and onto my right shoulder as i beat a hasty retreat. We asked to be moved but the manager said it would not be possible for 3 days as the hotel was full. After contacting the booking agent, who very promptly contacted him, we were moved to a much better room the next morning.We only had breakfast once, as the state of the dining area was of the same standard as our first room. This hotel is not worth the money and there are many better hotels for much less in Candolim. The only really helpful member of staff was the very pleasant bell boy. He needs a medal.

This hotel was very pleasant ot stay in. The atmosphere was really good.

service very poor, room cleaning is not done every day,no phone facility is there.

The room was dingy. View of a driveway and wall. Loud air con. The lights didn't all work. The room was dark. The fridge froze our Beer. The Bed Broke and was really hard. The promised in room internet does not exist and the "reception" internet was unreliable at best so on Christmas talking to our family on the "internet" was all but impossible.The shower was often cold. Pool was dirty. Totally overpriced for what you get.

Good: Free internet (although connection in my room was a bit shaky), very reasonably priced (even the mini-bar). Bad: Definitely a budget choice - room was spartan and somehow a frog found its way into my toilet. Also, there are a lot of other options that are more conveniently located closer to the beach. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the main road, then another ~10 minutes to the beach.

At the time of booking it was clearly mentioned that for childrens beds will be required and whatever was asked to be paid was paid. Inspite of this charges were levied for additional beds and we did not have any resort to whom to speak. Very negative aspect of not honouring the terms of the booking. Also other facilities such as different hotel rates for dinner package and for pickup and drop facility was not made available to us online customers which would have made our trip more comfortable

fin rengørings standard og venligt og imødekommende personale. "hotellet" ligger 15 min. gåtur fra stranden - måske lidt for langt. kan ikke betale sig at købe executive værelser da disse blot en er en noget bar 2 værelsers lejlighed i et almindeligt lejlighedskompleks (langt fra de fine pool billeder i deres annonce) ellers ok men mange andre hoteller med bedre beliggenhed i samme prisniveau
