Aurora Resort & Spa - جوام

I thought the hotel was really nice. The rooms and the lobby were all great. I staff was really frendly and helpful with everything i asked them. It seemed like the hotel was dead. I also with it would have had a bar. The location was failry close to everything so I enjoyed that. Would stay again. My only gripes was the TV Channels were terrible and the Wifi was an extra 10 bucks a night.

We opted for an executive ocean-view room, so had a great view and nice room. The hotel has obviously seen better days. Our flight arrived early in the morning and although our room was ready, they charged us extra because check-in was not until 1400h. There was only breakfast buffet available for a limited time each day. No small convenience store for incidentals. Had to walk a few blocks to buy anything. The pool was nice and clean. The beach was close and very nice. There were no beach chairs available and no beach sports facilities. Had to go to the Westin down the beach. The shuttle bus did run right outside the hotel and was very handy.

The view from this hotel was amazing, parking was convenient, and the staff was very helpful, but I would not stay here again. The hotel did not have a modem available for me and so I did not have access to internet. The power would randomly turn off a few times a day. The air conditioning blew warm air. Once in a while, the lights would not work in the restroom and kitchen. I had to shower in the dark once in a while. The beds are old and very hard. The furniture and carpets were stained. The facility was over all, very run-down.

While the hotel is older and could use an update, the views of the bay and sunset stole the show! I had read the reviews and basically expected the hotel to be older and the views to be awesome...both are true but you really have to experience the views for yourself. I wish the cleaning staff had done a little more (made beds, etc) but maybe because I had my luggage on the beds they didn't touch the beds. The hotel was VERY quiet...I rarely saw other guests during my 2 night stay. I think it would be an excellent place for a quiet, romantic getaway. The price was the lowest I saw of any beachfront property so, I was pleased with my decision to stay at Aurora. I had been worried about the internet having read some other negative reviews...I paid $10/day for internet and it worked well for me.

room is comfy with great view, easy access to the beach; building outward appearance may need maintainance~~ would recommend it to others!!

This hotel has been closed to guest for years and should have stayed that way. They clearly are not ready for guests and the staff is untrained. I arrived at 8:00 on my reserved date after traveling for 18 hours and my room was not ready, along with the rooms of ten other hotel guests. This in spite of the fact they had charged me for my entire stay weeks prior to my arrival. I waited over an hour for them to prepare a room for me, and when I got it, it wasn't what I had requested. As a single traveler, I really had no use for a room with a king sized bed and another single bed. There was little room to move in there. It was cramped, the decor was dated, and it wasn't very clean. The desk was so close to one of the beds, I couldn't even sit at it. There was no wifi or internet the entire 7 days I was there, though they conitnually promised I'd get it "tomorrow." They do not respect basic tenants of guest safety, including giving old-fashioned metal room keys out to anyone without asking so much as a name, much less asking for ID. I waited an hour and forty minutes for a towel and washcloth one night. They do not turn on the air conditioning in the lobby or other public areas, so any time you are outside your room, you are sweltering. The laundry facility was absolutely filthy. I could go on, but there is just too many things wrong to mention.

This hotel is neither a "resort" or a "spa". If you can find another place to stay on the island, take it. This is not a comfortable place to stay. It appears to be "stuck" in the early 70's, and does not meet the standards of a 3 or 4 star hotel. The hotel grounds are poorly maintained, there are large areas of the hotel that are stacked with furniture and misc items, and are locked up, and not open for use. Breakfast came with our room for the week, but it was a chinese buffet, no other options were made available. The outside view from the lobby deck is of a moldy rooftop. There is no easy access to the beach, and the environment once you do get down to the beach, is not real inviting, and does not offer any beach or pool side services. The hotel does not have any shops, coffee shops or stores in the lobby. Just old furniture, with a hideous loop of music from the 70's, playing the same 10 songs the entire week we were there. The lobby smells strongly of the dirt/fertilizer that is used in the indoor plants. The majority of the time that we were there, the A/C was not on in the lobby. With the high humidity in Guam, this makes it a really uncomfortable place to use the Internet, and the lobby is the ONLY place where there is Wi/Fi connection. The carpet is stained, the blinds on the windows desperately need to be replaced. The employees at the front desk were not able to provide tourist information - all of the pamphlets that were available were in Japanese. When I asked if they had anything in English, she gave me a quizzical look, and said no. This was our first time to Guam. I enjoyed the area, and would like to go back, but I would NEVER stay at this place again, and would NOT recommend it to anyone. Compared to the other hotels in the area, this hotel is a dump, and an eyesore. It needs to be shut down and renovated the right way this time, not as their website claims they have done.

元々、高級ホテルで作りもしっかりしていますが、リノベーションの最中のようで、空き部屋やそこに繋がる廊下に椅子が積み上げてあるなど雑然としていました。設備も少し古いものの、部屋は清潔で広く、ビーチを見渡せる絶景でとても快適でした。ビーチに繋がっており、買い物や食事に行くにも便利な立地で、滞在そのものは、周りの高級ホテルとさほど遜色ないお得感があります。

정말 맘에드는 호텔이네요 괌에 갈때는 이호텔만 이용할꺼에요 대부분이 맘에 드네요 조식이랑 비치빼고는요 ㅎㅎ

총 8명의 대가족을 만족시켜준 멋진 호텔이네요 한국인들 사이에서 잘 알려지지 않은 호텔이라 너무너무 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ

잘 알려져 있지 않지만 오래되어서 사람들이 찾지않지만 저는 괌에 가면 자주 가게 되는 숙소에요 직원들도 친절하고 한국인 스탭은 없지만 가격에 비해 만족스러운 곳입니다. 위치상으로 끝에 있어서 조용하고 수영장이나 시설은 좋지않지만 친구들과 가서 놀기에는 괜찮아요 가격대비 만족입니다. 스탭들이 친절하고 좋아요

가격대비 적당한 수준의 호텔임. 저렴한 숙소를 원하신다면 추전...

元、オークラホテルということもあり、ホテル自体はとっても良いホテルなのですが、メンテナンスが行き届いてない部分もあり、その点は残念なのでした。お値段と合わせると滞在に関しては申し分ありませんでした。また、次も利用したいです。

괌의 거의 모든 호텔이 해변가 2 ~ 3 km 도로에 한줄로 모여 있어서 위치에 대한 차별점은 많지 않은 것 같습니다. 호텔의 서비스나 청결은 무난 합니다. 중, 고생을 포함한 4인 가족 여행으로 4인실을 예약 했는데 객실 2개를 하나로 연결한 객실로 그 중 1개는 주방이 딸려 있어 전자레인지 와 전기 쿡탑, 식기류 약간이 포함되어 있어 K마트에서 기본적인 식료품을 구입해 아침 식사를 요리해 해결 했습니다. 리조트에 식당이 2개 있는데 식당은 제 개인적으로 비추 입니다. 리조트의 수영장은 작은 규모로 이용은 하지 않았고 호텔과 해변이 연결되어 있어 해변을 이용하면 좋습니다. 제공되는 객실, 서비스 대비 저렴하고 좋습니다.

번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있어 한적하고 좋았습니다. 프라이빗 비치가 있어 가족단위 물놀이에도 좋구요. 객실에서 바라보는 바다 풍경과 저녁노을도 멋졌습니다. 스위트룸 객실에 머물렀는데 가격도 저렴하고 리조트와 같은 구성으로 성인 4명이 폄안히 사용할 수 있었습니다. 객실마다 딸린 욕실과 중앙에 배치된 거실 주방도 좋습니다. 위치가 중심지에서 떨어져 있고 외부 분위기가 조금 어둡게 느껴지나 실내 분위기는 밝고 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절한 편이구요. 호텔동은 조금 시설이 오래되었다고 하던데 스위트룸이 있는 리조트 동은 깨끗하고 좋습니다

If there is no room except for Aurora, you may stay at Aurora just for sleep. Room is clean, but that is all. Staffs are kind, but can not answer to overcharge question. And, I can't see a manager when I was in the trouble with front desk and did not get any assistance from hotel manager.

전체적인 분위가가 너무나도 차분한 반면 너무 적막함. 부대시설 또한 너무나 빈약함. 수영장 관리가 안되어 이물질이 떠다님. 내년 롯데호텔에서 리노베이션하여 개장한다고 하니 나름 기대됨

Staff are very friend and helpful. Very competitive room rate. Clean environment. Excellent location with almost everything in walking distance. I could see the beach and the sea through my window each day. I had a wonderful holiday staying in this hotel. Enjoying every day!Thank you, Aurora! Perfect! Strongly recommend it to those price-sensitive guests

元オークラホテルだったとの名残はまだまだ改装段階などでしかたがありませんが。。。部屋はリニューアルされていて清潔感があり外国のシャワールームではなく（スイートのみかもしれないですが）日本式の風呂場で快適でした。トイレもウォシュレット完備で（SPA,ロビーも）行く前に見た口コミほどの不便さはかんじられませんでした！レンタカーでないと不便と書いてありましたが、、、バスを使う人はホテルの前にもすぐ近くにもあり便利だと思います。メインロードまでも歩いて行ける距離なのに静かなロケーションは今後、さらに改装が進み快適なホテルになって欲しい期待感があります。タクシーが常駐していないのですが、乗ったタクシーのドライバーから名刺をもらっておけば電話ですぐに来てくれるし、フロントで呼べばすぐに来るから夕食の予約などに遅れる事もありませんでした。ホテルにある中華料理は昼間のバイキング地元の人でにぎわっていました！味は普通ですがのんびりしたい人には良いと思います。SPAは想像以上に良かったです。綺麗で対応も良いので、2日続けて通いました！多分、又行くと思います。

GW中も観光客が少なく、静かでのんびりできました。プールもほとんど貸切状態。朝食もおいしくてよかったです。英語が若干できるといいんですが、話せないと何かと不便かもしれないです。

AURORA RESORT 는 투몬베이에 위치한 호텔중에서는 가격 수준과 적정한 시설을 보유 * 위치는 DFS와 도보로 5분거리 * 전용 비치같은 해변 보유(조용하고 한적함) - 카약, 스노클링 장비등은 렌탈비용 받음 - 썬베드는 호텔 투숙시 무료 - 스노클링은 숲쪽의 암벽근처에서 권장 (백사장에는 볼만한 물고기 없음) * 호텔은 전반적으로 조용한 분위기 * 시설은 오래되었지만 지내기에 무난함 (냉장고 성능은 좋지 못함, 욕실은 비교적 크고 괜찮음) * 호텔 전망 좋음 * 조식은 권하지 않으나 큰 기대없이 아침을 호텔에 서 간단히 해결목적이라면...괜찮음 (빵과 과일외 별로 먹을거리 없음, 호텔 지하 중국레스토랑에서 운영하며 호텔 조식이라는 느낌 없음) * 직원들은 비교적 친절한 느낌 * 휴대용 유모차 빌릴수 있음 (좀 낡았으나 아이가 있다면 유용함) 투몬베이의 해변가 호텔을 찾고 가격이 저렴함 호텔을 찾는다면 괜찮음. 그리고 투몬베이 비치에 위치한 모든 호텔의 수영장은 특별히 입장제한이 없으므로 편리하게 이용가능

Terrible service !!! 아이들과 함께 묵을 수 있는 connecting room을 예약하였으나 도착 당일(새벽 2시)에는 착오가 있다고 다음날 방을 바꿔주겠다고 해서 하루밤을 잤으나 다음날 방이 없다고 말을 바꿈. 예약을 따지니 방2개중 하나는 스위트로 주고 다른 하나는 오션뷰 타워로 준다고 말함. 건물이 다르므로 아이들과 함께 묵을 방을 원한다고 계속 항의하자 다음날 방을 바꿔주겠다고 약속함. 그래서 하루 더 참았으나 다음날 다른 담당자에게 들은 말은 바꿔줄 방이 없고 전날 담당자가 착오를 한것 같다는 말뿐임. 내부 시설도 부실하고 특히 아침식사는 먹을 것이 거의 없어서 대부분 손님들이 바나나 두세개 먹고 나가기도 함. 나중에 알고보니 현재 부도 상태로 주인이 없고 일부 객실만 운영하는 상황이라 모든 서비스가 엉망임. 특히 객실 청소는 항의해야 해주고 오후 5시가 되어야 청소가 완료됨.

日航酒店的旁边，位置很好。虽然没有自己的沙滩，但是可以走到旁边westin的沙滩。性价比很高。装修也很新。

今回は３歳の息子と３人で宿泊しました。 まだ改装中で活気はなかったですが、ホテルロードの端の方で静かだし、プライベートビーチがあって水着のまま部屋⇔ビーチ、プールを行き来できたし、部屋はパーシャルオーシャンビューのキングサイズベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、広さは十分で、シャワールームとバスルームがあって、家族は一気にシャワーを浴びれてすごく良かったです。 改装中だからか、シャトルバスは停まらなかったで、隣のバス停まで歩きました。３分くらいかな～。そう遠くはありません。隣のバス停の前にABCマートもあり、ちょっとしたものを調達するのに便利でした。 プールは一つしかないので、プールで遊びたい方は物足りないかもですが、やはりプライベートビーチがあるのは便利。プールでも海でもタオルを貸してくれたので助かりました。 朝食付きプランがありますが、朝食はフレンチのレストランが改装中だからなのか中華のレストランで、これは正直不味かったです…。 部屋の広さとオーシャンビューは外せない方なら、すごく満足できるホテルだと思います。 因みに、日本人スタッフは２名いて常駐していました。

元オークラからオーナーが中国人に変わり、今は「オークラ」に発音が似てる「オーロラ」になったとのこと（笑）数か月前にリニューアルオープンしたようだが全然キレイになってなく全然改修中だった。Hotel.comではそういった情報が全く記載されてなかったので正直残念。 バスが停まらないので近くのニッコーかウェスティンに行く羽目に。もちろん空港までの送迎もナシ。 プライベートビーチもひどい。 これなら少しお金を出してでも他のグレードが高いホテルに泊まった方が良いと思います。 唯一スタッフは親切で良かったけど、まだ慣れてない感は全開だった。
