Art in Accommodation - روما

Accommodation shoddy, dirty environment without reception, poorly located. They say it has wi fi, but no! The accommodation is in a commercial building where the floor has no light. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, really sucks! Note 0 (Zero).

Here are a few of the facts that will help you to decide whether you would like to stay here: 1. The shared bathroom shower did not drain hence your feet ended up covered with who knows what, as well as resulting in a flooded bathroom. 2. No lighting in common areas of the hotel hence needed a torch at night to find your way to the room. 3. The included breakfast (a croissant) is a 5 minute walk away. 4. Website says recently renovated, but everything we saw was very outdated. 5. The bedding consisted of a child's blue car blanket. 6. No such thing as reception, so no way of contacting the hotel owner when need be, and 7. Quoted TV in hotel description did not exist in our room.

Typically i can stay anywhere for at least one night, but not this place and i stayed 2 nights. Wish i hadn't. The shower is covered in mold, the doors don't fully close and is so small, be careful not to fall over and trip on the huge step up into it. The bedding is so uncomfortable and old. The room was very dusty which was terrible for our allergies. The noise outside from construction and loiters is too much. The neighborhood did not feel safe, there are quite a few loiters whom made my friend and i feel highly uncomfortable. They hang outside the entrance to the building, while bugging you and blowing kisses. We dreaded heading back there after a fun filled day touring. The food around the area was not good at all. Also they say that it is located near the Termini station. Uhhh not really at all, it's closer to Vittorio Emanuele metro stop. Which is next to a park filled with at least 100 stray nasty cats. It was just gross around that area. So good luck if you decide to stay there. My suggestion is to look for something else, even if it's a few dollars more a night. It will definitely be the better alternative.

According to the information I had recieved when I booked the room, the hotel needed to be called before checking in to make sure that the arrival time was communicated. I tried calling several times when I was already in Italy and didn't have any luck reaching them. Neither did hotels.com when I tried to reach them. When I finally did reach them, I tried to ask for directions from my location and the woman I spoke with us unable to tell me how to get there. When I found the hotel, she met me downstairs and led me to a different building on another block which is where the rooms are. I went there, dropped my stuff off and left. When I returned, I learned that it was in a shady area and I didn't feel at all safe staying there. The bed was uncomfortable and the ceiling fan would have required someone over 7 ft. tall to turn it on. When I used the bathroom the next morning, I saw that the shower door was broken and it didn't drain very well. At this point, I made the ultimate decision to locate another hotel and swallow the cost of this place; otherwise, it would have ruined my entire trip to Rome. I highly suggest not staying here and finding somewhere else to stay.

Pros: very affordable for a tight budget! this was the most affordable hotel we stayed at (out of 8 hotels). there's also a free "breakfast" at another location (5 min walk from the hotel.) basically just a croissant and coffee, but hey, it's free! Cons: So this is why this is so affordable: they don't provide the usual soap and shampoo and hand towels. you only get "bath" towels, which are not your regular fluffy bath towels. it is meant for two things -- dry you and cover you. in the bathroom i used, the shower drain was slow and there was no hot water. my sis said she had hot water in the bigger bathroom. the elevators and showers are small. not too wheelchair or big people-friendly. i also wasn't a big fan of the management office because it smelled like an ashtray in there. in short, if your budget is tight and just need a bed and a roof over your head, this is the place to be. again, bring your own soap (and shampoo)! they don't have any in there even though it's a shared bathroom.

Plus: cost. Minus: almost everything else. Doors were loud, and the two bathrooms were small. One bathroom has a cracked toilet seat. Our bedding was not as clean as it should be. We liked our rate, the wireless, and the breakfast at the local face. We did not like anything else. Best for: traveling on a budget. Worst for: travelers who expect anything other than a bed to sleep in and keys to lock the door.

...at least at the price you pay on hotels.com, and not their own prices on their website. The location is on the top floor of a residential apartment building in a fairly secure part of the city a couple blocks away from Termini station. It is accessible by both stairs or a fairly old school elevator that doesn't seem to have any mechanical issues. (Just remember to close all the doors after you leave!) The rooms are very clean and tidy, NO BED BUGS, and is quiet with the window open. The owner does not stay on the premises at night, but provides his mobile number in case you need anything from him. The beds are fairly firm, and the room lacks many storage areas or places to hang your belongings. The shower pressure is adequate, but the water temperature requires surgical precision to get the perfect balance between ice cold and scalding hot. All in all, this is the place to get if you just need your room to recuperate after a long day's adventuring through the city's sights.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and overall was an ok experience. Location was EXCELLENT, however some normal hotel operations were lacking (ie: daily cleaning, and TOWELS). The toilet backed up in the shared bathroom and had no way of contacting the desk for assistance, so it stayed until the next day. But with the price at the location, better than most hostels. Also charged me a "one time" 2 euro, daily fee for "Rome access"...was a bit questionable, but went with it because I just wanted to check in from a long day.

I have just returned after a stay at your hotel and is very dissatisfied. 1. the elevator wasn´t working at all times which meant that I have to carry my son and a stroller to 7th floor. 2. we did not receive a voucher for breakfast either of the two days. I persuade the cafe to let us eat there on the first day (I had a coffee and a cake, which is not continental breakfast!) but the second day when it was closed the cleaning lady just didn't show up to bring us, and other guests to the other cafe. 3. the television wasn´t plugged in and the cable was to short to reach the TV. 4. we did not get a crib/children's bed 5. the daily cleaning wasn´t satisfying as that only meant taking out the trash.

1人で行きました。プール付きで、1階の供用の大きなリビングルームでは読書もWIFIも楽しめました。朝食もバリエーション豊かでよかったと思います。店員に無愛想な人もいたのでもっと笑顔で接してくれたらもっといいと思いました。全体的には非常によかったです。

Good location (metro, terini train station was close),good breakfast, room could be better, cleaner and there was no cleaning service.

Cet hôtel est un appartement "adapté" pour faire office d'hébergement. Notre chambre était sans fenêtre (une petite fenêtre à 2m de haut donnant probablement sur la cour ne compte pas...). Femme de ménage fumait en nous accueillant même si on était avec un enfant et une femme enceinte. Du coup ça sent les cigarettes partout. Après le ménage la chambre sentait très fort l'eau de javel. Une salle de bains AVEC les toilettes pour 5 chambres (il ne faut pas avoir envie de faire pipi quand un amateur de douches longues fait sa toilette...). L'état de la salle de bains est minable - la douche à moitié bouchée, avec la porte cassée (du coup plein d'eau par terre, pas de serpillère, alors l'eau reste là à partir de la première personne qui prend la douche jusqu'au passage de la femme de ménage le lendemain). Les gens de l'autre chambre écoutais très fort la musique, heureusement c'était à 18-20h, pas la nuit... Le petit déj' dans une trattoria à coté comprend une viennoiserie et un café, mais nous étions obligés de payer le jus d'orange pour notre fils de 3 ans (qui ne prend pas de café). Le quartier n'a pas l'air très sûr. Par contre l'hôtel est juste à coté d'une station de métro et pas très loin du Colisée, ce qui est son seul point fort.

Vastaanotto ja loistava sijainti olivat ainoat hyvät asiat hotellissa. Vain 0,5km päärautatieasemalle ja colosseumille. Muu henkilökunta oli epäkohteliaita. Huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan viikon olomme aikana, Jouduimme itse pyytämään uudet pyyhkeet puolessa välissä, kun hotellissa oli yhteiset suihkutilat ja meille molemmille oltiin annettu pienet käsipyyhkeen kokoiset pyyheliinat. Suihkusta tullut vesi oli pari ensimmäistä päivää aivan jääkylmää, mutta loppuviikosta saimme hetken lämmintäkin vettä. Aamiaisesta oli aivan turha maksaa, siihen sisältyi kahvi/tee/mehu ja ällöttävän makea suklaacroisant joka ikinen aamu. Hotellin aamiainen tarjottiin parin korttelin päässä kahvilassa, aamupalalla sai käydä milloin halusi. Hotellin patja oli hirveässä kunnossa, mutta lakanat olivat onneksi puhtaat. Hinta oli kyllä halpa ja sijainti loistava, ja reissussahan ei hotellissa hirveästi aikaa vietetä, niin kyllä tämä hotelli menetteli. Itse en menisi uudelleen, mutta kyllä se nyt viikon ajan menetteli, kunhan vain pääsi nukkumaan yöksi jonnekin ja sai tavaroita säilytettyä huoneessa. Hotelli sopii ehkä parhaiten nuorille, vähän vaativille matkailijoille.

It was the worst hotel. First of all and this most important, there weren't a toilet and a shower in the room. A bathroom is general on a floor for several numbers. Water was cold in a wash basin , I didn't use a shower, it is dirty and even there is no place to hang up a towel. It is good that we were there only for 1 night

Cet hôtel est une honte a bien des niveaux. Le service est déplorable. Un exemple: le premier jour on demande à quelle heure doit-on rendre les clés le dernier jour. Réponse: 11h. Or, le dernier jour, passage de la gérante à 8h 30 : THE KEY!! (sans un bonjour bien sûr). De plus, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement ( 2 passages en 9 jours). Les douches (deux, situées hors des chambres) sont elles aussi mal entretenues. Celles-ci sont également dans un état déplorable: eau froide voire gelée, aucune pression... Les murs sont vraiment très fins et les bruits très nombreux la nuit. Or, vu qu'il n'y a personne à l'accueil durant la nuit, soit on intervient soi-même, soit on passe des nuits blanches.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais l'état de la salle de bain laissait à désirer.. sinon séjour très agréable!

5 Chambres très simples, sans aucune déco, sans télé, même pas de lampe de chevet, literie très rudimentaire, propreté des coeuttes très limite... Pour les petits déjeuners compris, il faut aller dans un bar situé à 250 mêtres de l'hotel ou l'on vous remettra un café (ou thé etc...) et une vienoiserie... Autre chose serai a votre charge ! Lors de votre arrivée, vous aurez peut être un peut de mal a trouver, car une fois a l'adresse, il vous faudra interphoner et monter au 7 ème étage, sans que rien ne vous soit indiquer ! Le plus de cet établissement est son rapport qualité prix excellent ainsi que son emplacement très proche de la gare termini et du métro... A pied, l'hotel se trouve a moins d'un kilometre du colisé...

Não é um hotel e sim um apartamento onde se alugam uns quartos. Vc escuta tudo no quarto, e o banheiro compartilhado não me agradou. A limpeza era boa, mas a localização do lugar é próximo as atrações turísticas. Só vale mesmo pela economia e internet disponível.

El baño,que era compartido,estaba en condiciones de que lo cerrara el departamento de sanidad...paredes negras de humedad, sin ventilación, sucisimo, oscuro...nosotros preferimos no ducharnos por higiene...el colchon de la habitación era malisimo...

This is an excellent stay for the price that is offered. The location is very close to the Termini station, metro line A, Colosseum. The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was a small . Just keep in mind that there is no soap and no dishes or glasses.

Lokationen er i top og prisen er i bund. Derfor kan vi jo sige os selv at standarden er ret lav: - Forvent ikke et hotel, men kedelige værelser i et lejlighedsbyggeri. - Morgenmaden består af én dødsyg og tør bolle. Dog var værelset nogenlunde rent og værterne var søde.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du Colisée, à côté de la gare Termini et desservi par le métro A. Très pratique. Le gérant est très sympathique, prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions et à rendre service. Les deux salles de bain sont un peu vétustes mais entretenues régulièrement et la propreté de la chambre est acceptable.

Pour un pti sejour a rome cet hotel est parfait, pas cher, tres proche du metro, petit dejeuner assez bon, eau chaude (dans une des deux douches),Wifi j'y suis allée avec mon copain et il nous a satisfait. je dirais que le seul probleme est le bruit, on entend tout ce quil se passe dans lhotel, des qu'une porte souvre ou que quelqu'un va au toilette pendant la nuit. Et je previens quand meme pour ceux que ca derangerait les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours. mais l'hotel en lui meme est propre.
