خدمة ممتازة من طاقم العمل. التدفئة غير منتظمة قليلاً والسرير والأريكة غير مريحين ولكن غير ذلك قيمته جيدة و مناسب جداً لقطار الأنفاق والمحلات والحانات. سأقيم هنا مرة اخرى.

في حي ممتاز وبمحل بقالة على الناصية والكثير من المطاعم الجيدة مع كون Nandos المفضل لديّ. الغرفة كانت كبيرة مقارنة بالمعهود في الفنادق الأوروبية. لقد فاقت توقعاتنا بكثير. حجم الحمام جيد وبه مُعلِّق مناشف مُسخّن بالكهرباء وأرضيات ومرايات. كل ما تحتاجه موجود بالغرفة. وبجانب المطبخ الصغير الغرفة بها الغسالة الخاصة بك وجهاز تحميص الخبز والأواني وكل ما تحتاجه لطهي وجبة صغيرة. الغلاية الكهربائية كانت ظريفة وبتشكيلة من الشاي، الكاكاو والقهوة. لقد كان عندهم سلة صغيرة بها فاكهة وبسكويت. كان السرير مريحاً وكان بالغرفة مكان لتخزين الملابس وخزانة. الشئ السلبي الوحيد كان صغر سمك الحوائط، ولكن بعد الإقامة في فنادق اخرى حول أوروبا يتضح لك أن هذا عنصر مشترك بينها. لقد كانت الغرفة هادئة ما عدا في الصباح وقت التنظيف. غرفتنا كانت ملاصقة لمكان عاملات النظافة وكنا نسمعهم يدخلون ويخرجون كثيراً ويغلقون الباب بعنف. وقد كان هذا مزعجاً يوم أردنا النوم ولكننا كنا أغلب الوقت بالخارج فلم يسبب ذلك مشكلة. بجانب هذا لا يمكنك منافسته. الWi-Fi المجاني والدقيقتين سيراً على الأقدام حتى محطة القطار كانتا مناسبتين جداً. أصدقائي أقاموا في فندق آخر على مسافة شارعين وقد دفعهم ذلك للإكتئاب، لقد كانت غرفتهم في حجم غرفة بمركب رحلات. لقد سألوني عن الغرفة وحزنوا عندما علموا أنني دفعت 30 دولاراً فقط في الليلة في غرفة أكبر بكثير وراحة من أجلها كانوا سيسعدوا بدفع فارق السعر.

موقع الفندق ممتاز بالقرب من محطتين لقطار الأنفاق ويحاوطه الكثير من المحلات المعروفة. غرفة الفندق كانت نظيفة وواسعة وكل الامكانيات كانت على أعلى مستوى. طاقم العمل كان متعاون جداً ومهذب. سأقيم هناك مرة اخرى بكل تأكيد.

Good services for the price demanded.

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location just minutes away from Earl's Court station on the Picadilly Line - which is the line direct to key stations such as the Heathrow Airport, St Pancreas, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It's even direct to Harrod's. Though not situated smack in the London city centre, it is very accessible by the tube. The room we got was in the basement which was nicely furnished and spacious for three of us sharing a room. The toilet was a little small but functional with a bath tub. Our only grouse was the lack of space to place toiletries in the bathroom. WIFI was free but the signal could have been better. It works well in the late hours of the night only and drops ever so often - this is probably due to the fact that we were in the basement. Staff members were helpful in helping us move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and to store them if you need to. Overall, a pleasant stay and we'd definitely come back again.

The hotel was in a lovely location, just down the street from Earl's Court underground station (easy walking distance). Gorgeous area & stunning hotel. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & friendly (I had to arrive early then go to the airport & they kept my bags & took them to the room in my absence, allowing me to use the public bathroom to change as well). The room/apartment was gorgeous!! Beautifully designed, very modern but warm & welcoming. Having our own cooking facilities was great for sorting our own food out (especially important as my boyfriend had got in from LA & had jetlag) which was convenient & saved money too. One tiny niggle was that there were no pots/pans to cook in, but with the microwave & oven, we managed just fine. A variety of teas & coffees certainly were most welcome too. And if you don't fancy cooking for yourselves, there are pubs, restaurants & bars just at the end of the road to choose from. The apartment itself was very quiet & we really felt like we were in our own little world. Would definitely use again & heartily recommend!

Faultless really

Great quality hotel steps from the tube station. There is a Marks and Spencer grocery store half a block away, so convenient! Polite staff and comfortable rooms, with heated bathroom floor!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, well maintained and well set up if just a little bit small.The only complaint is that it was too warm. We slept with windows open in December! Nothing was too much trouble for the pleasant and helpful staff. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Earls Court tube station, on a street just off Earls Court Road lined with small hotels. It is very convenient because 3 lines run through Earls Court station - Piccadilly, District and Circle - which means you don't need to change trains to get to many tourist attractions in London. There is an M&S Simply Food store, a Sainsbury Local store, and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance along Earls Court Road. Our spacious and modern room had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large TV - everything we needed for our stay. There's fairly good wi-fi connectivity which can be used for multiple devices simultaneously. Our only complaint was that the pillows were too soft, and using more pillows did not help. But this is a really a matter of personal preference.

The hotel was very modern and seemed relatively new. Overall very nice, good location, a block and a half from earls court tube and a direct line from Heathrow. There was not a large amount of space to put things like toiletries in the bathroom due to the modern design. Also, while the closets were sufficient, not a lot of available drawers to place clothing. The one true complaint I have is with the Wireless Internet, it was weak and did not consistently work (this was true in 2 rooms). Also, there was no cell phone coverage, not the fault of the hotel.

We came back to London for 1 night before flying out of Heathrow the following morning. We loved the added space of an apartment and all of the modern features such as bathroom, kitchen, wi-fi, and washing machine! The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that after riding the elevator down to basement level, we had to walk down another flight of stairs w/heavy luggage. The room was so clean/comfortable, though, that we could overlook the inconvenience!! It was just a short walk from the Earl's Court tube (1-1/2 blks), then we could ride the Piccadilly line straight to Heathrow in the morning! It was very easy to get there from Gatwick upon arrival on EasyJet, also.

...as long as Hotels.com paid them. This hotel was excellent with a few minor comments. The free WiFi was convenient, but it was vey slow. Upon check out, we were told there was balance due on the rooms. This was a prepaid reservation through Hotels.com and it appeared as though they never received payment. This was between the hotel & Hotels.com. Hopefully, this ha3d been worked out; otherwise, great place, great price & great location.

Great apartments, stayed there for my bday celebrations and very pleased. Very friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to receptionists for all their help!

The staff is very kind and helpful, next time I need to go to London I´ll book a room there without any doubt.

I decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel for my overnight stay in London, mainly due to the price being much more competative than the overpriced hotels in the same area. I booked a Studio apartment at the Presidential and was very nicly surprised by my room. It was large, modern and clean. There was a kitchenette, which I didn't use but it had verything I would have needed to be self sufficient, a dining room table, sofa, large bed and bathroom. I liked the fact that you got loads of current magazines and newspapers in the room. Tea making facilities and a bag of fresh cookies when I checked in too, plus fruit in the room. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I had a visit from housekeeping to check that everything was OK and if I needd anything, the service was excellent. It was just around the corner from Earls court tube which gave me easy access to get around London. The area had loads of shops, bars and restaurants so you did';t really need to go out of the area in the evening to eat or drink. Would definitely use again and hopefully for a longer period next time.

The location is fabulous - a very short walk to Earls Court tube, and a 10min walk to West Brompton. Rooms are TINY. But they are fully furnished with Washer, Dish washer and a full cooktop, utensils and cutlery.

Facilities, cleanliness and closeness to tube station was great. I would stay there again but I would get a larger room. The room I was given was way too small and cramped for 2 people. There was no space to keep our 2 suitcases in the room.

Nice Hotel, clean and friendly. Great location. No big extras. but that wasn't what we were looking for.

Our basement room was comfortable and beautifully styled, with everything you could want for a couple to be self catering for a short stay. Admittedly we didn't cook but all facilities were spotlesly clean and very modern. No-one on the desk when we arrived, at 10.00 at night. We had to wait about 10 minutes.

I guess, for the cost, I expected better but since this is London, I have nothing to compare it to. Compared to the US, the 'apartment' was very small. Maybe 250sf for an apartment including kitchen, washer (no dryer). Bathroom was tiny. The fold out couches were not great either. The staff was very nice and extremely responsive and the location was great. Earls Court is an excellent location and easy access to multiple underground line. The cost was expensive but maybe not so much when compared to other London hotels.

The apartment had everything we required to make our stay comfortable. The location close to the tube, shops and pubs was ideal. We would us these apartments again.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The duvet on the comforter had not been changed. The front desk could not even tell me how to get to the Tower of London via the Tube. The bed was not a king size. There were no twin beds in the room. It was a love seat that pulled out and was suppose to fit two people--really??? My advice is to look into other places to stay in Kensington because it is a nice area. Really close to the underground and lots of restaurants to choose from. There is a Best Western down the street--might be better.

The hotel staff and neighborhood were excellent. The room itself featured a well-equipped kitchen. The one problem -- a major one -- was that the room was in a sub-basement, with the only natural light coming down a shaft from two stories above. I wouldn't stay there again. (Apparently all the "studio" rooms are on this level or the one directly above it. Not much improvement, I'm afraid.)

EXCELLANT LOCATION AND VERY MODERN. OVER ALL I WOULD VERY MUCH RECOMEND THIS HOTEL. SERVICE WAS THE BEST.

(1) The service level by its front desk staff is very bad. They are not helpful. This is a definite drop in the hotel service level when i stayed in a year ago for a week. (2) they placed a very sensitive smoke detector on the celing near the cooker hob ( and there is NO exhaust provided for the hob in this hotel) and imagine that everytime you cook the alarm goes off and is scary !!!! The hotel reception says " it is common - open the window"

Presidential Apartments is a hotel with suite-style rooms close to Earl's Court underground stop in London. The location is really great, you can go there from Heathrow taking the Piccadily line and not having to change once. Other locations are equally close using the underground. We stayed at an Executive Studio with 3 adults. The room is quite big, with a small kitchen and all required facilities. It has a large flat TV and in-room wireless Internet. The only problem was the sofa bed, which is a bit small and uncomfortable for an adult but would be good of a child. There is no restaurant (apart from breakfast facilities) but there are plenty of alternatives in the main street within 2 minutes walk and you can also order delivery through reception. Clearly a good alternative for a London stay.

Everything is tip top.... The wifi could need an upgrade though

The hotel was cleana nd the neighborhood was great, however, the room was waaay too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed that was supposed to be for the kids was only big enough for one person and it was in terrible condition. Lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The hallways were filled with dirty linens and cleaning supplies each and every time we entered or left the unit (I have photographs). We asked the front desk to rectify the situation as it was a fire hazard but nothing was done during the entire 5 days we were there. We tried to change to another hotel and found that we could have stayed at the Intercontinental (across from Buckingham Palace and 5 stars) or The Langham (off Oxford Street and another luxury property) for the same price. Both are well above the Presidential in appearance, location and value.

The apartments were nice and clean, with friendly staff and overall good standard, and situated close to museums and other sightseeing objects. Overall conclusion: A small sensation of luxury at "economy class" price.

These apartments out did my expectations. They are very nicely renovated and have everything you could need. The only downside is staff that aren't very helpful, but this wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

this hotel is near underground and buses. There're also many supermarkets, shops, fast food & cafe in main street. And the room is simple design but comfortable with all cooking equipments and washing machine. id recommend for long/ short stay.

A great place in the heart of London close to main attractions. It's a 5-minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station and is a very quiet place (especially if you're lucky to get an apt facing the inner yard). I'd say it's the best option in London I've had so far. Helpful service, great location, very cosy rooms with all you need. They also allow food delivery and carefully provide you with detrgents for washing machines. Loved it!

Only complaint was that fresh towels were not placed in our room one day until we called the desk. They were brought to us promptly after the call.

Clean, convenient, well appointed apartment. The only improvement would have been if the bathroom were a bit larger - it is really tiny.

staff going through the motions equipment in room doesnt work staff doesnt care

Just 5mins walk to Earls Court Station, which is not far from the centre of London. Picadilly and District lines takes you conveniently into city centre or Heathrow airport . Lots of convenient shops around eg. Sainsbury supermarket within walking distance. Room is always clean. Beverages sachets topped up daily with the occasional surprise of cookies. Bowl of fruits was a real welcome. The bath towels were enormous. Even my 6ft nepehew found it BIG!!! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights there and would recommend to all my friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at the Presidential Apartments. Only difficulties were with a key that needed to be re-programmed numerous times and the fact that the cleaning staff was unable to clean our room prior to our return to the apartment in the late afternoon on two days.

TOTAL DISASTER FROM START TO FINISH. STAFF VERY RUDE. WILL NEVER BE BACK

Great apartments in a fantastic location. These apartments have everything you need. The only tiny criticism we might have, is that the bathroom was a little on the small side in the one bedroom apartment we had, especially for a family of four. However this didn't impact our stay and everything else was great. We'd be happy to stay here again.

I booked the single bed room deluxe for my mother, aunt, and myself. The flat was wonderful! The lady who serviced our flat was friendly, warm ,and did an excellent job. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly. We felt welcome and had a most pleasurable stay. I highly recommend the Presidential Apartments Kensington. Thanks to the staff for a fabulous job!!
