Although the room was very small it had a grt amount of storage space, the rates were very reasonable, and the staff friendly. I am a local of las Vegas recently getting a divorce and needed a quiet spot for a few day, this hotel was the perfect get away for a short term stay.didn't check out the pool, but the gym is all you need for a good workout. Also they have breakfast from 6-9am every morning. Even a pancake/ waffle maker, fresh coffee and tea.

Wonderful stay, good location, very pleased.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They knew how to give good directions. The kitchen made our stay very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Visited for the Ironman World triathlon event. Wanted something comfortable and convenient for getting around. The location was perfect between the start and finish. Hotel staff was beyond accommodating with check out and did an early breakfast for the triathletes competing! Room was clean, comfortable too. Very, very happy!

The studio rooms are very roomy and the layout is wonderful. I said that the room must have been designed by a woman as there is a lot of storage space. The room is wonderful for a lengthy stay on business and/or for one or two people on vacation. Also, the price per day was very reasonable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The only potential problem we encountered was a dog who was muzzled (animals are allowed at the hotel) and became aggressive in an elevator without provocation on our part. The owner pulled the dog back but we were very happy the dog was muzzled.

The hotel was new and clean when I booked I thought I was getting your basic room with a king bed but the room came with a kitchen as well. Nice surprise

What a great place to stay! We loved the hotel and the area. The entire staff was really nice!

The hotel was very nice, appeared to be very new. Surrounding area appeared safe, much better than downtown Las Vegas. Staff was friendly and accomadating. Would stay here again. Fine restaurants close by.

If you are driving a car and want to stay away from all the noise of the Strip, this is a great place. Rooms include a large flat-screen TV, a good work table, a full kitchen, and free Wi-Fi. Ten minutes away from McCarran Airport, new and clean. Not much around it, for basic food and entertainment, get back into I-215, The District mall is less than five minutes away (two exits west of the hotel, you should take the Green Valley Parkway exit; you can also drive around the streets if you do not want to get back into the highway).

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. We were attending a Business Seminar that was presented at the Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino. GVR was sold out so we got accomadations at the TownPlace Suites. The difference in room rental allowed us to rent a car and we still saved money. The only drawback was that the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The Hotel Towneplace Suites by Marriott Henderson 1471 Paseo Verde Pkwy. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help satisfy my needs. They were always alert when we plesant entered the hotel and greeted everyone with a simle and a greeting. Although new, they were always keeping the hallways and the main entry way clean. There was a spill in the elevator and they had it cleaned up within minutes of its report. They ran out of half and half for my coffee and had some brought over from a neighboring hotel very expediently.

I was looking for a quiet place to relax. I found that and more! The front desk employee was very friendly and very helpful. She was also very discreet when disclosing my room number which was important to me since I was a single female traveller. Loved the room and loved the area! I will be staying here again next time I visit Las Vegas!

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Customer service was excellent and the room was extremely clean feeling, modern and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend and I will stay here again when I am in town next.

We statyed in the two-bedroom suite. This hotel was very nice, clean, and comfy. The property is a 10 minute drive (via highway) to the Strip. The surrounding are is nice, upscale, and has good shopping within driving distance. The kitchen was nicely supplied and included a few extra items that most suite or extended-stay properties do not usually offer, such as extra paper towel roll and food storage containers, in addition to all the usual items. I also recommend trying the restaurant called "Timbers" just a few blocks north on Stephanie St. Very good food and open 24/7.

Maravilhoso Hotel. Excelente conservaçao. A decoracao é perfeita. recomendo para qualquer casal que queira conhecer Las Vegas. No entanto é necessário alugar um carro pois está a aproximadamente 20 km da Streep (centro) de Las Vegas. Voltarei lá com toda a certeza. Atendimento nota 10.
