Best Western Regency Inn & Suites - لونجفيو

The hotel was nice on the outside, looked remodeled. It was located conveniently off I 20. The staff was helpful and able to explain everything and answer any questions. They also helped us choose locations to eat while we were there. They were knowledgable of the town and overall friendly. The room was nice and clean and well sized. It was very similar to a Hampton Inn and Suites which is my first choice when staying at this level of hotel. Great hotel and I would stay there again and recommend people to stay there. The work out equipment was better than I thought and I utilized it on my stay. The workout room was nice and had various equipment to use. Very clean and TV was also available while I worked out.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is beautiful, clean and competent. During our stay, some of the housekeeping staff had been slack in some of the details and failed to report some maintenance needs. The front desk reception, Rudy to be specific, was so professional, helpful and dealt with ours and others needs above the call of duty. We would definitely stay here again.

Customer service was great but a lack of hot water and a dirty shower ruined the experience. Not my first choice, or second, but it'll do of some of the other hotels are full, as they were on this trip.

Guest and house keeping just walk in your room without knocking. I will not stay there again!

I was traveling with a friend for a wedding and when checking in at the hotel, I was told that they did not have the room I booked and that I had been "upgraded" to a king suite. This was not an "upgrade" for us as we did not want to share a bed and this was the reason we booked a room with separate beds. Other than not having the room I booked, the hotel was nice, clean and staff was very friendly.

Overall I would stay there again.

Excellent room. Dropping daughter off for college in Longview. Loved the hotel quality and location. Will stay again in the future.

Overall, very good stay at this hotel. The price was good and the breakfast was too. The pillows were not comfortable though.

New hotel. All was as expected. The shower head was high enough for any NBA player! The only 'glitch' was the shower head did not adjust. Everything else was perfect.

This was a very large room. Very clean and easy to get to. Helpful desk person. We got in late but the girl at the desk told us were we could get dinner. The meal was wonderful.

Peaceful & tearfully. Just as it should be. Beautifully furnished & perfect location near the airport. Easy to get to shopping. Loved it!

Very accommodating & professional staff. Room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great stay

Our stay was nice only problem was they didn't have anymore non-smoking rooms and we had to take a smoking room not good. But overall stay was nice.

I cannot believe this hotel is only rated 2.5 stars! Maybe it's not caught up yet with the renovations in 2009 but this hotel is STUNNING and the staff is extremely helpful!

The rooms were really nice and clean. It was not dirty at all. I would recommend this hotel if your in the area.

Great experience, employees were outstanding…..

This hotel is very nice and deserves at least three stars. The rooms are well appointed with new furnishings, was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

We were in Longview for a funeral and visit with family members. Our room was clean Beds and area, BUT Bathroom had only two face towels,For two people, what they wanted us to do, Wipe out butt and use the same towel for our face in the morning. Each day had to ask for more face towels Bathroom had bad switch on wall, with sparks coming out, No Refrigerator in Room, Commode bowl water does not fill up, have to play with handle, Access Card quit working to go in and out of Bld. on the last hour we were there. Breakfast was not like expected, not enough hot meals to serve.Not enough milk to go around for the amt. of people staying there. Was not given a receipt upon leaving at end of our three day stay. I can only say that Best Western has lost another customer that will look for other hotels in the future.

Called the Hotel for directions from the Amtrak Station and was told she didn't know the directions. We drove around for 45 min until we found one that we thought was ours. Wrong! but the young man @ the 310 E Loop 281 Site B not only gave me directions but gave me a card for me to call him if we needed to. I just wanted to thank him for rescueing us from a very bad day.

We were happy overall with our hotel stay. The only disappointment was the limited variety of breakfast items. It would have been nice to have more hot food selections.

Recently my family and I journeyed to Longview for a Family Reunion. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and our rooms were still available. The only hiccup was that they only had one double and one single room when we had booked two doubles. Fortunately they had a lovely couch bed and provided us with fresh linens. Overall I can say that my family and I had a wonderful stay at the BW and we would definately stay there again.

VERY nice hotel...a lot more than I expected...I definitely feel I got more than my money's worth. Very nice spacious rooms (I got a king size standard room), comfortable beds, and really nice hot continental breakfast! Very kind, helpful staff was there to help direct me to local businesses...and their directions were a lot more efficient than my GPS. The only complaint to mention is the AC unit was loud so every time it came on, I had to turn up the volume of the TV to be heard over it. But considering it's July in Texas, I'll take the loud cold AC over nothing anytime! :)

The hotel was wonderful very clean and friendly staff my kids had a blast in the saltwater pool waterfall and very kid friendly the beds were wonderful
