Horrible place, awful location and the maid service is once every 3 days.Skip this place, much better motels in Pismo Beach.

The freeway nearby was not noticeable. Rather off the beaten track but fine with us.

I was upset with the clerk at check in, when I was ready to check in 8pm she could not verify my reservation or that I paid. I booked this stay 2 weeks in advance and had stayed before in Oct 2011 so i didnt have problems then but this stay was different. I had to go to office max by ink and print my confirmation out to verify my stay. I did call hotels.com customer service and they refaxed and called the clerk. So for any stayin print out your confirmations. I learned my lesson cant trust electronics or clerk.

This is a older motel but has been updated as in sinks, bedding Flat screen TV. This was a case of us judging a book by its cover and then opening the door to find a very clean up to par motel. The price was very good. My sister inlaw only note was the pillows were not so great so you might want to bring your own or ask for a few extra at the office which the staff was very nice.

Registration was fine. Room was fine for the price. the wifi worked and that's my most important thing. very close to the freeway exit, which I like. room is quiet, but you can here people having "fun" next door, so if you're unfortunate enough to have kids with you then turn up the TV volume.

friendly stall and a clean room. made acomendations for my oversized truck. good for overnight or if your not going to be in you room much. a little small. would stay there aagain for the night. good price.

On the surface, the room was clean and well maintained. However, the next mornng, both my daughter and I had bites on different parts of our bodies. I did not notice any mosquitos, but am afraid that these were bed bug bites. We will not be returning to this hotel.

This small (12 rooms), older motel was ok for a 1-night stay. Room was small. Right up against freeway, though the noise was not disruptive to us. No breakfast. Hard beds. Bath/shower were fine. Biggest complaint was that the room was very small. Price was good though.

Cheap but out of the way and old-style. Don't rememebr why I picked it. It is purely functionl: you have a bed, a shower, a TV and that;s it. You get what you pay for.

I really liked this hotel. It's small but nice and very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend!

Nothing wrong with this establishment. Front desk was nice, no problems checking in, didn't need anything more after checking in. This was a quick one night place to stay but is a motel styled room, which is fine if you understand this means the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom door and in the corner sleeping area. Also, hanging area for clothes is simply an open shelf with a bar. The accommodations were more than fitting the price paid, including a small fridge, microwave and ironing board/iron, and the room was decorated in such a manner as to try and make it as pleasant as they could. If you are looking for this style of hotel, then this one probably would fit the bill.

the place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. no complaints. would stay here again if i was in the area. great price.

I loved the location of this hotel and the owner was very nice however the bed was extremely uncomfortable, for all I know it could have been a piece of plywood wrapped in sheets, also the pillows were so thin even when I folded it it wasn't as thick as 1 normal pillow, the room was very clean and spacious and I liked the newly remodeled bathroom and the area was nice though, not sure that I would stay again.

Nice, clean, quiet place to stay. No coffee in room or lobby though.

We were looking for a clean, affordable hotel room w/two Q beds for our family w/microwave, fridge & coffee maker to stay in Morro Bay. Did not find one in Morro Bay! This hotel was clean & had everything but a coffee maker and kleenex in the room! We really wanted our own morning coffee since this was vacation:( Also, no dvd player in room but the kids survived. Clean carpets, new bathroom counter & sink, new shower stall/bath unit, new carpet, no musty/moldy smell, relatively quiet, easy access & clean, quaint downtown w/good selection of coffee, shops, restaurants, etc. Our bed wasn't the most comfortable, I could feel the springs but no complaints about the other bed. Our room was by the street window, so there was some traffic noise but I'm a light sleeper when it comes to noise & we stayed mid-week.

Exceptionally clean in room and outside. Nothing fancy but a nice comfortable place to stay.

we booked this place for the location and the little town it was in was a huge plus, very quaint town have a very cool old suspension bridge in the village that we walked across a few times. great place for a stop on the way up the coast.

It was obvious that the owners had gone to great lengths to renovate this older motel. The rooms are small but immaculate and nicely decorated.The have A/C, a small refrigerator, Cable T.V. and other amenities. The owner/operator was very accommodating, friendly and polite. We will definitely return.

Out room was super clean, motel style, next to freeway but still quiet enough. Appears recently remodeled and no musty smell typical of vintage motels of this type.

Super Clean. Comfortable Beds. Great shower pressure. Wonderful town especially the "local Pub" and old fashioned Ice Cream parlor.

A few friends and I were planing on staying in SLO for a recent trip, however the prices were rather expensive. We found this motel to be cheaper than most and clean. It worked well for a quick overnight stay for a road trip.

This hotel is near the highway and the central coast beaches-shell, pismo, avila, morro bay. The room was noisy from the highway, but due to others mention of this, a pair of earplugs worked wonders for me and the noise didn't bother my husband. Try the restaurant "Zorro's" in Shell beach (5-6 miles away) for breakfast or lunch. Our room was ultra clean and comfortable. There was a microwave, mini fridge, iron and hair dryer, but no coffee pot.

We had a very short stay - just one night. We checked in early evening but then left to go out. We just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep in and we were out very early in the morning. Our brief interaction with the desk manager was friendly. The room was very clean, neat and had all the basic necessities; good bathroom and shower. We would stay there again.

Except for minor glitches, this was a great place - the minor glitches - the light in the Bath did't work, so they moved us. We had to ask for more TP - but got it no problem. Everything looks new or just painted. Nice and clean.

This is a nice motel to stay when travelling to SLO or up along the coast. We needed a place to spend the night between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo and this was very convenient.

Everything plus,what I expected for the price...Little Thrills but the room was bigger then expected. Very Neat & Clean

This was just a one night pitstop, so they were just what we needed. Simple amenities, clean simple room and quiet neighborhood.

Just go somewhere else.

Location was most probably the worst aspect. It is wedged between the 101 and a major street (very convenient to the freeway though :) ). Very clean and spacious rooms. comfortable bed. When I checked in I asked if a double was available instead of queen, but was told my reservation was for a queen (did not even look what was available).

Clean, recently painted, cheerful colors. I wanted only a quiet, warm room for the night with a comfortable bed and shower. Pretty bare bones, about what I expected for a budget rate.

The hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway. Has all the basic amenities. Very spacious rooms. Clean and comfy. We traveled with our baby and although there were no cribs available, there was plenty of space to set up his poratble crib and walk around the room. Close to the main street with shops and restaurants. Mini fridge and microwave were a bonus. Really the only downside was that you could here the cars on the road at night. But even that wasn't too bad (unless you are a really light sleeper, I suppose) nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix.

This motel was perfect for what we needed and inexpensive! We stayed here to attend a wedding so we didn't need a view - just a comfortable place to sleep at a convenient distance from the wedding. We called ahead the day before to see if we could check in early and it wasn't a problem. Also, one of us got sick that night and they let us check out a few minutes late without a penalty. Very courteous and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable establishment.

I choose the motel because I simply wanted a comfortable place to sleep as I would be involved in meetings for two days. That also caused me to be very economical. The motel is an older property, but was extremely well maintained and was clean. It didn't have some usual amenities, such as coffee-makers, but all-in-all, my stay at the motel was a positive experience.

Everything was fine, except for the road noise from the 101 freeway, otherwise, it was comfortable, safe, and convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel/motel was. The room looked freshly painted. Very clean. Nice sunny color of yellow painted walls. Hotel manager.owner was very nice. The only downside was the bed. Not such a good quality and therefore sort of uneven from wear. Otherwise I had a very good experience for the price.

My stay a the Arroyo Village Inn was extremely pleasent. The service was quick and the rooms clean and orderly. What really helped was how close it was to all our planned activies. Thank you management and staff for a great time!

I was enroute from Palm Desert to Monterey. This was a perfect stopping off point with a chance to enjoy the Pismo Beach activities & restaurants. The accommodations were very nice considering the price.
