Very enjoyable stay. Liked the option of the fold-down bed or sofa for daytime. Also having cooking facilities very useful. The chill-out area was nice too. Great value for money, very clean and staff very friendly - would stay again anytime. The only slightly sour note was the staff had a meeting in the chill out room while I was watching tv, waiting for my taxi. Instead of moving to another table so I could sit in peace - they sat behind me and then turned DOWN the tv that I was watching so they could hold their meeting. They had the option of relocating to the breakfast room or further away, whereas I didn't, so not the best end to the stay. But still a great hotel overall.

This Hotel is situated in a convenient location within walking distance to many restaurants and landmarks. The rooms are very spacious and ours in particular housed 4 people comfortably. It has a kitchen if you want to save on eating out or just eating in to prepare breakfast or lunch. The metro is just below the hotel and it is only two stops to the main station/ bus station since we came down from Amsterdam for a couple of days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels and I would personally book this on my next visit.

The hotel is very close to the main square but the area didn't seem to safe with lots of drunks around the street. The hotel requires a card just to get in off the street so if you needed to get into the hotel quickly that would be a problem. The biggest problem with the hotel is the bed and bedding Just awful mattress, pillows, and sheets Just horrible

The apartment is nice. However we were disappointed with the efficiency of housekeeping. We were there for 3 nights and both days the room was not yet cleaned when we came back in the evening already tired from our sight seeings. The first day we were told housekeeping already left and we had to change our towels at the reception. The excuse given was housekeeping came when we were in the midst of prayers. We did left a message immediately after that to clean the place but they did not do it. On the second day they did "clean" but merely change the garbage bag and towels. The bed was not touched, neither was the floor swept. However the cooking facilities provided is handy and helped us saved on food expenses.

Good location. Lack of room service if you stay 4 days or more is not good. Bed not really comfortable.

This was my 2nd time to Brussels and it was a great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and found it to be an excellent base, close to everything. The facilities for the kitchen were enough for a couple days and we saved a bit of money by cooking in on a couple of occasions. It is right beside De Broukere metro station and Grand Place is just around the corner. Great soundproofing as Tartan army were in full force at the time we stayed and couldn't hear a thing! Would recommend

The studio apartment was clean and well appointed, with fridge/hotplate/microwave/coffee machine/dishwasher in the kitchen area, a bath/shower and separate toilet, a sturdy and comfortable pull-down bed, couch, decent TV, a safe, ironing board/iron, and plenty of storage space. There's a comfortable lounge with free wi-fi if you don't have a wired internet device to use in your room. The staff were unfailingly polite and friendly (even standing up to say bon jour as we walked through the lobby). The location is outstanding, on a very busy street, and with all the shopping/food/beer you could want within a 15 minute walk. The double-glazing dealt with the worst of the noise, although the over-enthusiastic sirens of the Belgian police were a familiar companion during our stay. In summary, this hotel is excellent, and fantastic value for money. I can't rate it highly enough.

The hotel was good all round - can't fault it. The staff were very helpful and upgraded our rooms after having found out I was pick-pocketed shortly after my arrival in Brussels. The assistance we got in a strange town with a different language was wonderful.

Very nice place to stay and in a great location. Just ~10 minute walk from the Central Station (with a direct connection to the Airport). Right in the middle of everything and the room includes all cooking facilities (if one chooses that route). Would recommend it any day.

My overall impression about the hotel is good, but the light was out in the toilet and microwave wasn't working. I reported the problems as soon as I noticed, but weren't fixed until I left. I stayed four nights.

Hotel is right above the De Brouckere metro station and a five minute walk to the grand place. Excellent location. We had a studio apartment for 2 and it was really nice. Would definately recommend these apartments and will use again if we visit brussels again. There's a mexican restuarant across the road which was really nice and good value.

Booked this apartment/hotel at the last minute and was very happy with it. Very friendly staff, lovely room - very clean, great facilities, great location.

The Hotel is nice, but no cleaning all week.

So convenient to major tourist attractions and to the main shopping / walking street! The staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. Fast check-in, nicely decorated and quiet room. Windows that open, climate control and free internet.... tons of restaurants in the area and a Paul's next door - what's not to love!!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Located was very central, close to all amenities, it was an ideal base for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming. No internet access whatsoever was the only negative during our stay.

Our stay was good and close to most major sights to see in Brussels. The surrounding area was okay at night but a little sketchy. Hotel staff was friendly but didn't have much to offer in terms of suggestions and help when we wanted some info on the specific things to see. Room was good size but noisy because we were facing the main street. Ask for a quiet room facing the side street. Washing machines on site were convenient and okay, but took a long time to dry clothes.

Many nice Places of interest quite close. Rooms are clean and the service is great for this class of Hotel. If I go to Bruessels again I will rest here again.

We absolutely loved the studio. Great shower, modern decor, comfy bed, balcony, kitchen area which was useful even though we didn't really make meals in it. So handy for the Grand Place. We also visited the comic book museum which was a ten min walk, took train to Bruges, metro to Atomium, plenty to fill our four days. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely return if I ever needed to stay in Brussels again. It was a great place to spend our pre-Christmas break

Had a short city break with my wife at Adagio Centre Monnaie. Hotel is very new, modern and clean - being an apart hotel the small kitchenette is very useful, a Paul bakery just below is great to get bread and cakes for breakfast! We asked for a room facing the outside, but got one facing the shopping centre internals. There were no problems, just a bit strange that you look constantly onto artificial light - but it did mean it was silent outside at night! Hotel is very quiet - we were not disturbed at all - more than can be said for most places! Getting from Gare du Midi from Eurostar is easy on the lines 3 and 4 tram and only takes around 20 mins. Its only 5 minutes walk to the grand place area, which is great for walking to restaurants at night. Only real complaint with the hotel was that they asked us to pay for the hotel again - without checking their records. This was easily rectified, but does lack a bit of care! Would definitely visit again!

Spent 11 nights at this hotel. It was fine. Location was ideal for me as a tourist. Staff was useful and friendly. I would have like daily room cleaning service (room cleaning only done once per week for longstays) but it was not a deal breaker. I highly recommend.

The neighborhood was sketchy & gave us an uneasy feeling in the evening.Once inside the Hotel the staff, the room & overall condition was outstanding.

I was impressed by the room. Nice layout, plenty of room and had all the items you would need for a stay. Although on a busy street, it is very quiet at night. The reception was very helpful and the lounge room was a nice chill out area. I was impressed that we were able to leave out luggage on the last day of stay and use the computers and the sitting area.

The Adagio is a business-friendly apartment hotel near the sights of Brussels. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean with kitchenette, full bathroom, and lots of storage for a long stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful with advice. Everything appears to be new or very well cared for! The room is equipped with phone, internet, etc. for conducting business, but we were there for pleasure. It's a 10 minute walk to city center and less than that to dining and shopping.

This hotel is close to perfect if you want a clean, comfortable and convenient base for visiting Brussels. The studio had everything - we could not believe how much had been fitted in the room. There was everything we could possibly have needed, including a dishwasher! The hotel is situated on a busy road but once you are inside you are not aware of this - we slept better than we had done for ages. Shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and the main sites of Brussels just round the corner - what more could you want? Oh, and the staff were polite and extremely helpful. All in all a great place to stay - we will definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Brussels.

First off know that this place is sort of like a blend between a hotel and an apartment. I got the impression that a good portion of the people there were on extended business trips. We only stayed a few nights, but it seems like a good place for an extended stay. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't that great to walk through at night, but it's not the worst either. There is no wifi in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby for it. There is a wired connection in the room. Having a laundry facility on the floor was really nice. There's only a couple machines, so we had to wait a bit, but it was nice to be able to wash clothes without paying the expensive fee most hotels charge when they do it for you. If you are on a budget I think this can be a perfect place. You have everything you need to make meals in the room and it has a little slide out dining table and all normal utensils plus a dishwasher. It worked great for us because Brussels was a halfway point in our tour and we were frankly tired of eating out and needed to do laundry. There are great markets nearby where you can get great bread, cheese, meats, etc...

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. My first in an appartment-hotel. It worked really well for me. Great location above a Metro and very central. Room had lots of facilities and equipment worked.

The set-up of these rooms is perfect, particularly if you're staying for several days. It was very clean and the location was perfect for exploring - close enough to the Grand Place for convenience but also in the heart of other activity since the Grand Place is something that can be done in an hour or two in my opinion and being around the corner/down the street isn't necessary at all. The staff was also very helpful. App. 40 euro to the airport, app. 20 euro from Brussels-Midi train station so again, great location for everything.

This is a new apartment hotel, well located right near a metro station and close to Brussels attractions. The staff were professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 4 days. I was told that I had to clean the room. But if someone stays for less than 3 days, the room will be cleaned everyday. I think, this facility should be given to the people who stay longer.

We stayed in one of the studio rooms, so there was a Murphy bed (which we left down for the entire duration of our stay) and a kitchenette complete with sink, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave, along with plenty of small appliances. Toilet room with small sink was separate from shower/tub room with large sink. Storage options were PLENTIFUL if you are going to be there a while. Everything was spotless. We didn't use maid service as we normally don't need to. There was a trash room down the hall (on 2nd floor), so recycling and any trash needing to be taken out wasn't a problem. If I do it at home, I can do it for a 4-day stay on vacation! Room, lobby, hallways, elevator -- all neat and clean. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on that. Location is GREAT for travel, as it's on top of the De Broukere Metro stop and a short walk to Gare Central (Brussels Central Station). Hotel entrance is on Anspach Blvd, which is loaded with restaurants, three grocery stores within a 5-min walk, and a few blocks from Grand Place. Mannekin, Jeannekin, and the Dog statues were all within a few minutes' walk. The lengthiest walk we took was from the Palace of Justice (Brussels' best view) back to our hotel, all downhill. CitySightseeing Tours has a stop a block from the Adagio near the Bourse Metro stop. Would stay in this type of hotel again, although if staying in Belgium I would recommend more nights in Antwerp as a base for daytrips and using this hotel for a night or two to explore Brussels.

Being a vegitarian family, this hotel apartment was perfect choice. Hotel has excellent kitchenette and we enjoyed staying here with our own cooking. Location is very best and centre of city centre, metro station, Grand palace, casion and pubs and many restaurants.

Rooms very clean, comfortable and modern. Great location (only 10 minutes walk from grand place). Very helpful friendly staff. A real bargain!

Fint med seng der kan klappes op, fin rengøring, fin beliggenhed.Reseptionisterne talte 4 sprog, men var ikke særlig gode til at forklare hvordan man kom rundt og de var ikke alle specielt høflige.

Hotellet ligger godt i fht. alt. Bed om et værelse ud mod gaden - fik først et værelse med udsigt ind i et shopping center og værelset var varmt som en bageovn. Jeg brokkede mig og fik heldigvis et nyt værelse. Fint udstyret med det man har brug for. Ville bo der igen.

Emplacement exceptionnel à 5 mn à pied de la Grand Place de Bruxelles et situé au niveau de la station Métro-Tram De Brouckère. Tenue de l'hôtel impeccable avec un personnel très aimable et au service.Appartement 4 personnes confortable, agréable et très bien équipé. Service de laverie très pratique.

Litt dårlig med sitte plass for bespisning på rommet. Kun to stoler og ikke spise bord. Kun et lite sofa bord. Men god frokost og få kjøpt på hotellet. Ellers var rom og senger helt ok. Hotellet lå helt perfekt i forhold til severdighetene. Kort gåavstand. Og metroen rett rundt hjørne. Hotellet hadde også vennlig og hjelpsom betjening.

Très proche du centre, du métro et des magasins.
