Viceroy Snowmass - سنوماس فيليدج

Very modern and nice hotel. Great car service within the area. Nice ski in/out location with valet service to carry skis in and out. By far the nicest at Snowmass. Would definitely stay there again.

The ski-in, ski-out feature of this hotel was great. One walked out the back door of the hotel onto a beginner Snowmass run, put on your skis, then skied to a lift that provided access to the rest of the mountain. The hotel would also transport your skis to other Aspen area resorts for no cost. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive, and there were no convenient alternatives nearby. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were excellent. Everyone on the staff acted as if they were glad you were there.

Great service throughout the hotel, with the exception of EightK, the restaurant and bar--long waits for breakfast and cocktails. While the restaurants are pricey, stop moaning, people--this is Aspen/Snowmass, for heaven's sake, not the Super8 in Buena Vista! Amazing room, fantastic amenities.

good service with good quality hotel in Snowmass. Not quite as good as prior years, but still better than most.

The hotel was top notch. My only criticism is that Aspen and The hotel are very pet friendly. There were many dogs sharing the elevator and the poolside. This is not a place for anyone who does not get along with dogs. But that may be true of all of Aspen,

Beautiful hotel and accomodations with a great location in Snowmass Village. Welcoming staff. Would recommend the hotel restaurant and bar. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice hotel and service...............the concierge service was great and very helpful..........very close to Snowmass mall and about 30 min from Aspen.....a bit expensive after taxes and fees but definitely a must stay

Had some business in Aspen on a weekend that was choked with events - could not find a suitable hotel in Aspen and reached out to the Snowmass area and found the Viceroy - very modern and contemporary - well apppointed rooms with European efficiency. Great place, great service, valet service to the Snowmass center/mall - where the shops and restaurants are and about 15min to downtown Aspen through open country - very nice, would do it again. VW

This hotel is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The room service was delicious and delivered quickly and overall it was a very comfortable and well appointed room. The only tiny drawback was that valet is the only option so if you need your car quickly, then sometimes you are out of luck. I found that very annoying, but the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect!

Gorgeous hotel, very clean and stylish with very nice, knowledgable employees. The only complaint is the pool could use more lounge chairs and umbrellas. Other that that, everything was perfect!

we enjoyed every moment--the staff was great!!

I have one word to describe The Viceroy, it's location, it's staff and crew, it's ambiance, it's price tag, my stay: PERFECT!

This hotel is located close to all the amenities and provides excellent logistical support for guests. The standard of furnishings/rooms/building are excellent, in keeping the with the local community, environment and surrounding buildings. We found it to be very homely, staff always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any query. The food is is delicious with a good selection of choices. We spent 10 nights there as a family of four and look forward to returning in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Viceroy. Everything was perfect except the price, But you are in Aspen so you should be prepared!!! Apart from that everything was perfect and there is a resort fee if you are not aware!!!!

One of the newest and best hotels in Snowmas. I highly recomend this property.

From the in-room espresso machine, to awesome decor, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, comfortable soaking tub, wonderful food, inventive drinks, "gourmet" water stations and a gracious, friendly staff, the Viceroy was all we were looking for from a hotel. Since we were there in the off-season the value was also incomparable. We can't wait to go back - we never wanted to leave and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Only caveat is that there are charges for valet (the only parking on site) and daily "amenities." Snowmass / Aspen is expensive, so be prepared to drop some coin after you arrive. But it's worth it!

Our accomodations were superior. Upon check in we were informed that we would recieve an upgrade to a penthouse suite.It was incredible. The hotel bar/resturant was very trendy.The food was of high quality. The views from the hotel were simply amazing. It was difficult to leave. We are tinking of going again next month for our anniversary.

The Viceory is a very comfortable and luxurious hotel in the Snowmass resort near Aspen, Colorado. It is clearly the best hotel in the area. The decor is sleek and modern and since the hotel is new, it is very clean and in excellent condition. All the rooms are studios with a nice working kitchenette with high quality appliances and table- and cookware. The staff were all friendly and professional. The fine dining restaurant was expensive but still a good value because of the quality of the food and the service. There is a nightclub DJ playing on the weekends, but we could not hear the noise even one floor above the club. We had a fantastic stay in summer for the music festival. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Vice Roy exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing, I have already reccomeneded it and can't wait to go back.

This hotel is phenomenal. The service is impeccable, the rooms are gorgeous, the details of service in the rooms is fabulous. They provide water carafes on your night stand, humidifiers are already set up in your room, the lotions/shampoos are very nice and not cheap stinky stuff, the maids organize your toiletries and fold your clothes if you left them out! They turn on music softly in the background, leave either gummy bears or a champagne glass of gummy bears. The pool is awesome with very nice lounge chairs, several large beds, a heated pool, two hot tubs and canopies with outdoor fireplaces. They have water with lemon, mint and or basil everywhere you go which helped immensely with being at such high elevation. The restaurant had fantastic food and service. This hotel had the best service and rooms I have ever stayed in, I can keep going on and on about all the superb details and I stay in a lot of Hyatt Hotels! I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know. This hotel provided the type of service and amenities ALL hotels SHOULD provide but don't. WOW. What a hotel.

The hotel is less than a year old and very well maintained. The room we had was on the 8th floor with a great view of the ski area. The pool area was small but nice and had great comfortable 'beds' to rest on. Our only complaint was the food and pricing in the restaurant. We felt like it was overpriced and not very good. Would recommend eating elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Even the restaurant was very good food.

This is a great place to stay in a beautiful setting that offers dog owner's a perfect option.

It was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the Hotel Very much and the Staff was wonderful. We will be back. It is a 5 Star Hotel, Not a 41/2 Star Hotel. We stayed up there for 4 days, we wish it could have been longer.

O Hotel é fantástico. Tudo é muito bom! O único pecado que eles cometeram foi o serviço na piscina. Queríamos pedir bebidas na piscina e isso era uma missão impossível. De uma em uma hora aparecia um funcionário para "pegar os pedidos". Ou ele demorava mais uma hora para trazer ou simplesmente não trazia. Falha grave. Solução: leve sua própria bebida para a piscina!

Fantástico!!!!!!! A principio tivémos receio por tratar-se de um hotel novo na região, mas não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor!!!!!! Até parecia uma segunda lua-de-mel. Desde o início até o final, fomos surpreendidos com a atenção da equipe do hotel. Desde o serviço de traslado que nos deixavam e nos buscavam a qualquer hora na região (shoppings, restaurantes...). Para quem pretende esquiar, atrás do hotel tem uma pista e já dá para sair até equipado. O hotel é limpo e tem infra-estrutura de restaurantes, piscina e spa. Nos quartos, a estrutura é de uma verdadeira casa. Fantástico!!!!
