It is a good hotel, located in the very centre of Brno. I can recommend it.

Just back from a few days at the Comsa and I loved it. The hotel itself is very impressive. The rooms are very nice and spacious. We were a bit disappointed with the menu in the restaurant, we felt it was too "alternative", I had a cod dish which was very very dry. My friend had pork which she said was delicious. We only ate in the restaurant once, we may have ate there more if the menu was a bit more conventional. The breakfasts were great, a very good choice. I left my ipod in my room and only realised once I got to the airport, I rang the hotel and they sent the concierge to the airport with it. I was very grateful for this great service. Thank you to them for that. Overall, I loved the Comsa Brno Palace and would definitely stay there again.

Superb hotel, which I cannot fault, except maybe a few 'electronic' gremlins, which should not deter you. First night all lights illuminated with card key in slot, but none of the light switches would operate. Unable to fix until next morning, so had to take the card key out of the slot, and live with no power for the first night. The hotel did offer to change my room, but I chose to stay with it. On check out I was told I had a telephone charge. I had not made any calls, but had received several from my friend's cell phone. I would not even know how to gain access to the external line! They insisted it was impossible to record a call that had not been made, as it was all done 'electronically', and they even went to the trouble of calling the number (yes, my friend's cell) - he confirmed he had not been called by me. BUT, a lovely hotel, lovely breakfast.

The hotel was a jewel, and one of the best ones I have stayed at in Europe. The rate was extremely reasonable for the beautiful room. The decor of the hotel is clean, modern and literally glistens. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. Brno is a gem of a city as well.

Don't go there - I want to keep it a secret hideaway for my girlfriend and me. Goddamm, we just love it there. Everything about it, is just delightful. We've stayed there 3 times in a year and have every intention of returning again. My only criticism (and it's minor enough), are the staff who serve breakfast in the restaurant. They are alas, the weakest link in the chain and do NOT exude the same charm or exhibit the same courtesy or willingness that ALL other staff there exhibit. If somebody from the Comsa management team reads this, they might want to have a word. Other than that, fabulous!

If you are going to Brno, this is the hotel to stay at! From the moment you walk in the door until you depart, the staff is professional and the hotel was fantastic. Right on the edge of all that is happening and a short taxi ride to the exhibition center. Be sure to visit Borgo Agnese Restaurant a three minute walk from the hotel. Best restaurant in Brno.

The hotel was everything we could have hoped for - immaculate everywhere (not just the reception and foyer) with fantastic peirod features, melded to all mod cons. (Very fancy room keys you didn't even have to insert in a slot - just wave near a panel in the wall!) Room was spacious and very well appointed (AC, fridge, safe, nice telly, free wifi all over hotel) - esp. bathroom which was great with separate bath + 2 person size shower which came at you from all directions (took a bit of getting used to - discovered you could turn all that off and not be assaulted quite so vigorously if not required!). Ideally located to walk into town, it was a great haven to come back to and have a coffee in the foyer in the afternoon before heading out again. Seemed to be lots of people coming in to the foyer just to have a good look and walking out again, such was the impressive nature of it all! Website photos are pretty much what you get, albeit with a little wide angle lens exaggeration going on ;) Had breakfast in bed each day as quite reasonable price and great selection, and one meal in restaurant which was very high quality and whilst not cheap, was about half what I would have expected to pay in the UK. All staff were courteous and very helpful and spoke better English than I spoke Czech (not hard). All in all, one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world, as it didn't feel like a faceless corporation type place, and yet was very high quality for an amazing price. Thoroughly recommended!

Durch Inkompetenz des Personales wurde mir nicht das Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt das ich gebucht hatte. Beim Transport des Gepäcks aufs Zimmer gingen Teile verloren. Personal unfreundlich.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Zimmern. Habe eine Junior Suite gebucht und da es 2 Typen gibt, konnte ich mein Zimmer ohne Probleme noch wechseln in das zwar etwas kleinere Zimmer aber dafür umso romantischer mit den Bögen an den Wänden. Im Vergleich zur anderen Junior Suite zwar ohne Badewanne aber der Wechsel hat aber das Zimmer war Top.

Dette er helt klart det beste hotellet i Brno. Var her under Moto GP, og trivdes veldig godt

Kjempe elegant hotell som nesten burde vært 5 stjernes etter våre erfaringer! Mye for pengene, hyggeligpersonell og god service. Og så veldig sentralt både mht handlegatene og jernbanestasjonen!
