excellent hotel but 15 mins from centre, fortunatly taxis are very cheap. convenient to airport & grand prix track. food in the Italian is superb & breakfast is excellent . highly recommend it..

Very nice and comfy place.everything was great from the room to the food to the facilities.just 1 problem.staff is toooooo slow in everything

I had an excellent stay! the hotel was perfect for my purpose and the staff delivered excellent customer service.

Yas Island is still an up-and-coming destination for Abu Dhabi. When there isn't a race at Marina Circuit or show at Flash Forum, Yas Island really is far away from just about everything in Abu Dhabi. However, this really is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice view and pool area.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is just ok.

Very convience hotel for transit or if you are visiting Abu Dhabi. Yas Island is 10 mins from the airport so you can avoid the traffic and the hassles of Abu Dhabi if you are on transit. The hotel is magnificient with great interiors. Very large room and great bathroom. Staff are very friendly and wonderful service. I stayed in Park Inn and Crown Plaza in Yas Island but this is a much better hotel. Very quiet Air Cond so you can sleep. A definate recommendation.

Great hotel, have stayed previousely and happy to return. A little disappointed that the ipod dock didn't work, when asked for it to be changed a number of times the issue was not resolved. Wanted to listen to music prior to going to the concert that night. Food was great, the Italian was lovely and the breakfast worth every penny. Pool side is great especially if you get a cabana, unfortunately on the Saturday morning they decided to work by the pool which was noisey and I don't understand why they chose a busy weekend to do that when I'm sure it would have been quiter in the week. Disappointed and didn't make for a relaxing time so we checked out early as we had hoped to spend some quiet time at the pool, not the case. They need to offer some spa specials for those visiting for the concert weekends, I would have gone. Very stingy on the towels, seriousely a spare set in wardrobe would ahve been great. All in all I love the hotel and it has a great pool just a little disappointed this time.

I chose this hotel becuase it had been rated highly and it was close to the location of my work. After staying there for nearly 4 weeks I feel that I can provide a reliable assesment of the situation. I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel for the following reasons: - food, drink, laundry, etc is approx double the cost of what you would pay in town (i.e. not on Yas Island) - food was just okay - evening staff cannot figure out how to make a substition on the room service menu and their English is not very good - I had to call maintenance on 3 occasions for my broken refrigerator, the power going out in my room, and the TV not working. - Yas Island is far away from civilization - I was not greeted either leaving or returning each day from work, even after staying there for an entire month. The staff at this hotel is not well-trained in my opinion which leads to the sub-standard service they provide. There were a few employees who tried really hard to please, but they were definitely the exception and not the rule. I would say that at least half of them could not care less whether you enjoyed your stay or had what you needed. You couple this with everything being overpriced and it was just an irritating experience altogether. If I had to do it over again I would've stayed at the Rotanna hotel next to Al Rawda mall in the city center. It is much cheaper yet the room is just as nice plus you get a kitchenette and it is right next to the mall, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc.

ホテルは新しく、快適は快適ですが、禁煙フロアーを頼んでいたにもかかわらず、部屋の中に入るとタバコの臭いがはっきりと分かり、最終的に2回部屋を変えてもらいました。（部屋の再アレンジに関する手際は良かった）それ以外は、YAS島近辺には正直FERRARI WORLD以外何もありませんが、（市内も30分以上タクシーで掛かる）プールサイドのBARも含めて快適です。併設されるイタリアレストランもおいしかったです。

The hotel was clean and nice. The service at the restaurant was good. Not much to do in the hotel, and the SPA should have longer opening hours. However, nice and clean rooms with good service.
