Nice clean hotel, no frillls. In neighbourhood of airport but with practically no noise. Close to shops. Ideal location to scout for auroras in different directions. Wifi for free. Good breakfast.

I arrived around 9 PM. Front desk staff MARISSA was super-friendly, gave me tips where to get dinner at this late time of day; helped me out with utensils. Overall very accomodating, friendly, nice hotels.

The hotel was fine, the room was comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The service was not good. When I called to confirm my online reservation, the lady was rude and seemed like she had no idea what I was talking about. We had questions about the room rates and she did not explain it very thoroughly. When we checked out, there was a mess of confusion about my payment and I ended up getting charged twice. It was on a Sunday, so I didn't get refunded the pretty sizeable amount I was owed until Tuesday....VERY annoying. But we did enjoy the time we didn't have to deal with the employees.

All was well with room, breakfast and location. However the walls are thin and it was noisy on a Saturday nights, with teens up all hours. Other than that, it was fine

A convenient and comfortable hotel, well maintained with courteous staff. From the map it looked as though we could walk along the river's edge but there is no pathway or any access at all. It is very close to the airport however which is handy and also to shops and restaurants. It was very reasonably priced and includes breakfast (not that we could try it due to a very early flight out). It is also quiet here, making for a good night's sleep.

The complimentary breakfast fare included waffles, fruit topping, whip cream plus all the regular items. The hotel sent a complimentary taxi to the train station to pick us up and also to the airport the next morning.

I choose this hotel because it has a shuttle, is close to the airport, has really comfortable beds in nice size rooms with fridge & microwave, serves a good, hot breakfast with protein choices, and employs very friendly, helpful staff at the front desk, and in housekeeping. We had only booked 1 night, & when it turned out we could stay all 4 days, the front desk was able to move us simply across the hall since the handicapped room was needed for a previous reservation. Housekeeping cleaned our new room quickly, and it was done. We appreciated their efforts above and beyond! Everyone we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. This will be my first choice when in Fairbanks!

The stay was nice but could have been a whole better if the mini- refrigerator in the room worked, and the toliet wasn't working properly,maked a complaint, but their was any action taken, there fore a three day stay a your hotel in Fairbanks with temps in the 80's and no refrigerator was and is still unacceptable..ask for a discount on the room and was deny. it wasn't as romantic trip to Fairbanks as I had planned.

Hotel room was very clean. Location was decent. In Fairbanks, you are generally pretty close to most things, and there isn't really a reason to stay downtown. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was fine. Breakfast was for a hotel continental breakfast) great! Price was very competitive, and I doubt you'd find much better in Fairbanks unless you spend more on a bed and breakfast place.

Great breakfasts included and with differing menus each day. Convenient access to airport and main thoroughfares. Rather new hotel that is clean and comfortable with a pleasant and attentive staff.

This place was friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. Next time I go back to Fairbanks, this will be my first choice.

THE ONLY ISSUE THAT WE HAD WAS THE ROOM HAD A MDOUBLE BED INSTEAD OF A QUEEN SIZE, WE DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD.

Really liked this hotel - a pleasant surprise. Nicely decorated comfortable rooms - large breakfast selection. Very convenient location. The only downfall was close to the laundry which seemed to be going constantly.

Appeared to be new, very nice staff. Would stay again without hesitation!

The room was very clean & staff friendly & efficient. The location was ok, depending on where you want to be in Fairbanks. The breakfast was very popular!

My wife and I traveled to Fairbanks a day before our Alaskan land tour was due to start, so we needed to stay in a hotel for one night before transferring to the Princess lodge. This hotel met all of our needs. NOTE: This hotel is NOT located in downtown Fairbanks. If you are okay with the location, this hotel is perfectly fine.

The hotel is nice, very clean. Comffy beds, and nice rooms. The room I stayed in was dark even with the curtains open all he way.

What a delightful experience! Hotel is convenient to shopping, tourist attractions and restaurants. Room was very clean and exactly as described at hotel website. This is a new hotel and everything was in tip-top shape. WONDERFUL breakfast included in price of room! Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Needed late check-out due to my husband having outpatient surgical procedure early A.M. and they let us stay until 1:00 p.m., which was very much appreciated! Room rate was very reasonable for summer in Alaska!

朝食付きでお手ごろな料金で利用でき、レセプションのスタッフが気さくで親切でした。オーロラを見たくてデナリからフェアバンクスに寄ったのですが、観測スポットをスタッフに教えてもらって出掛けました。
