Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro - جونزبورو

I enjoyed my stay very much..as a matter of fact, I already booked my room for another reunion to be held at the end of June.

Great Stay...............................

This was a business trip. Didn't get to spend much time at motel. Hot tub was nice. King bed and non-smoking. Clean. All employees were great and very helpful. Had micro and fridge. Rooms were not as big as expected for price, but nice enough. Plenty hot water. Had restaurant on site. Little pricey got breakfast but it was a buffet. Only eat there one time.

This was a great hotel, definitely lived up to the Hilton name. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very easy to find, just off the main highway, and in a convenient location. However, the hotel is located right next to a popular nightclub that gets very busy on the weekends. Be very aware of this, as I had a sports flag attached to my car which was broken off at some point during my Friday night stay.

Very Nice hotel pretty much in the middle of everything. Easy to navvigate to places of inerest.

Near to perfect hotel, extremely comfortable hotel. The adjustable firmness bed is operated by gravity and a little strange to get used to but comfortable. If there is a fault it would be the club in the adjoining property, at times I could faintly hear their music. My wife and I are in Jonesboro weekly and have stayed in all the major brand hotels there, this is without a doubt the best in the area.

The room was very clean nice and big. Customer service was great too!

Very nice hotel! Close to shopping and whatever anyone would want to do here!

I booked this room through hotels.com but Hilton charged my card $90 that I got returned 10 days later. Putting a hold on $90 and not informing me was just like stealing it. I will never stay again

It was all we ask for.

The Hotel was great..........up to date, clean and the staff was above outstanding! Jonesboro was a little hard to find but once we arrived, well worth what we paid!!

My stay turned out tp be a nightmare for me and my family. Although the room was clean and spacious the front deck put my family in a one bed that was acually made for a handicap individual. I previously reserved a a room with two beds. The hotel was not even full ay the time and i was told that they had no more clean rooms. I will not stay at this hotel or recommend it again.

Everything worked, was clean and checkout was at noon. Just what we needed. I am glad we chose this hotel and will use them in the future.

It was great. Received great rates from hotels.com. The kids loved it and that's what mattered the most.

Very clean and personable staff.

Our stay at the was nothing short of FANTASTIC! We came down for our annual family reunion and chose this hotel because of the close proximity to literally everything... The main highway, the sights we wanted to visit, and our reunion destination. The actual room size was slightly smaller than expected, but is was immaculately clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker - among other standard hotel amenities. The one thing we couldn't stop talking about was the bed. The bed was a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. By far the MOST comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. Hotel services were awesome too. Asked them to refresh our room while we were out. On our return, it looked just like it did when we first got there. The only thing this hotel is missing is concierge service... Nearly perfect!

It was great, the food in the restraunt was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

We were there for a family reunion, and we were pretty loud, but the staff did all they could do accomodate us. Great service, nice clean rooms, great location, and the service was superb, especially the kitchen staff. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. It was a very busy time for the hotel with ball tournaments, etc. going on and many, many guests. I was very pleased that we were not distrubed by the other guests!!! I am a very light sleeper!

we enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was nice and clean .The swimming pool was closed but was not your fault as someone had put macaroni and cheese in it. I was so happy there were no bugs or insects in our room. I have been to about 15 different hotels and they all had roach's dead and alive. I would refer your hotel to everyone I know.

Excellent hotel, service and location.

Very clean and beautiful facility!

well the rooms we had paid for in advance were to be adjoined for the kids to stay and not be in bed with us, we got there the rooms were across the hall and several doors down from eachother, the lady working did find us a adjoined room that was nice the rooms were clean, the pool was clean the hottub was great.my only complaint is I was not paying 10 bucks for some scrambled eggs and dried out bacon and the lady working there was a total snot. but the rooms and pool were great!!!!!!

I will recommend this hotel to my consultant colleagues. The bed is comfy, the wi-fi solid, good location, and the room clean. What more can you ask for?

Have stayed before when moving my parents to South Wind Heights assisted living. Everyone is always so nice treat us like family. Will always stay here on future visits.

The hilton garden inn Jonesboro was very nice! One thing is the rooms were small and they were not enough towels for my family and I. Another thing was the indoor pool... you could not even see the 2nd step because it had been so heavily clorinated! Other than these few things we enjoyed this hotel!

good value

Great experience! Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Room was near perfect. Hotel restaurant was delightful. Had one of the, if not the, best breakfast meals ever! Highly recommend the hotel. Loved the interior decorations, especially the lighting features. Keep up the good work!

Hotel is great. It is newest hotel in town so clean. Only complaint is that my room smelled a little like mold which is probably because the AC is always running to keep up with the humidity in AR.

Had a great time. Was located close to many attractions and staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and the hotel restaurant and room service was equally great.
