Had a great stya at this hotel. Very comfortable and convenient to the airport. The staff were great, very fiendly and very helpful. It was great to be able to eat in and the selection of food from the menu for dinner was good. If I need to stay near the airport in Portland again this is where I will stay.

If you knew me, you would know im not the kind of person who takes the time to leave reviews.... I am for this one though, & just because its short does not mean I dont have many great things to say! I am just lazy. :) I highly recommend this hotel, its fabulous in every way possible! Will certainly stay again.

Stayed here with my family over the weekend. Staff were great, very clean facility, one of the best hotels I've stayed in Great location by the mall. Highly recommended

I just needed a place to stay for one night that was close to the airport, and definitely wished I could have stayed another night! We reserved a room with 2 queens beds, and it was incredibly spacious and clean. We had more than enough room and loved the layout. Also the location is great because it is an easy 5 minute walk from the TriMet. Overall, great accommodations!

Highly recommemded hotel by Portland Airport. Very clean, great amenities and great service!! Hot tub and pool were nice and the room itself was 5 star in my opinion. Big screen tv, nice bed and nice lounge area. Big glass shower in room, loved every part!!

They Hyatt Place Portland Airport was a very clean and friendly hotel. I would stay there again when I'm down in Portland again.

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt in the last month and we just love this place. The location is perfect, the front desk employees are really nice, the bed is super comfortable, the continential breakfast in the morning is one of the best I've had at a hotel, and to top it off - the pool is 24 hours! The first time we came, the floor in the pool area was really slippery, but it seems as if this issue was taken care of and we didn't have any slips or falls this time around. My husband and I travel here with our three year old and she loves the hotel just as much as we do.

Our stay in the Hyatt Place at the Portland Airport was an exceptional value with the quality exceeding the cost. It is convenient to the airport and is well-maintained facility. Our only problem was the in-room refrigerator which alternated between freezing anything in it or not cooling at all. Next time I travel to the are, I'll stay in the Hyatt Place and make sure the frig works!

My sons and I stayed at this particular Hyatt Place two years ago, shortly after it opened. As we made plans to return to Portland, Oregon, there was no question as to where we would stay for this trip. Not only is this hotel convenient - there are restaurants, shopping and it is close to the Tri-Met - the staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. Hyatt Place has become a first choice for myself and my sons when traveling and we have never had a disappointing stay at any of them!! Thank you to the Hyatt Place staff for making our stay wonderful!!!!

The service was excellent. :) They were very nice and polite. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a blast.

Everything was real nice. Comfortable bed. Large room with Microwave and refrigerator. Friendly front desk. Late night food. Good Breakfast. Even had Latte's available.The shuttle driver were very nice. I stay in hotels alot in my travels and this one had it all. I will stay there anytime I am flying out of PDX.

Our third experience with the Hyatt Place chain did not disappoint! Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful decor. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful place to stay.

Nice stay!

A very pleasant stay!

Room was clean and classy. Very much up-to-date. Easy parking, nice breakfast, quiet, esp. considering proximity to airport. Several restaurants within walking distance. One very minor complaint: no info booklet. Always nice to see what restaurants are nearby, time for breakfast, church schedules and locations, etc. Overall, you can't go wrong with this property.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and nice. The area is a little far from downtown but the price and free parking and breakfast make up for it.

We just wanted to get out of our element and go someplace close. This was the perfect place to relax. The breakfast in the a.m. was a nice treat with many options available, and the pool was a nice temperature and we spent a lot of time in it. We will most likely be returning!

A wonderful stay. Clean rooms, convenient for business or leisure. It's not in the most exciting area, but train access and free parking are a plus. Have stayed twice, would continue to visit.

Close to airport and shopping/dining at moderate prices. No has station nearby and not a great place for running. Gym was pretty good and pool was clean.

This is a great place to stay so clean and staff is awesome! Just make sure alarm clock isn't set to go off early if you're looking forward to sleeping in. Ours went off at 6:10 am

Family of four checked in overnight after our return trip to San Diego. We changed rooms at desk so we could all have a bed and they were very accomodating. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they where nice and warm. I didn't eat the breakfast but the rest of the family was very happy with what was provided. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The rooms are huge and the breakfast is great. Nice neighborhood close to the airport and Max.

Everything was great except the sink did not get hot water.

Modern, clean and well equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Close to airport but not so close that noise is an issue. Clean shuttle on time with helpful attendant. Good choice

We spent an overnight with our children ... the service was outstanding, the room enormous, and the salinated pool was a total hit. We overnight in Portland at least twice a month, we have a new spot!

One of the best hotel that we've experienced in Portland

Friendly staff, nice decor, great hot breakfast, super comfy beds. Will stay there again. I think it should be rated 4 star. Some airplane noise, but I am a light sleeper and it didn't bother me. Shopping across the street is good and light rail a couple of blocks away.

Great service, comfortable room, great breakfast, good location, very clean. Would stay here again and again.

It was a remarkably great hotel. Close to shopping & great in- house restaurant & great breakfast. Hotels.com provided great offers to book a upscale hotel such as this.

Would have liked to see a book in the room with local businesses, restaurants and what the hotel restaurant had to offer. We got in before checkin and a room was clean and offered to us.. Very friendly staff..

Extremely clean hotel(staff mopped footprints after each person walked through the lobby on a very rainy day). The room was spacious & the kids loved the couch with the ottoman on wheels. The location was great - we walked to dinner & shopping with ease. Only bummer was no microwave in the room. We will definitely stay again.
