First impression of the rooms "very very clean!!" Big spacious room and bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent hotel. You get all the services that are expected of a chain hotel. Clean, well furnished rooms, good breakfast with plenty of choice, great facilities, such as a large pool and gym and friendly staff.

We stayed here before a day trip to the Everglades. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, equipped with fridge, shower was decent, breakfast was fine. Receptionist very friendly and efficient.

It was wonderful; everything was very clean and the service was excellent. I'd stay there again any time. Also, the price was very reasonable for such a nice hotel.

Overall a great place to stay. Only friendlyness of front desk personal was not completely convincing, therefore a small "minus"

My family and I loved our 2 night stay. The hotel was very easy to find. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. The free breakfast in the mornings was very yummy. In the front lobby there was coffee and hot water (for tea or hot chocolate) all the time. The pool was great too. Will stay again.

It was ok

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were very pleasent and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was very good and started early enough for us to eat before we had to leave for a softball game.. I would defiantly stay here again and I highly recommend it !!!

Beautiful facility. Staff was very helpful with directions to sights and to eateries.

Excellent room, quiet, easy access to freeway, great location about half hour outside of Miami and the perfect jump start to get to the keys. Check out the Aligator Farm and Robbert Is Here fruit market only 10 miles away...great way to see the Everglades without driving a whole lot. April is not the rainy season so Everglades on the low side with water and so our air boat ride was shorter than when going in the summer time. Still fun and enjoyable and informative! The receptionist told us they weren't doing Airboat rides at the Aligator Farm -- we called and they said they were. So road trip suggestion: always call! She gave us a map to two different Everglades tours which was helpful. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, new building with very clean rooms, conveniently located. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and the food is fresh. Complimentary warm cookies in the evening and a 24 hour coffee/tea bar are special touches.

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice warm pool. And plenty of stuff around....as opposed to some other reviews. Olive garden, sonic, drug stores all within a short walk or shorter drive! Just off highway and easy to find, but no real traffic noise. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

WOW! I was blown away when myInternet connection were having some trouble, when the Senior Hotel Manager stopped by (I was in the business center) and sincerely asked me "how was my stay?" I told him that it appeared that the hotel network maybe having trouble. He lloked surprised, jumped on his walkie-talkie, contacted the hotel IT/network tech and within 10 mins the network was up and working perfectly. It wasn't that he addressed the problem right away, it was is personal approach that made you feel that you were the most important guest in the hotel. Also, to note: My wife was very, very, very happy to see that the hotel washes the duvet covers every night!

Very nice place. Good location for seeing the Keys.

If you are very particular about your restrooms than you should know that their restrooms DO NOT have an exhaust which I dont understand at all. The rooms were attatched to a guest room type deal so it ended up being huge which i loved.. 2 flat screens and a pull out sofa bed AWESOME. We had no interest in the airport since we drove, so besides that things were pretty far. Overall I would stay again for sure the property was stunning on the inside it looks exactly like the pictures posted

I would have given this hotel a perfect review, as everything has been so well taken care of (though the city of Homestead is a little dicey). But they quoted me a rate to extend beyond the initial period, then quietly raised it. When I objected, they quickly rescinded it. Still...

The only complaint I had was that the desk clerk could not give us directions to the hotel. We came in a different way and called for help. We just had to drive around until we finally found it. Other than that we loved the hotel.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The hotel and our room was spotless and each day we always had clean towel and sheets when we returned. There's a supermarket right across from the hotel if you forget anything they are stocked with it all and shopping area just minutes away. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful get away. You get 24hr gym access as well as access to the business center and pool all located right in the hotel! Perfect for couples or familys. Great price and you get alot more! You get exactly what they offer no less!

We loved the Hampton Inn's excellent attempt to be Eco friendly. We would definitely return to a Hampton property.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. They thought of every detail in the construction to give travelers convenience & comfort. It is spacious & a nice comfoting touch was the washing of the duvet after each stay. VERY few hotels do that. Sheets yes, but not the duvet!!

I travel very frequently for business related purposes and will be traveling to Homestead at least three times per year. The Hampton Inn has been one of the most comfortable and satisfying hotels I have stayed in over the past 3 years. I look forward to establishing a partnering relationship with the Hampton Inn as we are a non-profit organization doing business with ASPIRA of FL, also a non-profit organization.

Hotel, rooms and facilities are new and clean. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Some of the front desk personnel, however, are cold and a bit arrogant. Their customer service skills should be evaluated by management. They left me with somewhat of a bad impression.

I always look for Hampton Inn/suites where ever I travel. They never disappoint.

While it is difficult to truly rate a one night hotel stay, the hotel was clean, and the female staff at the front desk acted professionally. The area around the hotel appears newly developed and it was near the location of my business and near the turnpike and Dixie highway.

The Hotel was clean and what you would expect of a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was expansive and included fresh fruit salad.

Tracy, the front desk attendent was horrible. She was very rude & sarcastic to say the least. If I hadn't prepaid for this stay - although the hotel was decent I would have cancelled my reservation & went to another hotel based off of my interaction with her.

Very close to the speedway which was my destination; hotel was quiet, clean, and safe, would definitely stay again. Doesn't have a bar so if you're looking for a nightcap just walk next door to the Marriott for a beer or a glass of wine. Overall very pleased.

Overall good service. Rooms extremely clean and hotel is brand new. They provide baked cookies and a variety of coffees all day at lobby.

Althought they were nice when you spoke first, the front desk staff were not as eager to check you in or out as you approach the desk. The hotel grounds and rooms were clean but there was nothing 5 star about it. The rooms were cute/ small and there were no comfortable chairs or recliners to sit on. My husband and I drove from Orlando for a meeting in Boca Raton and stayed there in homestead because it was the only one we could find in closest to Miami. There was a championship game going on in Miami that weekend and the rooms were all sold out or extremely over priced. This location has no restaurant but it was convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants.

All good but if only the bathroom would be given the importance to the level of the room, in cleanliness, maintenance and overal presentation....

The hotel room was OK but constant motor-like sound kept annoying. In addition, at 7am in the morning, the fire alarm started. No announcement or apology from the hotel until we asked what happened. It was a toaster.

Excellent comp breakfast. Very clean a nd quiet.

Our room was immaculate and the service was first rate. If I come this way again, I would definately stay here.

Hampton Inn answered all of our needs as a jumping off point to visiting the Everglades. We had a clean, comfortable room with great perks like breakfast, daily paper, access to brewed coffee, and even cookies for an after dinner treat. The staff was helpful and courteous and very friendly. Parking was ample and the location is convenient to the turnpike and local shopping and restaurants. Wifi was reliable and free. It even earned us Hilton points!

Beautiful hotel with a warm welcome feel! Our room was one of the cleanest & nicest smelling hotel rooms I have ever been in! Comfortable beds, beautiful clean bathroom & nice office/desk area. Huge complimentary breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Buffet included warm foods too such as omelets & biscuits w/gravy! Everything was very clean & well stocked! Staff was friendly, the cleaning crew had their music a bit loud in the staff laundry room but it looked like they were enjoying their job & having fun so we couldn't be upset at that. Very nice outdoor pool which we wish we could have used. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. A highly recommended clean & comfortable hotel with great amenities at a very good price. Perfect for business travel and family friendly!
