Fairfield Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue - نيويورك

ليس ما توقعته من فندق ماريوت. سباكة سيئة واحتاجت لتسليك دائم، وداوموا على غلق تدفئتي مما جعل الغرفة تصل لدرجة التجمد. لا توجد ثلاجة بالغرفة ولا يوجد مطعم أو خدمة غرف. فشلوا في إعادة ملء مناديل الحمام والمناديل الورقية أو حتى ترك مناشف نظيفة..... لن أقيم هناك مرة اخرى.

غرفة صغيرة - السرير كان يحتل أغلب مساحتها، ولكنها كانت نظيفة ولطيفة. مقبولة لرحلة عمل لمدة ليلة.

مكتب استقبال ممتاز، الفندق قريب جداً من Times Square لو كنت تخطط للمشي. مكان انتظار السيارات قريب (30 دولاراً في اليوم). الغرف كانت صغيرة ولكن السرير كان مريحاً ونظيفاً جداً.

ليس سيئاً. على بعد بضعة شوارع من محطة أنفاق 34th Street، غرفة لطيفة بسرير مريح، طاقم العمل ودود جداً ومهذب والإفطار هناك كان معقولاً في الحقيقة وكان به طعام ساخن. سأعود مرة اخرى.

Please do not stay at this hotel. I was fooled that i am getting a deal discounted from $650 to $150, but this hotel is nothing but a II star motel 6. I am not sure why Marriott even allows them to attach the name Marriott, but after this i will NEVER stay in another marriott. The picture is not accurate the rooms are extremely small. NY Is not like this! I stayed at FOUR POINTS SHERATON for much less and the experience was amazing. In addition the location of Fairfield is dangerous. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. On positive note despite the horrible front desk service by the male attendant the young female receptionist was trying her best to help. She should be the manager not the rude front desk Gentleman. I am not mentioning names on purpose!

Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was an added bonus and tea and coffee available all day and cookies to die for. The only fault I found with the hotel was one of the lifts wasn't working for the whole of our stay but it would not deter me from a return visit.

We drove into the city and parked in a parking garage (where our vehicle remained for our stay) Walking distance to Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, and Times Square. Rooms small, but then again, this is NYC.

Very nice, served the purpose I needed it for and was comfortable. The bell hop guy, Daniel, was AWESOME!!!

Overall I have no real complaints about my stay here. It's in a pretty good location, just a short walk to anything, it's affordable for the area, the room was nice and clean, and the staff was very polite. I got a room on a high up floor, hoping to have a view, but I only had a view of the next building. And some of the surrounding businesses are kinda shady, but the hotel itself was great.

Enjoyed my stay, only issue was the shower door that leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Looking forward to staying again...

I enjoyed the breakfast, my only complaint about my stay was the elevator. There were only two elevators and the one was always being held in the basement for the workers, it would literally take me 15minutes to get to and from my room, also the Ice machine was in the basement and i was to scared to even go down there to get any ice. I wouldnt stay here again due to these things it affected my stay and i felt annoyed most of the stay.

Single room was good just missing a mini fridge and was some what in a dead end block not to appealing

Staff was friendly & helpful. Would recommend for business travelers - good sized desk in room. Rooms are very small, especially bathrooms, but very clean. Good for single travellers.

I love coming to NYC, so when I find a clean hotel for a modest price in a good location it makes it all the better. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean the beds are comfortable, it was very quiet. The hotel also offered free breakfast. We were within walking distance to almost everything we needed. The only negative was parking, the hotel has an agreement with a garage, but it's a block away. The rate with the hotel discount was $25.00 per day. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Good location for shows at Javits. Comfortable beds but quite small rooms- would be difficult for two people. No PBS on television channels- what is up with that?

Conveniently located, friendly staff, nicely decorated.

Hotel staff were fantastic, rooms small but clean and breakfast reasonable. The location is ideal - a couple of minutes walk from Times Square. Our only disappointment was that the walls between the bedrooms are very thin and we had very noisy neighbours.

After a day of shopping it was great to go to the hotel - relax- go out to dinner and not rush home - breakfast the next morning was a treat ! The gentleman at the front desk even ran to get us a cab so we wouldn't be late for dinner! what service!! This will now be an annual event!! --PS breakfast ends at 9:30 am don't be late!

There was construction outside and while the service was very attentive, i felt that the price was exhorbitant - i had stayed at another place that while was smaller was significnatly cheaper for being in the same location as midtown Manhattan.

We enjoyed very much our stay, the hotel was clean, and it had everything that you need, bathroom and shower nice and clean, great bed, the room was a bit small but you really do not need more, you just need a place to sleep after a great day in Manhattan. Great hotel overall, staff super friendly and helpful, especially Daniel from the front desk.

It was OK. If you're on a very short business trip, it will be OK. But if you are looking for room comfort, don't pick this hotel. I thought it was very expensive for such a small room. Breakfast was simple, but OK.

place was clean, modern, room was smaller size, but not too bad for NYC. Free breakfast (waffles, pastries, microwave eggs/bacon/sausage sandwiches). Very close to times square.

This is an excellent hotel that is well located with respect to tourist sites in Manhatten. It is also modern and well appointed with friendly and helpful management and staff. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is tiny (very narrow) and in a nondescript location with few amenities. However, it is within walking distance of Penn Station and the subway, and the rooms are very clean. The free continental breakfast is totally unimpressive and unappetizing. Our room was tiny but the bed was comfortable.

Very clean environment with a courteous staff. Modern appointments but was not able to get wifi in room. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel right in the heart of it all midtown NYC. The rooms are small for the price, as is the way in NYC, but clean enough. Breakfasts are buffet style, with a reasonable variety of food both freshly prepared and prepackaed available. Only microwave food was on offer if you wanted a hot breakfast. Plastic cutlery and crockery was all that was on offer. We stayed there on two seperate occasions during our stateside tour. The first for one night, the second for thee. During the second stay we were asked to relocate to a sister Fairfield Inn on W 28th St a few blocks away as there was a problem with the plumbing on floor of our intended room. We were told that the 2 nights during which we were relocated would be refunded. Also a courtesy car was made available to help us transit between the two locations. As it turned out, the W 28th St location was newer and slightly roomier than the W 37th St hotel, so we were equally comfortable there. Good location to all the usual attractions. Perfect for a short visit to the Big Apple.

We stayed at this hotel from Apr 14th - Apr 17 2011. The room was really small, but exceptionally clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff very accomodating. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The Mgr gave us a card with the Hotel's phone # to call back in case we got lost during our walk to Times Square ! I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived late. Daniel the doorman was very helpful and pleasant, as were the front desk staff. Hotel and room were spotless. Heater WAS noisy, but it helped us to sleep - and it wasn't until we walked into the hallway that we could hear that there was a noisy family with small children next door - never a peep from them when we were in the room. Continental breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast. Free Internet access - nice! Location was perfect for our needs.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to times square.

We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield inn- the location was very convenient to the places we wanted to see and the room was great for the price.

Toppenläge, gångavstånd till allt, Rummet var inte jättestort men helt okej eftersom vi bara skulle sova där. Läget var perfekt, nära till allt! Frukosten godkänt. Servicen var utmärkt, det jobbar en yngre tjej i receptionen som tipsade om bra guidade turer och shopping. Hon är verkligen värdefull för hotellet!

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge. Det får dock inte mer än 3 i betyg då det var väldigt små rum, man fick inte plats att lägga upp två väskor ens en gång. Det var ingen toppenservice från personalen. Helt ok frukost.

O hotel de maneira geral eh mto bom. Otimo cafe da manha, cafe e chocolate quente Starbucks servidos o dia inteiro no lobby gratuitamente, equipe da recepcao mto prestativa e excelente localizacao. O unico incoveniente q achei foram as camas, mto pequenas e desconfortaveis, acho q eram tamanho full, mas se for ficar apenas 2 pessoas no quarto, esta otimo.

Vocês me venderam uma hospedagem de um quarto com cama king size, com roupas de cama de grife, microondas e banheiro com banheira. Ocorre que ao chegar no aludido quarto, não havia roupa de cama de grife, não tinha microondas, tampouco banheira. O box do banheiro apesar de ser de vidro, o que é raro nos hotéis americanos, vazava muita água, que nem colocando duas toalhas de banho no piso, se conseguia conter o vazamento.
