Centro Yas Island Abu Dhabi Managed by Rotana - أبو ظبي

The hotel was the best while our stay in Emirates and Oman. It was clean, comfortable, modern and the staff were very good. Internet access was included in the price, and the rate was very reasonable. It is far from Abu Dhabi but we had a hired car so it was not a problem to go to Abu Dhabi.

I stayed next door at The Rotana last year and was delighted with it but this time The Centro was much better value. The only thing it lacks is room service but everything else was great and the staff bend backwards to help you.Go next door to Rangoli (in The Rotana) for a brilliant curry!

We had a 22 hour layover arriving in the middle of the night & needed to have a sleep, shower & breakfast. This hotel was close to the airport and only cost about AED20 to get to by taxi. We went into town after checking out at 12noon & the concierge was happy to store our overnight bags until we needed to head back to the airport that evening. Even from town the return taxi via Yas Is. to the airport was about AED75. Rooms were very comfy and spotless with free wifi, we were offerred a discounted breakfast at checkin. Good value with variety of food for different cultures. There is only good quality hotels and the F1 Track on Yas Island, its very peaceful and away from any traffic.

Good location close to the airport, underground parking and gym are very convenient. Unfortunately there was no package offered with breakfast included

Booked a first time stay at Centro for the night of the Scissor Sisters concert. Would definitely stay there again. Hotel staff lovely, room compact but immaculate and exactly right for just one night to avoid the long drive back to 'on island' after a very late night. C-mondo bar really nice terrace and ambience and main restaurant serves buffet and a la carte choices.

since the first time we checked in last October until December Centro Hotel had never failed our expectations from a 3 star hotel. most especially the staff at the reception who are very accommodating and the ammenities, the bed in particular is great and in high quality.we really love the exclusivity and privacy you can get from the hotel from the safety rules implied in check-ins and the pool area that you can lounge but still have your own private place it is so spacious.really love this hotel and will surely be back and stay here everytime we are in Yas Island...

Normally the cheapest hotel in the YAS Plaza and as such it lacks some of the normal services you expect but most likely don't use. There is no room service - you can order from the Rotunda hotel and pay a 10 aed delivery charge. No bath but an excellent shower, only one restaurant, The lack of restaurants in the hotel isn't a problem as the plaza is a collection of hotels so plenty of choices to encourage you to use Rotunda they give you discount vouchers. Bus stop and taxi's right outside and complementary bikes to use - the gym is okay and the pool pretty good.

The rooms are too cold. There is no help with bags, valet service is very slow and housekeeping takes a very long time to respond to your needs. Other than that, the hotel restaurant serves very good foot and they are quick and accommodating.

The hotel is new and very clean however there were many problems with my stay. The valet service is poor, they don't help with bags, the rooms don't have any perks and the rooms are very cold. The mattress in my room was awful and I had a very difficult time sleeping. The room service for food was the only really good thing as the hotel restaurant's food is good and the service is fast. I don't think that I will stay there again because I got much better service at the Crown Plaza across the street...they take your bags, clean your car, the rooms aren't cold, and the food is excellent...oh and there are plenty of room perks including wonderfully comfortable beds!

Elegant hotel. Excellent quality for 3.5 stars. Close to everything, Free shuttle to city centre 2x a day.

A low cost hotel with high quality service and furnishings. A common sense hotel that doesnt help you with your bags after you've already struggled from the car park and then expect a tip. No room service, but they can cook you up a snack that you can collect. A bar with three hours of happy hour and cheap drinks available. No frills, but I like that!

1) Excelent location, near to airport and modern surrondings 2) Hotel staffs were accommodating and friendly 3) F&B was satisfactory 4) Condition of the room was excellent and clean I would come back to stay again whenever i visit abu dhabi in future.

Centro Hotel, Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE, have friendly helpful staff. Our room was very neat and clean. We happily recommend future guests to enjoy the delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner! We most certainly will return to Centro Hotel soon! It's location is great very close to F1 which our room looked onto, as well as Ikea and easily links to highways to the city center and corniche!

Room was very small but clean. Location to airport was good for a quick commute. Resturant food was very good at good price.

I was very impressed with the level of service in this hotel. I was alone with an infant and everyone went out of their way to make things easier for me. The check-in guy was super friendly and fast and brought all my stuff up for me. In the evening I was hungry and there's no room service so they organised a take-away for me. The next day on the way to the pool, the staff saw me struggling and helped me all the way out to my sunbed. The service was better than a lot of 5* hotels I've stayed in. Very impressed!

My biggest problem with the place was it only had one restaurant with a very small menu and no room service. I travel for business so enjoy the option of room service, sometimes it it better than sitting in a restaurant alone. The staff were nice, I only gave them a low score because of a the no room service. The location is also a bit of a non event. i can see that during the F1 Grand Prix it must be really full, but it is a bit of a random place far from everything else if not GP time.

The hotel room, pool, lobby are nice. Yas Island is very far from everything else in Abu Dhabi. Food selections are limited to hotel buffets (which get old after a while) and mediocre food establishments. The staff are not as well trained as other AD hotels and tend to be unaccommodating to even simple requests. The PRICE IS RIGHT but I prefer to stay at other hotels.

Our 2nd stay at Centro was just as good as our first. Helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent price & v.close to Yas Marina circuit where we were on a working trip (V8 Supercar races). Free Wifi internet is a bonus. We will definitely be staying there for our 2012 trip. A 40 minute bus ride if you want to go into Abu Dhabi city but the Big Red Bus Tour is great and well worth the cost. Plenty of cheap taxis, but watch out for no-meter trips. Prices jump when there is a special event (e.g. Eric Clapton concert) on at the Arena on the island.

We needed a place to stay near the airport on a layover. Easy taxi ride to hotel. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, perfectly appointed room, excellent breakfast buffet (a bit pricey, but worth the splurge). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All rooms were booked as non-smoking. However, we were given smoking rooms which started to fill with cigarette smoke during the night, making the experience very unpleasent. In addition, our neighbour was clearly inebriated with alcohol and so decided to wake us up at 4am with loud phone calls using expletives. The hotel is also noisy as it is in the flightpath of the Abu Dhabi airport. The pool area is very nice.

We chose the hotel as we had a 9 hour layover in Abu Dhabi between flights and did not want to hang around the airport. The hotel was chosen on its closeness to the airport and price. The hotel is actually a 20 minute taxi ride from the terminal as the access bridge onto Yas Island is about 10km north of the hotel. Taxis to and from the hotel were convinient and cheap. The hotel itself was very new, clean and well appointed. As we only had a few hours there I cannot write a full review of all the facilities on offer but it was more than adequate for our purpose.

The hotel is excellent value - comfortable, practical rooms (very good bed and shower!) and decent facilities. It is a bit far from the central AD island, but if you are on business close to the airport or close to corniche (direct highway there), this is an excellent choice.

modernes Hotel mit hohem Standard direkt neben der Rennstrecke. Weg ins Zentrum Abu Dhabis ist demnach 25 Minuten.

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Hotel Rotana, welches ich das nächste Mal berücksichtigen würde. Die Fahrräder im Hotel Centro sind total veraltet, das Personal ist unerfahren und inkompetent. Anregungen und Wünsche wurden nicht erfüllt.

Tolles Hotel, extrem freundliches Personal. Sehr nah am Flughafen aber ca. 30 Min. bis zur City. Bus fährt aber direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Nachts zurück besser ein Taxi nehmen.

Bon rapport qualité-prix Proche des actvitiés que nous avions prévu de faire (Ferrari World) et proche de l'aéroport. La cuisine est très correcte et le personnel est serviable et aimable.

Vi skulle tilbringe en nat på hotellet sammen med vores venner (9 pers. ialt). Da vi ankom, viste det sig at hotellet var overbooket og vi blev derfor upgrated til hotellet lige ved siden af, som hedder Rotana. Alt blev ordnet i løbet af ganske kort tid, og vi fik tildelt en meget stor suite beregnet til 4 personer, samt to ekstra værelser. Personalet var enormt professionelt og vi fik en udsøgt behandling. Vi spiste middag på Centro hotellet, hvilket var helt i top - det samme var morgenbuffeten. Hotellet er virkelig flot og jeg vil helt sikkert booke et værelse der, næste gang vi skal til Yas Island.

Das Hotel liegt an der F1-Rennstrecke, nach Abu Dhabi an die Corniche sind es etwa 25min. Service gibt es in diesem Hotel nicht, da nur 3 Sterne. Allerdings waren die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir haben 2 Nächte dort gewohnt, weil uns in Abu Dhabi Stadtanständige Hotels zu teuer waren. Es war die richtige Entscheidung.

There are such a nice and kind worker who are in reception, cafeteria and shuttle bus. When I stay there, I really satisfied. If I go Abu Dhabi again, I will absolutely stay there again.
