The hotel is room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was professional and friendly.

Made reservations for 2 queen beds but was told at check in that due to availability we had been upgraded to a king with sleeper sofa. The person that had to sleep on the sleeper sofa DID NOT think this was an up grade! Made reservations many weeks in advance....Checked in at 3 and no one else was there. Lots of baseball teams so guess they all got the 2 bed rooms.......

I researched this hotel well before making the reservation and was very pleased with my stay. Room was extremely clean and the service was great! I was picking up a family member in LaGrange and wanted extra room. My room was on the third flood and was a one bedroom guest room that had a living area separate from the bedroom with a door that separated the two areas. The room had a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room area. One advantage was the extra pillows and blankets that were stored in the room. I also was very pleased with the two flat screen TV's! One in the living room area and one in the bedroom! There was a great deal of lighting with lights on the celling plus many lamps. The hotel is set off the road as noted in other reviews. I would not have walked to the restaurants nearby (though it could be done) for I was tired from the trip, but did not mind getting in the car and driving 30 seconds to eat! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Came to check in at 2:45pm and the desk agent, Jennifer? told us that our room was not ready and it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later our assigned room still was not ready. They block the rooms for incoming guests and I asked her to re-block another guest and to give us a room that was ready. We stayed in room 401. The bathroom was dirty. Behind the door dirt, hair and other debris. Under the sink in the corner there was black mold. In the tub mold and mildew. Shower curtain too short. Back of bathroom door dried drippings of something. Bed made poorly, the bed skirt was half way on the floor between the beds. Asked to see what time Starbucks was open Sunday morning and another desk agent told me 5:30am. Guess what? We went at 6:15am and it was closed and not open until 7am. Wrong information. Overall, not worth the money. Train associates to give out correct information and think about giving the guest a good experience.

The hotel was clean, the beds were soft, and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located near restaurants and LaGrange college. A very nice hotel for a great price. It can't be beat.

Had a hard time finding the place. (No gps) Maybe a bigger, more attractive sign? Also, weight machine was broken, which was a disappointment. Other than that, a very good stay. Thanks very much!

Beds were comfortable but the linens are not large enough for the bed. It was a fight all night for the top sheet in a queen size bed. Hotel was clean and staff friendly . Note, this hotel does not have a Jacuzzi...it was filled in to allow for a handicap ramp into pool. Located next to several restaurants that you can walk to.

Clean room. Breakfast selection a little skimpy. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Work out room small but had treadmill like I needed.

We loved the comfortable bed and everything smelled clean and fresh. The free breakfast was great, it included waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs (but the eggs were fake and not good), but everything else was good...also had muffins, fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, etc.. I liked the variety. We had our kids with us and they were excited to use the indoor pool. Let me just say that the pool looked A LOT bigger in the picture. The picture almost looks as if it were stretched or something. It was nice to have an indoor pool, but it was very small. The kids also looked forward to the free, freshly baked cookies in the afternoon at the front desk! We asked for a crib and it came quickly, we also needed towels and got them fast, too. Great service! Overall, no complaints, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

Pool area was not well maintained and breakfast left much to be desired. A somewhat disappointing stay in comparison to other Country Inn and Suites we've visited while traveling with family. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous.

We booked this hotel for a one night trip to see Callaway Gardens Christmas lights. The hotel was a little further away but we prefer the brand. The hotel staff was friendly and quick on check in. Everything was very clean and properly stocked. The breakfast prior to leaving was excellent. We recommend Country Inn completely..

Good hotel. Kinda hard to find the first time because it's hidden behind another hotel. No complaints. I had stayed here once before on a family trip but this time was there for a training/presentation nearby.

Everything was good. Great cookies at night, great coffee. Breakfast was not the best I have been offered but it was ok.

I like staying at country inn and suites. When I was shopping hotels and this one was available I booked it

Did not want to get out the bed. They were sooooooooo comfortable. Staff great...breakfast hot and fresh...enjoyed short stay. We will stay there again.

I was very pleased with the customer service at the hotel nad my room. We were unable to get a room with a hot tub but when booking online it still has that there was a hot tub with the pool. The clerk told us when we went to use it that it had been taken out approx. 2 weeks before. The breakfast bar was a total mess and there was very little food and it was still early in the morning. Those were my only two complaints.

I stayed at Country Inn & Suites LaGrange for one night and couldn't be happier with my visit! The room was clean, the pillows were FANTASTIC, and the location was great. I really enjoyed the "feel" of the hotel when we first checked in: rather than the interior looking like a typical hotel, the entrance was staged to look like a library/study. I would certainly stay here again, and the price can't be beat!

The negative about this particular hotel is that whenever i called down to the front desk there was no one there to answer and when i went down to find someone the individual was in the eating area away from the front desk area completely. This happened about three times throughout my weekend stay. But other than that the food and the accommodations were great.

The hotel was clean and convenient. A mix up on our room was promptly rectified and the new room was exactly what we wanted. The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is that there is no longer a spa and the heated indoor pool was not heated at all. Overall it is a nice place to stay/

Staff was very courteous. Some brat kids running and screaming in the hallway but that's bad parents, not bad hotel. The water supply to the toilet was leaking very slowly so the floor was damp/wet on the floor.

The room was nice and located by many resturants. Nice surroundings.

I was pleasantly surprised. The cost was extremely reasonable for the cleaniness and atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel employees were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was very clean, nice and comfortable. The pool was nice, my kids really enjoyed.

I was with two 9 year old girls and the hotel was close to a Crackerbarrel which made dinner easy. They also enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning. And the indoor pool this time of year was the frosting on the cake. Yes, our stay was great!

This hotel, just behind Comfort Suites, was a pleasure to stay at....all the amenities one would need and very clean....beds are very comfortable...convenient parking. only wish breakfast was a country breakfast.

My husband and I were very plesantly surprised because the rate was so reasonable and we had stayed in other hotels with much higher rates. Location was great for touring " Callaway Gardens" and " The Little White House." There also was a wonderfull restaurant a block away called "Longhorn Steak House.

Very nice place to stay. It was very clean. Close to eating places. Everyone was friendly. I would stay again.

Great place to stay while in LaGrange. Hotel staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with. I choose this hotel because of the price and the cleanliness. Loved the flat screen tvs.

I was very satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly and professional. This is my famly "GO TOO" hotel!!!!

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is better than most w/hot foods (just ok though)..free cookies all day. The only complaint I had was that they kept running out of towels!!! But other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, we were given a non-smoking room which smelled of smoke. After complaining, we were given a second room that was MUCH worse smelling of smoke. Finally, third room was clear. After swimming that night, went to take shower and slipped into tub when trying to enter. Had no time to catch myself and hit forehead on back of tub lip throwing my head backwards. Night staff showed little concern even after told of emergency and couldn't even tell us how to get to hospital. Used GPS to get to hospital ER for severe neck strain and concussion which are very well documented. Night staff never even notated or informed any other staff of issue and NO ONE even asked about my welfare. After asking for a report, Ops manager took one, but was never even called or anything. Furthermore, breakfasts were good, but they were constantly out of stuff (stayed two nights) and had to be asked to refill. Seemed only able to handle one task at a time. I have always like Country Inn & Suites and have chosen it over others many times. I have since learned that not all are a good bargain.

Clean, friendly, indoor pool, free breakfast, well maintained, good location. My kids loved it and so did I.

This hotel was very nice and family friendly. There was a pool party for a little girl with lots of friends there, but other than that it was nice. I have a big family and this hotel always exceeds my expectations of hotels.

Everything was great except it didn't have safety grab bars in the bathroom. Shopping within half a mile. Callaway Gardens is close--15 miles.
