The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel decor was contemporary and newly remodeled. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the hotel and location.The only disappointment was the sheets were very wrinkled which made me feel very uneasy.:

We hate these smaller pillows. we would rather have two king sized pillows!!!

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Two cons were breakfast was not included and the bed was a little firm. I would recommend the hotel and stay again if in the area.

VERY CLEAN, NICE STAFF, CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND MALLS. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! LOVED IT AND WILL STAY THERE NEXT TIME I'M IN TOWN! GREAT PRICE ALSO! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS ISN'T A FIVE STAR HOTEL!

The hotel is a convenient 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville and is very close to a mall and countless restaurants. There is a very nice indoor pool - large enough for kids to play in and adults to swim laps at the same time. There is a courtyard just outside the pool with outdoor chairs and sofas that is very well kept - like the rest of the property. My only complaint is that the pillows were too soft. Otherwise, the room was perfect. Next trip to Nashville will be our next stay at this fine hotel.

The hotel is clean, contemporarily designed and comfortable. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean & we loved the LCD flat-screen TV. The amenities are comparable to a five-star hotel. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. The surrounding location offers fine & family style dining, mall & outlet shopping and direct access to Interstate I-65. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! Our window faced towards the valley. When you walk in, you look around and you see a hi-tech hotel with the luxury of an very expensive, 5 star hotel. The room has wonderful lighting with a mix of different color schemes and graphics on the walls. I don't know what the staff is getting paid, but they definitely deserve a raise! Grab a room and see for yourself, you won't regret it

Lovely room, very clean and staff very helpful. Missed a complementary breakfast but free coffee was great.

Two night stay, off peak. Hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located, easy to find and reasonably priced. The staff was great with one exception. The cleaning service was knocking on our door before 8:00 AM. Tried to come in. We fixed that the next AM by hanging the "Do not disturb." sign. Over all, very pleasant.

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was comfortable, and tastefully appointed. Staff was friendly & helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was the first time we'd stayed there. The staff was nice, I just wish they microwaves in the regular rooms but overall it is exceptionally nice and will be going back.

This hotel was amazingly clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool is large, but no spa available. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Nice rooms, very clean. Staff was courteous and very friendly. Only thing that couldve made this hotel better is cheaper rates.

The hotel was beautiful and loved my room. The only issue I had was all the drunk people in the lobby. They had 3 coolers full of beer and the empty boxes the beer came in laying all over the floor. They were loud and acting drunk and stupid in the lobby and the elevators. There was a bunch of kids running around the hotel which I had no problem with but the 20 drunk adults mixed in with all the kids I just didn't care for.

The best hotel & staff I have experienced in a while! Very nice rooms!

I had a very pleasant experience with the exception of twice my key card would not open my door and I had to go back down to the desk to get it reactivated. Other than that, it was a nice hotel with a very nice staff, and I would definitely stay here again.

The best Marriot Coutyard hotel ever. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used this facility for out of town family. It is a delightful facility with friendly staff and clean modern rooms. We loved the lay out and the children loved the pool. We will use again and again!
