Best Western New Seoul Hotel - سيول

I picked this hotel for the easy access to the shopping and commute. However, the service left a lot to be demanded. First of all, there are about 10 steps of stairs at the front entrance. Good luck if you have heavy luggages, the doorman just standing there watching me struggling all my suitcases into the lobby. When I get to the floor of my room, the foyer outside of the elevator is pitch dark. I have to use my cellphone torch app to find my room. The room is somehow old and colder than normal. Overall, I may pick this hotel again for the price and great location.

It's an all-around nice hotel. Bit better than most Best Western's in the US, and very affordable for being in Seoul. The location is great, in the heard of old downtown. The hotel is very business oriented and newly renovated, there used to be a bar and sauna and other amenities but those are all gone, instead you are stuck with a mediocre italian restaurant. The room service is okay but dont count on it. The staff speaks very little english so be patient with that. The maid do a thorough cleaning every day but sometimes they seem to miss spots, I found old yoghurt in the fridge and some fake lashes underneath the tv. Whatever they do clean thought is sparkly clean.

There has been a shortage of hotel options these last few months in Seoul, so looking for budget/quality balance we found this. This one in particular is privately run under the Best Western name, so does not even meet the mediocre standards set be some of the other BWs I've stayed at. Staff is curt, A/C and lighting instructions are in Korean.

The room is too small as a twin room and bathroom arrangement is poor. The quality of room carpet is low. However the location and service management was, I would say, more than good.

I stayed for a week and started with room 511 which is crappy dark, blinded windows, if you open them you smell the hot fat from the restaurants surrounding the hotel. After I asked for a different room, cause that was unbearable I was given a really nice room where I spent a great week. Internet in the rooms only works with the (short) ethernet cable provided. Windows 7 users might ask the fast and friendly technical service for help as the IP addresses have to set static. The area is packed with good food places where you can spend endless time trying to taste whatever is available of great Korean food. I would book the hotel again.

真冬の２泊３日の滞在でしたが、ホテルはメトロの光化門駅と市庁駅からとても近くて便利でした。東和免税店や教保文庫にも徒歩で行けるし、少し歩くけど明洞へも徒歩圏内でした。ホテルの立地も静かでした。暖房も申し分なく効いてました。Wi-Fiがロビーだけでなく部屋でも使えたらもっと良かったです。

ホテル所在地は非常にいいし、周辺もかなり便利。周りのホテルの値段を科ガエルと安いかもしれない。でも、その以外には。。。ゆっくり休めることはできなかった。

위치는 정말 최고였습니다 회사가 걸어서 5분 남짓 걸렸구요 15층을 줬는데 방도 큼직해서 좋았는데 아침 8시 부터 14층 리모델링을 하는지 공사소리에 잠을 깼네요 새벽에 도착해서 잠을 많이 못잔 상태였는데...

Dos dieron una habitacion asquerosa que despues nos cambiaron por otra mejor y mas limpia, y luminosa, el hotel esta muy situado.

교통위치가 너무 안좋습니다. 인천공항에서 버스를 타고 오면, 건너편 호텔에서 내립니다. 그러면 무거운 집을 들고 차도를 걸어서 대략 5분정도 걸어야 합니다. 처음에는 몰라서 했는데, 다음부터는 이호텔 안갑니다. 그리고 Door man 도 너무 불친절하고 문도 안열어주고.......이호텔 다음에는 안간다...이돈 주고 이정도에 서비스는 처음 받습니다.....$160불정도 냈는데 돈이 너무 아까웠습니다........

空港からのリムジンは歩かなければならなかったが、地下鉄には3路線の駅が近かった。

ホテルの設備は不十分だが、近くで全てカバーできる ので問題がない。 何しろ利便性が高い。

こまかい事いえば、タクシーで、ホテル名言ってわかってもらえなかったので、ホテルの名刺は必ず持って出たほうがいい。 サービスとしては、ガウンもついていたし良かったのですが、ガウンをタオルて一緒においていたら回収されてしまい、新たなガウンの用意がなかったのが残念でした。

Забронировав 2-х местный стандартный номер, меня заселили в номер без окна - с глухой стеной. В номере запах сырости и плесени. Персонал на стойке регистрации вопрос с заменой номера решать не стал. Пришлось в течение 2-х часов выяснять отношения со старшими менеджерами отеля, прежде чем они решили вопрос с переселением, но только со следующих суток. Справедливости ради нужно отметить, что переселили в отель более высокого уровня. Но зачем эти проблемы за 9 тыс. км. от дома , когда ты первый раз приехал в страну? Первые впечатления самые яркие. В этом отеле они были не самыми положительными. Сам отель находится в достаточно удобном месте , недалеко от делового центра , удобен для отдыха и прогулок.
