The staff are very helpful. The rooms are so spacious and clean

Good clean hotel with Large rooms and lots of facilities to use. Had a 2 bedroom Apartment which included a full Kitchen and 3 Bathrooms. Staff very helpful and the Hotel also included a free car park for customers to use.

We enjoyed our stay at the Winchester. It was easy to get to the Hop on Hop off bus, restaurants just up the road. kitchen well equiped with a store close by. The washer/dryer combo washed well but not much of a dryer. The cabs go right by the front, and the free shuttle is a plus. Remember to flip the switch for the Hot Water to get a great shower!

Located between the creek (old city) and the financial district (burj Khalifa). Pro's: - 8 min. walk to metro. - Supermarket next door. - Good little kitchen incl. washing machine. - Decent pool on roof. - Large fitness room with all you need. - Close to airport Con's: - Not much to do nearby. - No in-room internet. - Aircon wasn't working properly.

Stayed there for one week. A true pleasure - as one has to take the price into consideration. Big appartment with kitchen, bath-, dining-, living & bedroom. Very friendly staff who solved any issue, also hanling a missing suitcase from the airline. Can recomend

stayed in this hotel apartment for one night with family. very good service, apartment was very nice and clean and had all the utilities one would need. would recommend to all.

Clean, quiet and pretty convenient...what else do you want in a hotel? The value was excellent and the shuttle made it easy to get around. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and they showed me to my room. My reservation was honored(not like most hotels booked online in Dubai). The kitchen was a bonus! The grocery store nearby is stocked with anything you need to cook and clean. The washer/dryer was great to wash out traveling clothes and clothes worn while in Dubai. The bathrooms were clean, very well preserved and the rooms were immaculate. The TV's in the bedroom and in lounge were clear and well maintained. The internet is fast and well worth the charge, especialy if you need to plan trips and make reservations and conduct business in private. The blackout curtains made sleeping into the day a welcomed suprise. The rooms were quiet except forvery heavy-footed people above me, but overall, no outside noise or noise from neighbors. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The service in hotel is very good. They organized the apartment for us 5 hours before checking-in time when we came from the airport in the very early morning. The rooms are big and convenient for families. There is also a grocery store close by and a walking distance to the shopping malls. Breakfast and pool area were little bit disappointments. But overall visit is good compared to the quality and money spent.

Stayed in this hotel end of February 2012 for 4 nights. Very pleasant staff, particularly the concierge Savio. Our room(s) were huge with full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, lounge and dining area. The only issue was the noise from the very busy road and the somewhat OK breakfasts. Location is great - right in the middle of everything you want to see. Great views of the city from our room. We would stay here again but would request a room away from the road.

We were upgraded by a very service oriented front desk staff and shift manager to a 1-bedroom apartment (from a Studio room) when we checked in. The non-smoking apartment has separate living room just as big as the bedroom (lots of closet space) with King size bed with soft linen and comfortable pillows. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, combination washer/dryer, etc - you just buy the food you want to cook. There is a grocery store 3 minutes walking distance to the left of the hotel. The front desk has menus from restaurants nearby and food delivered to your room. The Metro (signs/automated announcements on English & Arabic - easy to use and safe) is about a 15-min walk - daily passes (includes use of local bus service) are available (economical than taking taxi) to explore the tourist sights and shopping malls at your own pace. We enjoyed our reasonably priced Desert Night Safari arranged by the tour concierge; money exchange is available. The clean amenities (gym, pool, sauna) are available for guests. Overall, our 3-night stay at this hotel was pleasant & enjoyable.

Very service minded and accomodating staff. Our appartment was spacious and clean and we found the location to be very central with a 10 min walk to the metro and the mall. Roof top terrasse and heated pool is good and clean. Only drawback was the breakfast which was terrible and sloppy.

My family had a good stay at the Winchester Deluxe. It's rooftop view of downtown Dubai is amazing...rooms are well sized with most of the amenities...staff is friendly..and a free shuttle service to the attractions is a bonus. Had one grievance though - we were allocated a smoking room..especially with an infant baby was not the right choice to give us. And the room could not be changed due to a fully booked hotel.

Short stay in December. We had 2 bedroom apartment which was very large. Whilst not luxuriously appointed it was exceptionally good value. Shuttle bus a bonus as there isn't much within walking distance. Also much appreciated the (very) early check-in at no extra cost.

We booked this accommodation for a night before a cruise. very close to cruise port. We were a bit worried about what we might find as this was really at the budget end of the market. Service on arrivalwas excellent. We were upgraded and given helpful information in good English. The appartment was huge, the beds very comfortable, lovely separate kitchen, separate lounge and enormous bedroom. Obviously a bit older so some signs of aging but still very clean and well maintained.Close to supermarket and places to eat. We later stayed for 3 nights in a more expensive hotel which was over double the price and no nicer!!!! We would really highly recommend the Wincester as fantastic value for money..it certainly did not feel very budget to us!!!

I would not stay in this Hotel again even if my life depended upon it. We were directed to 3 plces before we found the correct Wincester Hotel. Certinly the hotel marked as the Wincester on the GPS is no longer the Wincester. When we arrived we had booked n smokng but were placed i a room strongly smelling of smoke. We also booked a triple room but had to wait for over an hour while they tried to find a non smoking room. This was after 3 calls to the desk and one trip down to the desk. The extra bed was covered in plastic and another call had to be made for a pilow and a top sheet and duvet. The walls were extremely thin and the guests in the room next door were havig a party wth very loud music, dancing, guests screaming and singiing and doors slamming from 11.00pm until at least 2.30am. We called the desk again and it was not until we had to threaten to call the police as the people were drunk that management finaly were able to shut them up. Our son was unable to sleep at all as the plastic mattress was hot and hard as a rock. A very unfortunate experience I would never like to repeat.

Too many issues with checkin and passport scanning. Rude front of the house staff, in fact. They hung up the phone on me when I asked them to return my passport an hour after the bell boy took it from my room to scan, again... Nice rooms, ok pool, good view from pool. Good over all location, can walk to metro, shopping and shuttle to open beach. Would stay there again and be persistent with the staff. Also, complimentary wifi in lobby was nice, should be also in rooms though

The hotel is in a good location, has good facilities including heated swimming pool and well equipped Gym. But some staff were arrogant, and seem not to want to care about their customers. For eg one customer walked in and said I have just left the hotel 1-2 hrs ago, is their any way I can go back in the room to change (he had done something to his clothes). One staff outrightly shouted NO, Not possible, basically go away don't disturb me and this staff seemed to be the one in charge. while other staff afterwards said you can go up to the health club to change after seeing how distraught the ex guest was. A better way to handle it was to be polite, (I am sorry we can't let you in your room again as it is already being prepared for our next guest, but we can give you access to our health club there are changing rooms their that may meet your needs), Another point is complementary water is only the first day, just so you know. Finally if you want non smoking room make a request to be in Non smoking floor, as the AC in the mixed floors lets the smoke get in. They were happy to shift me to another room.

Very clean and a very convenient location. Excellent apartment with everything you need. Efficient hotel service. We'll stay there again.

I booked for a ingle room apartments and requested a lat checki-in of 11 pm. The hotel upgraded us to 2 bed-room and check-in was very prompt with everything properly arranged and in order when we arrived. What we loved about the hotel was the free shuttle to take us to prominent places around. However the frequency can be improved. Its onlu twice or thrice to each place each day so you need careful planning. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Overall I loved my stay and will definitely stay the same plave in my next visit.

For the price of a 3 star hotel, this was a large bedroom, large TV sitting room, large reception area and a full kitchen. Service excellent, location very convenient, and the room condition wonderful. You have to pay extra for wifi.... the only bummer but a small one to be concerned about

Great Hotel, Excellent Staff. We had reached the hotel around 9:30AM, even though the check in time was 2:00PM, they had the room ready by 10:30 AM. The hotel had buffet breakfast which good choices. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel also. Great Location. WIll stay here again.

i stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 days.we booked for single room,but were upgraded to a double bedroom.excellent service,clean rooms and friendly staff.taxis were available infront of the hotel. we enjoyed staying in this hotel.and like to stay here when we visit dubai next time.

We have been at the Winchester Deluxe Appartments with two young kids (1 and 3). The appartments are not too small, the bed was good. The appartment is not brand new, but apart from some curtains everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym were nice and clean. We used the free shuttle quite a bit. Overall a good deal for the money, but not luxery.

very good place compared to any other apartments the WiFi isn't available in the rooms and the cable internet is chargeable

Good quality hotel, reasonably priced buffet breakfast at only 25aed, well kept rooms, excellent staff. Free wifi in lobby area, well kept health club. Only negative point was that there is no room service for refreshments.

It is a good value for money! Located in a bit older and quiet part of Dubai, have a very good connection to Shaikh Zayed road. Studio was good, kitchen well equipped. I would like to recommend this hotel to families or couples who wants to visit Dubai.

Wincherster Deluxe hotel appt are the best i won't rate the hotel as 3stars but 4stars hotel, the location is very close to the airport, shopping malls metro line and off course near by groceries store...Services at the hotel was excellent and the cleaning of the room was fantastic.. I love everthing at the hotel no complain at all.. I stayed for 13nite...and the workers dere were very helpfully... Free internet at the lobby which i found very usefully.. A big thanks for those workers that worked during my stay... See u guys soon

In booking this hotel we relied on other reviews.The hotel was within walking distance to Karama center so all sorts of shops food,clothing,gold...all were there .besides hotel has its own shuttle that could take to all places we wanted to visit.The kitchen was completely equipped besides we could order from hotels free of cost to our room.Room service was excellent staff was courtious and helpful.We would love to stay there again .

In term of quality of the hotel and its facilities, it is excellent with very competitive price. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is will equipped. But i had bad experience when I check in and found my apartment not available. They offer me two separate apartments for the 1st day and for free. When I check out they charge me the whole amount and they promises to send free voucher instead the free night. Unfortunately, until now Ii don’t receive any thing. But away from this issue everything was enjoyable.
