Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya - موسكو

Hotel is good for its price, especially when you stay on weekends. I book it when I can't find good deals at other hotels and want to save money. Rooms are very basic, but neat and clean, location is not perfect but still central and 15 walk from subway. Good 3* hotel alternative, even though I often prefer to pay extra $ 30 and stay at a nicer hotel if I can.

Rooms were very basic but nice. Hotel is a long way from most the major tourist attractions so need to catch metro to get to places. The lobby smells of cigarette smoke like most places in Russia as you are allowed to smoke inside. We stayed on a non- smoking floor though so was fine. Overall not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights.

I thought it was decent for the price. The best part about the hotel was the location - it is a convenient 10 minute walk from the Paveletskaya metro and train stations (easy Aeroexpress ride into the train station from the airport), making it easy to get around Moscow. The hotel staff was moderately helpful (definitely more a "Days Inn" level than a 4 star hotel) and everyone spoke English. Disappointing selection of food at the hotel, though - you will definitely want to go elsewhere to get any kind of meal. Breakfast options seem overpriced. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable, would stay here again.

The hotel is nice, rooms are small but comfortable, the location is good but not very close to the main attractions, Kremlin and Red Square are about 30 to 40 minutes walk, but you can also take the subway, and get there fairly quick, the Metro is only 5 minutes away. This is a good hotel if you are on budget

Clean, good location, without any of the luxuries most business travelers never use. Moscow is ridiculously priced for hotels, so this is still very expensive for what you get, butnevertheless good value for money for Moscow. Only negative is the restaurant has about as much character as a motorway cafe, so better to walk a few hundred meters to some reasonable nearby restaurants.

It's clean, reception staff speak English and it's near the areoexpress train to Domodedovo from Paveletskaya. Not bad at all.

This IBIS hotel has one main thing going for it, the people working there. It was a nice change in a Moscow hotel to have warm and helpful people at the reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good and not overpriced. Internet access was free and good. The room was spotless but very impersonal and uninviting; I can imagine on a cold dark winters day the rugless floor and no blank walls could be depressing. With the Moscow rates being as high as they are, I think a coffee/tea making set would be a welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is not in a safe area. Walking to the hotel after a day out does not feel safe.  I have been stopped several times being asked for money from street vagabonds.  There is a feeding center on the way to the metro and it attracts some strange people. The hotel itself has wooden floors that creek so you can hear every footstep of the person in the room above. The lady above my room wore heels which made a massive noise whenever she walked and she would not stop walking around. The doors of the rooms bang shut so you can hear whenever somebody on your floor has arrived.  If you are a heavy sleeper this should not cause any concern. The pillows are horrible.They are stuffed with some material that feels like rolled up pieces of material. Not firm or flat at all. My neck felt uncomfortable all night.  The sheets had massive burn stains on them from someone ironing the sheets fo breakfast with the room rate you have to pay 700 rublelace to have a good breakfast within walking distance. Most staff speak excellent english and are courteous. Don't think about staying an hour extra. The will want to charge you a pro rata data rate per hour even if the hotel is e. this is one of the best hotels i've stayed in moscow in the medium category. it has everything you need and the staff are spectacular. i do like tea making facilities as well as a fridge and safe in my room but its easy to overlook this because of the new age of the hotel and the affordability and comfort. The only issue with this hotel is the location which is a 15 minute walk to the metro. near the metro there are alot of strange looking characters and drunks and i didnt feel totally safe walking home, especially at night but i was never harassed by anyone.

Nice hotel, overall, BUT they tried to charge me twice for staying there, and had no clue that Hotels.com had already taken the money. After several calls to my bank, and a member of staff that knew a bit about their job, finally they understood that it's was pre-paid. I 'would' stay there again, but be aware of what you have paid for, and what you haven't.

Conforme à la norme IBIS française, sans plus. Tout est cher, la chambre, le pdj, les repas. Mais c'est normal à Moscou. Préférer diner à l'extérieur, par exemple juste à coté de la station de métro située à 10 à pied. Hotel très fréquenté par les français.

Everything was fine. The view may be somewhat "industrial" due to the location, but that's the price for the convenience of being less than 10 minutes walk from the Paveletskaya station (directly connecting to Domodedovo via Aeroexpress).

Hotel is modern and there Was no issues, but its not a luxury hotel, but knowing that, recommended, location ok,

Отель удачно расположен, рядом с Павелецким вокзалом. Номера скромные, маленькие. Но переночевать одну ночь можно. Нет парковки.

Globalement bien. Bruit de ventilation gênant dans la chambre bien que l'air conditionné soit éteint. Petit déjeuner cher pour la qualité de la prestation.
