Great stay!!! Room was clean and comfortable. Larry the shuttle driver was fantastic!!!! Would definiately stay again.

This hotel is in a great location, although a little pricey for what you get. The front desk personnel were a little pretentious. Although, I must say the parking Valets were very polite and helpful and professional. I was traveling with my 2 year old and they were sensitive to the fact that I needed extra time and a little assistance. Our room was just okay. There was a hole in the sheets and some hair that wasn't mine. I would definitely stay in this area again but will probably try a different hotel.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfy and clean and restaurants and bars were easily walkable. The $20 overnight parking fee was annoying and we heard lots of sirens during the night being so close to the medical center. I'd stay there again.

The overall hotel rating is satisfied. This is not higher because I ate in the hotel restaurant. How bad can food be?...just try the food in the restaurant at this hotel. It was poorly prepared and cold, not even taking in to account the taste. The wait staff were friendly and did a good job, so it was not their fault. They were just serving crap on a platter.

Everything was great! Two unexpected extra fees to remember: breakfast is almost $10 and valet is $20.

Great hotel, good location. My only complaint is our room was close to the ice machine and there were guests getting ice very late at night and very early in the morning! It was quite noisy. Next time I will request a room away from the vending machines.

Very good customer service. We were very impressed. The little things mean a lot. The valet remember our name at check out when I went to get a luggage cart and had our car ready when we came down. Hotel was very clean overall also. Not quite as thrilled with the "free shuttle". Was not very convenient. Only one running and had to take a cab or walk because the wait was so long.

Not happy about having to pay $20 per day for parking. Turns out that the deal on the room wasn't so great once you add parking in. The beds were hard as a rock. The rooms were clean and the Hotel was well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. would not stay there again because of the parking fees and the uncomfortable beds.

Had a procedure due at Vandy. This hotel was very close to the hospital. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived which was a bit inconvenient, but we were ok with that. Didn't have much of a view. Our room overlooked a roof and we had a view of the parking structure. All in all, the experience was nice. Much cleaner and even cheaper than any other hotel we've stayed in before in Nashville, and we've stayed there many times over the years.

This was an excellent place to stay! Oh so comfortable beds and rooms, everything was top rate. Free shuttle was convienient to downtown during the day and then a less than ten buck taxi back at 2am is a great deal! Surrounding area is good. Felt safe at all times, we will be back!!!

the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and up to date look. the room was nice and the bathroom was good. some hotels are nice but the bathrooms are worn. it wasnt here. the only complaint i have is the mattresses sunk in. no support.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Nashville TN, was very conveinent to Bridgestone Arena where we went to a concert. The rooms are clean and the staff was excellent, not to mention an exceptional value compared to other local hotels in the same area. I would recommend this hotel to others and will more than likely return for a visit myself.

Beautiful facility - very clean. These were the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The parking fee was a bit high in our opinion, but together with the room rate it was still less expensive than other not as nice facilities in the area.

The staff was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint was that the coffee pot in our room did not work.

Some girl friends and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel was great, staff was very friendly, and the room was clean with no problems. The location was perfect, it was close to all the downtown night life and the free hotel shuttle was great. Only downside was a misleading price quote on the daily parking. "Daily Self Park" is apparently not including parking overnight, so our parking bill was double what we planned on. Other than the extra parking fee, the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend for those wanting to be close to the night life

We were there for one night while visiting friends in East Nashville. A cab from there to little 5 ran about 10 bucks one way. It was clean and affordable. The pool seemed nice...indoors. The staff was nice, just not welcoming..... actually the valet guy was awesome. For the price, I would go back.

The only thing disappointing about our stay was that our room was a ready at the 3:00 check in time and the front desk didn't seem to think it was a problem. It wasn't until we noticed that two people (cute girls) that came in after us got their rooms right away. Once I complained about that our room magically became available.

Very nice hotel - great service. Very noisy one night - argument/fight in what turned out to be the room next door. The rooms are insulated enough that, even though I opened my door to determine from where the noise was coming, I thought it was coming from "down the hall". When the desk was called, they promptly took care of the situation - even though it did take two efforts are their part. Over-all , a great visit!

The hotel and staff were amazing, but the parking is $18 for self parking and & $23 for valet....PER NIGHT!! Ridiculous.

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Had a free shuttle service, and a lovely breakfast buffet. Would go back.

Hotel was great! Friendly staff and a van available to shuttle us anywhere within 3 miles. Only issue was they said parking for a Tractor Trailer was available and while we made it work there isn't really parking available for large vehicles.

We went to check in and the little girl at the desk rolled her eyes at me because we wanted to check in early because my husband had a migraine. Then she told me very rudely that we didn't have a reservation and told me I had the wrong hotel. I showed her my confirmation number and she still argued with me. The manager finally decided to come talk to us looked at the computer and said we had a room and left. Not sorry or anything. and we still weren't able to check in till 4.also it is on music row but most of music row is on 2nd through 4th st. This hotel is on broadway and 17th. No where near the action. I would not stay here ever again

the beds was not very good and they never was enough towels or wash cloths

I would recomment this hotel to others, I found the location to be convient, the rooms large and comfortable and the service staff very friendly and helpful. Will be staying again next time I come to Nashville. Sincerely, R Lynch

There is one word that describes this hotel....PHENOMINAL!!!! The Room, employees, and meals were incredible and we can not wait to stay again!!!!

This is a nice hotel near Vanderbilt.

The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient being about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the music district which is great for not having to worry about parking in the evenings. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit rundown and not pretty, but the convenience and comfort made up for that.

Flew in on a Thursday night for business the following day. It just finished snowing in Nashville that day, so everything was pretty well shut down. The front desk offered us several dining options that delivered directly to our room, so that was a huge help. Staff was ultra-friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us with anything and everything. We had business meetings all day Friday and celebrated Friday night and the front desk brought us two plates from the buffet as well as went to white castle for burgers at lunch because we were so hung over. Rooms were great and beds really comfy. Locations was close to EVERYTHING. I'd stay there again and again when traveling to town.

Of course I expected to pay a higher price for this hotel because it's a Hilton. The nightly rate wasn't too steep considering the hotel was nice and it was very close to downtown however, the extra fee for parking is ridiculous. I understand charging extra for valet, but it was almost just as expensive for self-parking. Also, no continental breakfast or free breakfast is offered. I found this very frustrating since I think if you're paying the rates that Hiltons charge, you should at the very least be offered some complimentary bagels and juice. The room was clean and comfortable, but the beds are kinda firm. All the staff we encountered were very nice and accomodating.

I had a very nice time staff was very accomodating to me and my guest. We found the room to be clean and comfortable the entire stay. I poersonally enjoyed the hotel's pool and weight room on a daily basis and much like the rest of the city the food was outstanding!!

Three exceptions: $18.00 fee to park Had to initial a statement saying that if the non-smoking room was smoked in, there would be $150 charge, no problem, but the room smelled like cigarettes when I walked in it. I pointed this out to avoid being charged, they gave me a free breakfast voucher. 4:00 p.m. check in time

The only problem we had with this hotel is that our floor was wet by the bed. When I told them about it that said they would check into it. The floor was soaking wet.

We recommend it very highly. Room is spacious, clean and ideal location. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Stayed at another previously but hope to go back to this one.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Pillows were awful so bring your own with you. It was a fine place to stay but with all the choices in Nashville we will make another choice next visit.
