Hilton Garden Inn Nashville - Vanderbilt - ناشفيل

I would recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to many good restaurants, in a great area of Nashville, near the Vanderbilt campus. The only negative I could add, the hotel is right on Broadway, there will be the street noise.

Decided to try this hotel for a weekend while visiting our son at college. The hotel is clean and convenient BUT the road noise is awful. If you decide to stay here, bring ear plugs!

I travel alot to Nashville but don't have a large budget for hotel stays. For a big budget feel on a small wallet you have to stay here. The staff was magnificiently friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was great and I loved the breakfast spread. From the top of management to the front line, I have nothing but rave reviews. I first experienced this hotel's fantastic service when my car was parked by service and the front desk check-in. I had complimentary coffee while the room was being prepared. Some would see this as a glitch but it was actually enjoyable considering the friendly vibe going on in the lobby. I took a quick shower and discovered towels in the shower which was a pleasant change. Flat screen television in the room and nice sized king bed.I loved the neighborhood that invites you to walk around and discover. I never write reviews but this place was definately worth taking a few moments to recommed!

Had a wonderful one night stay at this beautiful hotel in Nashville. Enjoyable staff on hand at all times of stay. My friend and I enjoyed a drink in the restaurant and chatted with the friendly bartender for an hour. Also, on the day of checkout, I left some concert tickets in the room and called back 2 hours after I had checked out and the wonderful housekeeping staff tracked down my tickets that had been thrown away when the room was cleaned. Was very pleased with the helpfulness everyone offered. Will definitely stay here again.

I was surprising my wife with a weekend trip to Nashville and we loved this hotel. The free shuttle service was very nice. Anwhere within 3 miles. Lots of resturants within walking distance. My wife mentioned in passing that it was her birthday and when we returned to the room there was a tray with complimentry desert waiting with a birthdaY card from the staff. Blown away by this. The breakfast was not free but well worth the 9.95 price. Made to order omlets, french toast, and other hot breakfast items all served by a friendly staff. I have already told everyone to stay here when they visit nashville.

I was VERY pleased with my experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt. From when we first pulled up and the valet assisted us we were greeted very politely. Checking it was smooth as can be adn we were quickly up in our VERY clean room with all the amenities we could have asked for. We walked for a quick bite to eat, came back and took a quick nap (quiet, comfortable, great bedding!) and then used the complimentary shuttle service to get right downtown. Larry the shuttle driver was professional, courteous, and gave us great information on the hotel and downtown area. This was NOT the most expensive Hilton hotel we have stayed it but it was certainly the BEST! We hope we remember to bring our swimsuits next time for the hot tub because we will definitely be staying there everytime we visit Nashville.

We were excited to save money in comparison to the rest of our group that stayed at hotels downtown, however, if we had to do it again, we would stay at a hotel closer to the city center area. It was great that there was a free shuttle available, and we only had to wait 10 minutes at most, but it only fits a limited number of people and runs til midnight. We ended up walking back once, and it really wasn't that far. The rooms were clean, and we were glad to hear of the sleep number beds, as we hadn't tried them before. Unfortunately, the controls on either side of the bed were both broken, as was the hair dryer. Parking is very expensive, so that was a downfall, but the room was very clean and nice, so I would recommend to others that don't mind a walk or a wait if heading to the downtown area.

Our stay was very nice the workers were helpful and made things very easy and quick, because we only stayed one night I can not say much about all the aspects of the hotel but our room was very clean and the whilpool and king size bed were very relaxing. I will definatly consider staying here again in the future.

Clean, modern, good service, great location in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Not a luxurious hotel but great bang for the buck. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel seems to pride itself on upcharges- parking, breakfast, newspaper. Bed, while queen width, were definitely not standard queen length. Lots of construction noise from the area.

I really liked the hotel and location. It was well priced, close to Vanderbilt and downtown, modern, cute, clean and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate! My only complaint was that the front desk girls seemed to be engrossed in their own personal conversation instead of helping the guests check-in. I also wish that the hotel had an airport shuttle but I took the Gray Line, which worked out just fine. I would still highly recommend the hotel if you are looking to stay in Nashville near Vanderbilt and I plan to stay there again when I return in the Spring.

When we arrived at our room we had no water. We waited for 2 hours and still no water. They moved us to a different room, sent a card and fruit tray to apologize but the following morning we woke up to a ceiling caving in. The hotel did not charge us for our stay or the valet parking and apologized over and over. Everyone was great and I have to say I would stay again. Everything cannot be perfect all the time and things do happen beyond anyone's control.

This hotel was great! Had a huge bathroom an it was very clean... Parking was $20 but they have a free shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off in the downtown Nashville area! :)

The hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. They staff was very courteous and helpful for those of new in the area. My room was exceptionally clean and the hotel was ready to assist with my every need. Thank you so much.

When I checked in with a co-worker, I specifically told them that I wanted to put his room charges on my corporate card. I also told them that I would be leaving a day earlier than him and that I wanted to do what ever was necessary for them to be authorized to run the card. Fast forward to checkout - once again explaining to them that I was checking out and that they were authorized to charge the card when my co-worker checked out the next day. Well in the middle of the afternoon he gets a call that his reservation ended the day I checked out, so I had to call them in the middle of the Denver airport to straighten the whole thing out. In addition, I had to change from my original room to another because the first one smelled like a dirty ashtray when I specifically booked non-smoking, the self/valet parking is $20.00 a day and the free wifi might as well be free dial-up. I had a hard time connecting to my own work systems. I've had faster internet at Motel 6. $9.00 breakfast even if you only get a bowl of cereal and banana.

The quality of the food was about equal to a typical free breakfast type food offered by a medium price hotel, like a best western, only difference being more variety. We paid $9.95 for the breakfast, so I was thinking you were offering a better quality and better prepared breakfast food, but it wasn't. I would have preperred to pay $15.00 for breakfast and expect a good breakfast. The next night we stayed at the Hilton Garden Hotel in Tifton Georgia. This breakfast was a made to order breakfast, but the way it was cooked was not verry good and disappointed again. I feel the stay at the Hilton Garden was exceptional,except for the breakfast. I think if you would stop trying to compete with the restaurants offering breakfast with their stays and set up a quality breakfast arrangement you would be better off.

Ordered a lettuce wedge and hamburger in restaurant on night on my arrival. Lettuce wedge was never served hamburger although medium was dry and tough as shoe leather. Breakfast bar was extremely over priced. Not likely to reccomend this hotel to anyone. Will recommend Hampton inn down street which is closer to good restaurants and parking is free.

The hotel staff was friendly and the shuttle service was great. It dropped you off anywhere in a 3 mile radius of the hotel and ran until midnight. Rooms were clean an modernized. However, one day the maid service accidentally skipped cleaning our room. That was a first for me and was disappointing considering the quality of the hotel. I would still recommend this hotel to others.

Construction to the south not bothersome at all; easy to access both downtown and Vanderbilt University area; large junior suites; quiet hotel; self-parking in the adjacent garage convenient.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for our visit. We did not have a car so we relied on the shuttle from the hotel to go to downtown Nashville. Since there is only one shuttle we had to wait for service. When we called they always said 10 minutes but it ended up being more like 30. We also had to ask for more towels everyday. The maid knew there were 4 people in the suite but only gave us enough towels for two. They also need to leave enough coffee, creamers, etc for 4 people if that is the amount in the room. They were very accommodating once we requested things but you should not have to do that. They should anticipate our needs...it is their business. The evening desk man was not friendly and was somewhat dismissive when we asked questions.

This hotel is in a great location, although a little pricey for what you get. The front desk personnel were a little pretentious. Although, I must say the parking Valets were very polite and helpful and professional. I was traveling with my 2 year old and they were sensitive to the fact that I needed extra time and a little assistance. Our room was just okay. There was a hole in the sheets and some hair that wasn't mine. I would definitely stay in this area again but will probably try a different hotel.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfy and clean and restaurants and bars were easily walkable. The $20 overnight parking fee was annoying and we heard lots of sirens during the night being so close to the medical center. I'd stay there again.

The overall hotel rating is satisfied. This is not higher because I ate in the hotel restaurant. How bad can food be?...just try the food in the restaurant at this hotel. It was poorly prepared and cold, not even taking in to account the taste. The wait staff were friendly and did a good job, so it was not their fault. They were just serving crap on a platter.

Everything was great! Two unexpected extra fees to remember: breakfast is almost $10 and valet is $20.

Great hotel, good location. My only complaint is our room was close to the ice machine and there were guests getting ice very late at night and very early in the morning! It was quite noisy. Next time I will request a room away from the vending machines.

Very good customer service. We were very impressed. The little things mean a lot. The valet remember our name at check out when I went to get a luggage cart and had our car ready when we came down. Hotel was very clean overall also. Not quite as thrilled with the "free shuttle". Was not very convenient. Only one running and had to take a cab or walk because the wait was so long.

Not happy about having to pay $20 per day for parking. Turns out that the deal on the room wasn't so great once you add parking in. The beds were hard as a rock. The rooms were clean and the Hotel was well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. would not stay there again because of the parking fees and the uncomfortable beds.

Had a procedure due at Vandy. This hotel was very close to the hospital. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived which was a bit inconvenient, but we were ok with that. Didn't have much of a view. Our room overlooked a roof and we had a view of the parking structure. All in all, the experience was nice. Much cleaner and even cheaper than any other hotel we've stayed in before in Nashville, and we've stayed there many times over the years.

This was an excellent place to stay! Oh so comfortable beds and rooms, everything was top rate. Free shuttle was convienient to downtown during the day and then a less than ten buck taxi back at 2am is a great deal! Surrounding area is good. Felt safe at all times, we will be back!!!

the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and up to date look. the room was nice and the bathroom was good. some hotels are nice but the bathrooms are worn. it wasnt here. the only complaint i have is the mattresses sunk in. no support.
