Andakira Hotel - كاتو

We had a pool access room which was a great size,clean,good aircon and the pool access is wonderful.(The pool was clean as well) Having said that the views from the pool/room are not great basically hotel walls or building site. But we were happy to put up with not having a view for pool access. The other issues we had were no shower in the room only a bath andthe breakfast was well, average from Western point of view.The breakfast was geared towards the Asian guest.Overall we got a deal for the room/breakfast and were happy as we only stayed three nights.Would we go back? well no is the answer I know there is better in Patong even if you have pay a bit more.

It was not a 4star hotel at all. Facilities and amenities are fits for bellow 3star. Pool access was the ONLY 1 thing I enjoyed in this hotel. Shower curtain covered with fungi, fell off when I barely touched it for the first time. Break fast soso. Staffs are too busy to pay attention to their valuable guests. Simply no recommend.

Due to the reviews that I read before coming here I found it to be a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and I have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone.

UPON ARRIVAL STAFF MADE SURE THAT EVERY POINT OF ORDER WAS COVERED. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WERE FANTASTIC IN RESPONDING TO ANY QUERY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST.I FOUND THE CHEERFULNESS OF THE FRONT DESK AND RESTAURANT DAY STAFF THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE STAY. THE ONLY QUALM I HAD WAS THE EXCESSIVE CONSTRUCTION THAT WAS OCCURRING NEXT DOOR 7 DAYS A WEEK. OVERALL THE STAFF OF THE HOTEL REALLY SET A HIGH STANDARD. HATS OFF!!!!

The hotel need some upgrade, breakfast need upgrade and more variety, staff are friendly and informative, location is good. Good for budget traveller who need accommododation at good location with good price.

The staff over there is nice. The hotel is actually quite near to a lots of places. Exp: Thai boxing, food n shopping centre. If not u can rent the bike from the hotel for just 200-250bath. Walking to Patong beach is more than 20mins. Surrounding the hotel got on going construction so in the noon time it's very noise. But other then that it's ok. I stay pool access room which location at level 3 no view but nice...

We went in peak season, so the ratings were not met at the time. The rooms were on the small side and bathrooms quite ordinary. The breakfast was disappointing as there was not much on offer at all, with the cleanliness was also a tad on the 'iffy' side. The pool was great though.

I and my girlfriend stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights in November 2011. The service staff were friendly and helpful and we didnt have much problems communicating with them. The maintenance of the equipment were not as good though. The bathroom tap was dislodged from the sink socket, the safe was spoilt and unusable (might be one of the earlier guests mishandled it, but no action was taken to repair) The television had minor issues, likely due to TV antenna issues. Environment wise, there was some ongoing construction around the hotel when we stayed there and the dirty, occassionally smelly, canal running beside the hotel did not help matters. However, the service staff were nice to allow us to change to a higher floor, hence the construction noise and the canal smell did not affect us when we were in our room. And when the curtains are drawn closed, there really isnt any unsightly feature. Overall, the hotel is a value stay with its clean rooms and beautiful and new exterior. The room rates are also very affordable.

you must be very patient to deal with the staff. slow and not considerate!!!

you will not go wrong with booking this hotel.. It's clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is great, the location is fantastic.. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit

I would recommend this hotel to travelers. This hotel is highly value for money based on comfort level. The hotel main peeves are the slightly off location and that the breakfast selection tends to be about the same. However considering all factors including cleanliness, comfort and of course price, I would still highly recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

There is no way this hotel could be rated four stars. Staff not freindly, shower curtain fell twice, the power points in the room would not work sometimes and the room was dark as some lights were not working. It was a tiny room for 3 people. House keeping would come early morning whilst we were trying to sleep and then would not come back later. We had to request housekeeping almost everyday through front desk. Buffet breakfast was stale. Overall, your looking for a hotel to only sleep in then its a cheap hotel in a good location, but if you want the luxury lifestyle then I do not recommend this hotel at all.

1) The towels were a bit old and grey (not white anymore). 2) Upon check-in, the room was not ready 3) The breakfast was a bit dismal 4) We did not provide our credit card during check-in and gave a cash deposit which the staff did not even mention about when we checked-out. When my wife asked about it, they said, "oh, sorry we forgot." How convenient. 5) The location was great for shopping and the Tuk Tuks that took us from the shopping centre back to the hotel were cheap, but they did tell us that they were not able to pick up from the hotel because it was run by another group and one even said, if they picked up hotel guests it was infringing on someone else territory and doing that would cause a fight.

The hotel is not very near patong beach but within reasonable walking distance to Jungceylon shopping centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean. However, the bed is very hard for a comfortable sleep. Our room is facing the hills and below the balcony is a sewage drain and its very smelly. There is also construction of condo 2 blocks away and it is very noisy in the day. The breakfast is very boring and tasteless, so you should omit the breakfast when you book.

I stayed in Anadakira hotel's deluxe pool access for 3 nights when I was on a leisure trip in Phuket. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a bath tub and has a folding window beside it. As the name suggests, I have direct access to the pool which stretches across a total of about 6 other rooms. The steps leading into the pool acts as a seat for the jacuzzi. The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Patong Beach and about 10 minutes walk to Bangla Road. The hotel provides frequent shuttle 'bus' service to Patong Beach. In addition, the bell boy is able to drive you to any nearby restaurant for a small price (I paid a total of 100 baht for 8 person). There is a 24h convenient shop (Family Mart) located just outside the hotel. Overall, my experience at Andakira was fantastic! After a full day tour at the nearby islands, you still can dip yourself in the pool no matter what time you reach the hotel.

Bra opphold og god service, bærer litt preg om å være gammelt samt air- kodisjoneringen støyet mye.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, synd bara att den ligger dåligt till. Ingen fin utsikt och långt ifrån stranden. Rummet vi bodde på hade direkt anslutning till en pool via balkången, det kan jag rekomendera starkt. I övrigt gillade jag inte Patong och valde att åka till Kata istället.

酒店本身还不错,游泳池、早餐服务都还可以，就是周围环境太差啦，到处都在修路，挖的乱七八糟的，很脏。

Overnattet 2 netter her på vei til Phi Phi. Standarden er helt veldig bra og rommene er veldig bra. God service men fikk ikke sjekket ut frokost. Hotellet ligger litt langt fra stranden, men det går shutle buss flere ganger om dagen. 10 min å gå ned til sentrum av patong til alt som skjer der. Hotellet har basseng som går delvis rundt hotellet. Alt i alt en positiv opplevelse og jeg kommer gjerne til å benytte hotellet igjen.

jag tycker inte att hotellet kandes som 4 sjarnigt... rummen kan stadas varje dag om du ber om det och frukosten ar helt ok om man tycker om asiatisk mat som tex fiskbollar, nudlar, stekta gronsaker, rissoppa. Fanns potatis (olika styles varje dag) vitt brod med smor och marmelad, kaffe som smakar vatten m svart farg, liptonte, varm och kall mjolk, juice. Poolen ar valdigt sval speciellt om man bor pa 3 vaningen m tillgang till pool. Laget ar helt ok, ca 10 min gangavstand till nattgatan (bangla road, horgatan) shoppingcenter ca 10 min gangavstand... Familymart (affar) finns 2 min fran hotellet. Jag kommer inte besoka hotellet fler ggr.

Navette gratuite pour aller à la plage de patong. Hôtel pour familles aussi. Piscine est souvent à l'ombre. wifi gratuite, mais seulement possible à la récéption.

일반 다른 별4개 호텔과는 조금 다른 느낌입니다! 뭐랄까 우리나라로 치면 관광호텔 느낌? 위치는 좋았으나 바로 옆 빌딩이 한낮에도 공사중이라 오전부터 낮까지 호텔에서 수영장을 즐기기에는 소음이 컸습니다! 타월은 항상 2장만 비치해줘서 부족했습니다. 특히나 조식이 너무 형편없어 먹을만한게 없더군요 항상 스크램블과 빵만 먹었습니다! 다른 방콕지역의 별4개 호텔은 규모가 컸었는지 조식도 훌륭하고 그에 반해 서비스가 좋았으나 안다키라는 그냥 관광호텔 수준의 느낌이었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문한다면 별5개 리조트나 정실론에 있는 밀레니엄으로 예약할꺼 같습니다.

因為酒店兩邊都有地盤，所以會大塵同嘈，早餐主要食多士飽，不過最驚喜係隨咗有煎蛋仲有poached egg，陽台的椅子由白色變成黑色都沒有人清洗，但係地點真係方便

酒店泳池水很污濁，很多垃圾，水很咸! 房間衛生程度一般，發現桌面螞蟻經常走動，浴室欠面巾提供。早餐地方衛生要加強。服務員工還可以，有問有答。

가격대비 만족!! 조식도 만족스럽고 위치도 시끄럽지않고 걸어서 다 파통거리를 다닐수 있음. 좋아요ㅡㅎㅎ

Hinta laatu suhde ei ollut kohdallaan. Jouduimme vaihtamaan kesken majoittumisen huoneen toiseen hotellin ylibuukkaamisen jodosta. Ënsimmäissä huoneessa (parempi huone) hiustenkuivaaja ei toiminut ja suihkuverhotanko tippui alas. Aamiainen aika niukka, servetit puuttuivat ja niitä joutui erikseen pyytämään. Plussana mainittakoon ilmainen internetin käyttö aulassa. (Jos ei ole omaa konetta mukana.)

I have just returned from staying at Andakira Hotel for 5 nights. Hotel location is perfect. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. The room was very clean and as expected. The beach and Patong shopping areas are only a 10 minute walk. We had only trouble with Wireless internet access or WIFI and as the internet was very important for me and I needed for some reasons. We notified the problem to the reception , assistance & Manager. They tried but no way, we spend two days just to get the problem solved but didn´t worked and it seems they are away on the WIFI problem. They offered us a delux room instead for our standard room and we got internet access for one day. I would like to thanks Mr Jess as he was the only one who was very helpful and kindly, he tried to help us much he can. The breakfast was good but missing Cheese so we eat only egg every day . I would like to thank all staff as they all were very nice & kindly and I would definitely recommend Andakira Hotel to anyone but please fix WIFI before so I would definitely stay again :)

Hotellet är helt ok, dock inte i närheten av så fint som hotell.com vill göra gällande. Ni som förväntar er någon slags lyx blir besviken. Hotellet är helt ok att bo på men inget extra.

Hotellet var greit nok, men det var byggeaktivitet på nabotomt. De holdt på med pæling, og lydnivået var som på et diskotek. Dette arbeidet kommer til å holde på en stund. Det var stille på natten.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, vi hade rum med direkttillgång till polen vilket var helt grymt bra, det var definitivt värt att betala lite extra för.
