Really great place to stay. The host is very helpful, she permitted us to let our luggage in the appartement before the check-in and after the check-out. The room was cleaned each day, and they put a small breakfast (croissant and jam) in the room for each day. We can have coffee whenever we want. It is really easy to get to the touristic spot by walking, and it is near the train station. We surely recommend that place!

This was a great place. Essence of real Florence. We had a great little balcony and our own bathroom. Beds were very comfy. And room was so clean and they gave us croissants and water every morn. Would definitely stay here again. It was about a 20 minute walk to Duomo area. Not so bad, but you must be up for the walk.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Florence at the Bed & Bed Cassia. We were given a very warm welcome by the staff who explained everything to us in good English. The room was always clean and the little coffee machine and kettle in the foyer was a really nice touch. A really friendly little place in a beautiful city. Recommended.

We had a nice room, with a sink in the room and a shared bathroom. Gino was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and tidy. Location is down the street from a taxi and bus stop and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We were able to walk from the station with our bags to the B&B and we could walk to city center as well. Free WiFi was a bonus. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker to use any time. We received toast and croissants every morning. I'll stay here again, thanks Gino!

Within walking distance of central Florence and train station. Near a very busy road but well insulated from traffic noise. Not so well insulated from voices in the next room or the corridor, however. Efficient air conditioning ( essential, it was 37 C outside). Accommodation is on 2nd floor, no lift but staff will help with your luggage. En suite room small but well maintained and OK for our 4 night stay.

Nice, clean BandB in flats on second level. No reception, you have to phone the staff but it worked well. Access to fridge. shared bathroom worked well. Walking distance to the big Station. A bit away from the hot spots but OK if you can walk a bit.

Really nice place if you wish to stay on the cheap in the very centre of Florence. Quite close to the station, tobacconist / newsagent. En-suite, quiet and clean. Just one lack - coffee making facilities are outside of the room. Staff is responsible and helpful. Highly recommended.

great stay in Florence, good price for high quality of sevrvice and great location and surroundings

Nice clean B& B close to train station.Only complaint would be that you need to have a phone to contact the owners to get them to check you in. We didnt and there were no working public phone nearby. Had to bother one of the neighours to get the to ring for us.

Ce b&b au deuxieme étage sans ascenseur est un peu excentré mais agréable. On peut rejoindre la gare de Santa Maria Novella en 15min. Nous avons été très bien recues. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. Les lits sont très confortables. Par contre le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible. Dans, l'ensemble, ce b&b est très bien.

The host was really nice. Although it is a bit far from the station (~ 20min walk from station with luggages), it appeared to be safe throughout the journey.

L'hôtel est bien en lui même mais il faut compter 20 bonnes minutes pour arriver au centre historique et 30 pour les quartiers les plus animés. Je conseillerai aux personnes souhaitant visiter Florence de loger plutôt dans les quartiers vers Santa Croce qui sont plus typiques et plus animés.

La propriétaire n'était pas là pour nous accueillir, ce qui nous a valu un petit coup de stress! Finalement elle fut assez chaleureuse. La chambre était propre, la salle de bains commune aussi. Il y a un lavabo dans la chambre ce qui est pratique. Les doubles vitrages permettent une bonne insonnorisation contre les bruits extérieurs, par contre les bruits intérieurs sont assez présents. Le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix fut décevant (panier avec deux biscottes, une brique de lait et un croissant) mais café et thé en libre-service. Hôtel bien situé car centre-ville accessible en 15 minutes à pieds. Au prix de la chambre, il faut rajouter une taxe de 2€ par jour et par personne. Le parking se fait dans la rue et est payant (1€50 l'heure) mais il y a souvent des places.

The hotel is located 15min on foot from the Station santa maria novella and 3 minutes from a bus station. They dont have a permanent staff so you should call before arriving otherwise nobody will be there to welcome you. They leave the breakfast on a basket in your room on the night before. You have a coffee machine to serve yourself. The room is cleaned every morning and they change the towels. The heater works during the whole day but you may check if it is already on when you arrive, otherwise ask them to turn it on. We liked our stay on bed & bed cassia and we recommend it to young people with low budget/expectations.

es buen hotel para el precio que pagas esta bien ubicado de la estacion haces 20 min caminando nosotros no lo tomamos pero al parecer el camion 22 te deja enfrente, el dueno es buena persona, las camas son un poco incomodas y rechinan por cualquier movimiento que hagas, la ventana de nuestro cuarto no se podia cerarr asi que dos noches escuchamos lo de afuera y como si es transitada la calle pues te despierta el ruido a la tercer noche ya lo repararon y estubo mejor, nuestra reservacion fue con bano por que no todos los cuartos lo tienen, la limpieza esta bien, el desayuno son unos crosant en bolsa no es algo muy elaborado pero te sirve para el dia, si no tienes mucho presupuesto esta bien

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour visiter Florence. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, situé à proximité du centre ville et des principales attractions de Florence. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner léger, pour les gros mangeurs prévoir un petit plus. Café à toute heure de la journée. Propreté impeccable. Très bonne adresse.

i really like the place. good price good environment. feel like home. hv to call the hostel before arrival while i took 15 mins to umderstand how to use the public phone in the station. although it is not located in the center, it is still.convenient to go everywhere.

Para pasar las noches el hostal es muy bueno buena atencion solo hay un muchacho italiano que es medio grosero que te atiende un poco mal y el desayuno termina a las 8.30 que me parece muy temprano de resto todo bien

Consiglio a tutti che vuole spendere poco ed ottenere un buon servizio e comfort

Accommodatie okay. Ontvangst was voor verbetering vatbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede busverbinding met centraal station en bezienswaardigheden; is ook te lopen.

Bien qu'un peu de poussière au-dessus de l'amoire et des tableaux accrochés au mur, les chambres sont très bien tenues pour un guest house. Les chambres sont spatieuses et les espaces partagées sont égaleement bien tenus. U^n établissement de choix pour les petits budgets et qui vaut parfaitement les services d'hôtels 1 ou 2 voire 3 étoiles. Wi-fi gratuit, grand choix de chaines télé, hôtes accueillants et chaleureux. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner pourra paraître quelque peu léger pour les grands mangeurs.

Trés beau petit hotel dans florence.Il n'y a que 5 chambres.Bien situé,à 20 min à pied du centre de florence.Propre.le personnel sympathique.Petit bémol:mal insonorisé mais dans l'ensemble trés bien.

Good price, service, and clean room. The only one weakness is that you must give a call before arriving.

The room rate was really cheap. Don't go there on foot, take bus. Everything is fine but the house owner doesn't speak English.

For the price, the hotel is an ok place to stay in. If you are an early bird in need of a cheap place to sleep, the place is ok. The breakfast is a prepacked toast with jelly and a bottle of water placed in a box in the room that they refill every morning. The hotel is not sound proof and so every time anyone goes to the shared bathroom, or anyone walks in the corridor it is heard very well. We did not experience any noise during the night. The windows are sundproof, and the rooms have aircondition. The "hotel" is an appartement in a building remade with several rooms that they rent out. Some of the rooms have seperate bathrooms, but three of the rooms have a shared bathroom. All the rooms have individual sinks and cooking plates.The shared bathroom has a good standard and we did not have any hestitations using it. You get a piece of soap with the room, but there is no shampoo or showering products, so bring your own. The location is not far from the central station and from there the walk to the city senter is not that far, if you are used to walking. If you are a student or you are more concerned with seeing the city and just need a place to sleep this is a fine place to stay.

Bien situado, a poco más de 10 minutos de la estación de Santa María de Novella, y en una calle tranquila, sin ruido nocturno. Las habitaciones, al menos la mía, son suficientemente amplias (teniendo en cuenta que casi todo el día vas a estar fuera), las camas cómodas y, sobre todo, la limpieza es buena. Al llegar tienes que llamar por teléfono para que vengan a atenderte, y todo en italiano, pero no hay mucho problema en hacerse entender. Te ponen en la habitación todos los días algo para desayunar, muy ligero: un par de rebanadas de pan tostado, mermelada, un croissant, un mini brick de leche, y, además, café y té a discreción. En resumen, un sitio práctico y cómodo donde pasar las noches mientras visitas Florencia y sus alrededores a un precio razonable.
