Dan In'n Out - فيينا

Dan In'n Out is a B&B type small but convenient facility. It has 10 rooms all located on the 1st floor of an apartment. Don't let the entrance of the building discourage you, it's very clean and cosy once you enter the hotel door. Reception and other services are managed by university students taking turns, who are very kind and helpful. The receptionist leave early in the afternoon, but customers are given two keys to open the entrance and hotel door. Breakfast is served in the middle of the floor where all the rooms open to, and quite acceptable. There's a vending machine with water, soft drinks and beer -but beware, it is not re-stocked on holidays. Despite the cold weather, it was very well heated inside. Our room had double beds, quite spacious, had a good size bathroom, continuous hot water. The room was facing the street side but there was no traffic noise, maybe partly because the town was pretty empty during Easter. The hotel is at 5 min. walk to 'Bermuda triangle' with cafes, bars and restaurants with reasonable prices. There's a supermarket on the way, but closed on Sundays. The old city centre is also accessible by walking 25-30 min. Overall very nice experience, and I would certainly stay there again.

Room was very clean and great shower. About 10-15min walk to main square with restaurants and shopping. Not many nice looking restaurants close to hotel. Breakfast was ordinary, thought a toaster might be a good addition as there was so much bread on offer. Able to leave luggage on the last day which was very handy.

Inexpensive, perfect location, simple room, clean, good breakfast.

Centrally based, it was great for a bit of sightseeing and then only took a few minutes to get to the Vienna Centre for my work. The room is basic, but has a TV (with a DVD player). Clean bathroom too. My only negative comment would be that the room was too hot, and I couldn't find a way to turn the heating off. You can open the windows, but it gets quite noisy at night if you leave them open (there are a few bars on the same road). Excellent stay though, and for a great price - thoroughly recommended and I will definitely stay there again.

Low-key, budget hotel located on the 2nd floor of a non-descript building. Nothing fancy, but the price was right.

Positives: Great location in ring close to sights and public transport; tidy nice rooms; great value; good breakfast; friendly staff. Negatives: Noisy when bars let out at night if you leave your window open; not staffed after hours; building entry can be dark and creepy late at night. - I would recommend for more experienced travelers who don't need much handholding.

Really nice hotel, a little different to your average as its set within the first floor of a block which wasnt really obvious tofind from the street. Great service at reception, lovely big rooms and its set really near to all the sights!

This was one of the most frustrating of all the hotels I visited in Europe. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I learned upon getting there that the place completely closes at 4:30p or thereabouts, meaning it is not staffed and there is no reception to let new guests enter their rooms. Instead, the hotel e-mails you in advance and tells you to call a cell phone if you need to check in after hours. The next day, I spoke to the friendly reception during her very limited hours, and she said she tried to reach me--it just happened to be an e-mail address that I don't check very often. While I can acknowledge that it was my fault not to check that e-mail, what sort of hotel depends on e-mail to communicate something as critical as the entire place being closed and unstaffed in the evening? And WHY doesn't the hotel mention these strange hours in the description on Hotels.com? (It didn't at the time; hopefully they've fixed this mistake with my mentioning.) That said, the rooms themselves are very, very sparse. They are clean and reasonably sized, but the eating area is strange and windowless, and even though the place claims to be non smoking, one of the smoky offices fills the air throughout the common area. Yuck. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has experienced this problem, and it makes me wonder why such a place is legal in Vienna...if it genuinely is.

We enjoyed our two nights here. The breakfast was included with plenty of food and a bowl of fruit available all day long. The only downside for us was that there were no chairs in the room. The only place to sit in our room was on the beds. Please note that this hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day so be sure to make advance arrangements if you will be arriving at night.

Nice staff. The hotel is just 5-minute walking to the bus stop that goes from the airport to the city. About 20 minute walking to Stephansplatz but it's just 5 minute walking to a tram or subway station. The room was comfortable, with nice temperature, good space and the towels were warm. The main concern is that they don't have a 24-hour reception. It seems it goes from 7am to 3 pm during weekends and from 7am to 5pm the other days. So, it's necessary to informe a late check-in. My flight back home was Monday evening but since I was going to get the bus to the airport by 5pm, I could leave my luggage in a room after check-out. So, there was no problem for me, but those who are going to take a train or airplane later may need to find a place to leave the luggage.

Don't be put off by the outside as it seems a bit more like a hostel at first but the rooms are nice and the staff very friendly. It's basic but all you need. The only downside was my room faced the area where breakfast was served and it was quite noisy.

Dan in 'n out is really central, close to at least 3 subway stations (Stephansdom, Schwedenplatz and Herrengasse). It's so central that you can basically just walk to the Prater, to the Hofburg, to the Museumsquartier. And if you want to go back to your room to have a break and relax before visiting something else, you can. I found the breakfast really good (included in the price) and the staff very friendly. I appreciated that someone waited for me to arrive at 10:30 pm on my first day. It's IKEA furniture, so it's modern and practical and simple and not old and gloomy as in some old hotels. And the shower/bathroom are also modern and functional. OK, you can hear a bit when other guests are coming into their room or goint out. But we all have the same schedule, haven't we ? When people come back, it's just 5 min noise and then they are asleep. And you don't go to Vienna to sleep until 10 am. So I consider waking up at 8 am quite ok. Considering the price (almost half the regular price) and all the advantages, I clearly recommend it and I will certainly go back there ASAP.

I made a weekend trip to Vienna and was very lucky to find this place. The staff were friendly and helpful: they even took care of my bags while I walked around Vienna waiting for my room's previous inhabitants to check out. I was then texted when it was free and found my bags already moved to my room. The room is basic but clean and the tv had CNN and euronews channels. I had done an all nighter the previous day, flown from Poland and needed to get some sleep before the ball that evening, I was happy to realise that the hotel was quiet and my room (room 1 by the way) faced a cul de sac and so I had undisturbed sleep from both people and cars from 11.30 till my alarm clock going off at 19.30. Unfortunatley I missed both breakfasts but reception leaves some fruit out in the lobby as well as glasses to use. Importantly there is a SPAR and Hofer very nearby so you can buy water etc (not provided in the room) or from the reasonably priced vending machine in the hotel. The hotel itself is actually a floor in a building but that really doesn't matter, the street is safe and the hotel is very close to all the tourist spots and the Bermuda triangle (drinking area of Vienna), most importantly it is a minute walk from the Schwedenplatz airport shuttle, an invaluable thing to have close to ones hotel. However like I said the building and rooms are basic, so not a location for a romantic weekend. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with my stay.

I booked this hotel lastminute, as i changed my travel plans suddently. I didn't read (if this even is written) that the hotel (or hostel) didn't had a 24h reception, but the receptionist kindly called me to know when i was supposed to arrive, and she waited for me. The location is quite central, 15 minutes walk from St. Stephan dome and the City hall (where the xmas market is). The room itself (a single one) is just a room. The bed was really hard (but that is personal, i understand). I had a room next to the reception desk, and through the "windows" right on the door passes a lot of light (from the corridor). During the night the place is quiet, until someone enters the corridor and talk, since the room door is really thin, and is like having people IN the room. I would reccomend this place just for the location, but not for the room and services itself.

I guess stay in Innere Stadt, or in Vienna, is expensive. plus point: - strong, free wifi - breakfast choices is minimum but good. - quite close (about 3-5 min walk) to bus stop with bus direct link to airport. - About 6-10 min walk to U-Bahn (Metro) station. - About 6 min walk to convenience stall. Fast food, budget range restaurant. minus point; - level one (above ground floor): noisy at night if you open window. a few pub / bar just down the street

Good location. Reception opens till 4pm only. Basic amenities but adequate. Breastfast area is right outside the rooms. Direct airport bus station at Morzinplatz - 5 mins walk.

Handy location in the city centre also close to airport bus terminus. The hotel staff were very helpful beyond what could normally be expected. The room was clean and has comfortable beds.

The room looked nice but had very bad beds, easy standard!

Nätverket var gratis och fungerade utmärkt för mina behov. Jag ville skriva ut ut boardingpass för hemresan och då lämnade personalen en dator påslagen så jag kunde gör det själv närhelst jag ville. Det var en enkel och pragmatiskt lösning som räckte bra mig. Frukosten var av en enklare karaktär. Förväntar du dig en komplett hotellfrukost kommer du bli besviken. Är du som jag nöjd med kaffe och några smörgåsar kommer du tycka den är bra.

Местоположение на 5 Звукоизоляция на 2 Завтраки на 3 Чистота и приветливость персонала на 5 Поэтому в следующий раз поищем отель поближе к собору св стефана и будем надеятся что там будут лучше завтраки и звукоизоляция. Если бы не картонные стены, плохое стеклопакеты, и ну уж очень скромный если не сказать бедный или ни какой завтак, то это был бы очень хороший отель.

Hotellin sijainti oli hiljaisella alueella keskustan läheisyydessä. Vastaanotto ei ole auki kuin päivisin, joten asiakkaat saavat oman avaimen ulko-oveen. Huoneet ovat siistissä kunnossa ja melko uudet. Aamupala todella huono, mutta kuuluu hintaan, joten ei haitannut. Jos ei tarvitse palveluita, vaan haluaa toimia itse ja säästää rahaa, suosittelen tätä hotellia.

The location of Hotel is very easy from the Bus Stop from Airport. The final stop of the bus station is " Morzia Plats". From bus stop, just 3 minutes on foot. Every 30 minutes bus is running in between Bus stop & Airport. I recommend this hotel not only the location but also the price.

Premièrement on a eu du mal a le trouver car très discret...Ensuite bonne surprise avec la chambre spacieuse, sdb propre et grande. Bon petit déjeuner, seule bémole personne à l'accueil le soir ou le matin pour récupérer les cléfs par exemple ou demander un renseignement sur les environs de l'hotel. Sinon, dans l'ensemble, bon hotel que je conseil

Hauska perustason hotellintyyppinen, joka haukkuu ehdottomasti hintansa :) Lentokenttäbussi-, metro- ja ratikkapysäkit parinsadan metrin päässä. Todella siisti tilavahko modernisti sisustettu huone +kylppäri. Ilmainen nopea wifi. Ystävällinen palvelu! Aamukahvin kanssa tarjolla valikoima leipiä, juustoja ja leikkeleitä +murot, hillot ja jogurttia jne.. Kolme yötä viihdyttiin oikein hyvin ja jos vielä Wieniin suunnistetaan niin majapaikka on tämä :)

L'albergo e' molto semplice ma in una posizione molto buona a 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo Santo Stefano. La nostra camera non era piccola in compenso nel bagno c'era un lavandino largo piu' o meno 50 cm!!! La colazione e' ottima e le stoviglie molto pulite. Lo consiglio a persone senza troppe pretese. Zona molto tranquilla e la fermata della metro si trova a meno di 300 m.

Отсанавливались в этом отеле в августе 2012 года, остались довольны. Из плюсов: близко расположен по отношению к станции метро Шведенплатц и основным достопримечательностям Вены. Современный интерьер, довольно чисто. Из недостатков - плохая звукоизоляция - отель маленький, номера и холл, где подают завтрак, находятся на одном этаже. Утром, когда начинался завтрак, шумных гостей было очень хорошо слышно, что иногда мешало спать. Также нет большой вывески, искали сключительно по адресу. Советую заранее предупредить о времени вашего заезда, т.к. администраторы могут уйти раньше заявленного окончания времени работы ресепшн.

지하철역에서 매우 가까우며, 시설도 좋습니다. 최근에 리모델링을 한거 같더라구요. 근데 아침식사는 기대하지 마세요....

1) the rooms don't have air condition and at the end of June in Vienna the temperatures were very high... and it was impossible to sleep with the window open because the B&B is on a 1st floor and the steet is very noisy. They could at least put a fan in the bedrooms, it would help! 2) The breakfast area is in the hall which has all the doors to the bedrooms so in the morning you listen to the noise other people make during breakfast. It is not very quiet... 3) in general the structure was clean, modern and very very central. The breakfast was nothing special, but enough. Probably if we had gone there in a period with lower temperatures the major flaw of the B&B (no ar conditioning) would not have been a major problem. Overall, I reccomend this structure, but not in the summer!

kleines Etagenhotel im ersten Stock (Lift vorhanden). Das Einzelzimmer war wirklich klein, das Bad ist nur für schlanke Personen geeignet. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Rezeption nur tagsüber besetzt. Aufgrund der nahen Lokale (super Nachtleben!!) muss bei offenem Fenster mit Lärmaufkommen gerechnet werden; Fenster dichten Lärm aber sehr gut ab. Frühstücksangebot für Kurzaufenthalte ausreichend; POSITIV: Getränkeautomat im Frühstücks-/ Aufenthaltsraum. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt - vor allem beim Doppelzimmer!!

Personnel accueillant, hotel bien situé, près des bus et métro, chambres spacieuses et confortables, ensemble très propre, petit-déjeuner simple mais copieux.Seul bémol : le jour du départ, il faut prendre les bagages à 16h30 maxi et si le vol est tard dans la soirée, il faut prévoir.

Da sich das Hotel im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses befindet, ist die Ausstattung (Frühstücksraum, Reception) etwas klein, aber zweckmässig. Die Zimmer sind zum Gang hin etwas "ringhörig" (schallempfindlich), wir haben jedoch sehr gut geschlafen. Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ausreichend, die Lage optimal und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut!

Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber ein wenig abgewohnt und hellhörig. Die Lage ist ideal und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, wir werden das nächste Mal gern wieder kommen!

War für den Reisezweck O.K., Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage sehr gut!

Billigt i förhållande till läge. Svårt att hitta hotellet inga skyltar (hittas på gatadress). Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal. Frukosten lite tråkig men ok.

Anfangs sehr schwer zu finden, da Einbahnen und Baustellen, Hinweise wären sehr hilfreich für Auswärtige bereits im Bestätigungsschreiben, ebenso Parkmöglichkeiten. Personal an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer überraschend gross und sehr sauber, wenn Fenster geschlossen sind, absolut kein Lärm zu hören.Dusche sehr gut, kein Fön. Frühstück gut und ausreichend - Tische etwas spartanisch ( andere Tischtücher?) Lage einmalig! Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert.

ist eine sehr einfache - Ikea Style- Frühstückspension aber sauber, ruhig und mit einer tollen Lage im ersten Bezirk. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - wlan ist frei und auch schnell

Hôtel très agréable, simple, pas de fioritures superflues, moderne, pas loin du centre historique. Petit déjeuner un peu trop basique mais néanmoins correct.
