Hotel Bahia Chac Chi - جزيرة موخيريس

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was wonderful with every request I had (glasses of ice, phone calls, beach towels, golf cart rental, etc). Very convenient location - close to but not in busy downtown area, only one block south of the ferry dock, easy to catch a taxi from or walk to the downtown area. Very clean. Wonderful refreshing swimming pool.

Bahia Chaco Chi is a great hotel in all respects, except for the breakfast. Don't expect much because you won't get much. The cereal was great for kids or anyone who likes cocoa krispies and the fruit was half rotten. Other than that it was our stay was very nice.

My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Cancun and decided to take a day trip to Isla Mujeres. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our trip a few extra days and stayed at the Bahia Chac Chi. It was great! The room decorations were a little sparse, but it was modern and had everything we needed. Both the rooms and hotel were very clean, the front desk staff were always friendly and extremely helpful, and it's in a great location. It's surrounded by restaurants and shops and about a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful North Beach. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel itself was very good and a good price. The staff is quite good and very responsive to any requests. Luis was especially helpful. The bed was typical for Isla Mujeres, but not as hard as other hotels where we have stayed on the island. It would have been nice to be closer to the beach but the walk was good for us. The Social Justice co-op across the street was a great find, along with the street vendor (taco stand) adjacent to the restaurant.

When we first came over on the ferry from Cancun we were excited to see that this hotel was literally a 2 minute walk and very doable even with the luggage. The hotel didn't seem like anything great to start, but once we realized that it was a perfect location - that we could walk to all the happening areas and also the beach , but at the same time it was quite at night. The rooms were very clean and the wifi worked great. We also loved the lobby where we could hang out with our friends and meet others. The highlight, by far, of the hotel was Adaymar, who was amazingly accommodating and informative - we all absolutely loved him and he gave us many suggestions which made our trip to Isla - one that will likely be repeated, vs a one time event.

Clean and comfortable room and the personnel were also very helpful. Location close the to ferry terminal to Cancun. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredible! Always friendly and very helpful. Even when something was blown off of our balcony on to the street overnight, they had it at the front desk! The morning we were on an early ferry, before the breakfast time, there was a fresh pot of coffee and and offer of some simple breakfast items! Even if a staff's English wasn't great, and most of the staff knew perfect English, they were attentive and helpful at all times. I loved the open air front desk and bar/breakfast counter and hallways. I have already recommended this hotel to several travellers and will recommend it to everyone I talk to about Isla Mujeres. This was one of our best vacations.

Our stay in the hotel was excellent. You simply can't beat the bay view rooms. We talked with them about booking a tour for us to see Chichén Itzá, which they gladly did. They told us a van would pick us up on the other side of the ferry and drive us to the site, which is exactly what we wanted. We paid $100 USD and what we got was a van that brought us to a parking lot at Wet N Wild, where we waited for about an hour to board a bus. The bus brought us to Cenote for swimming (which we were not prepared for and didn't want to do anyway), then a horrible buffet lunch, and finally the ruins. We only had 2.5 hours in the ruins before they closed. We were, literally, running through the park just snapping photos as fast as we could. Even so, we missed a lot. The hotel told us it would be an 8 hour day; but, it was actually a 16 hour day and only 2.5 of those hours were at the ruins. When I told the hotel staff about that he said he had never heard of that complaint before. So, either this was not the standard procedure for the tour company they work with, or no one else has told them. Either way, it was a tour that I would not like to do again.

We have been to the island several times for day trips, but decided to do an overnight. The hotel is about 2 blocks from where the ferry docks. There are alot of options for food and drink as well as beaches within walking distance. We rented a golf cart and toured the island during the day (use the lock on your rented cart, ours was "used" by a local while we were at a beach bar), but walked the down town at night. We really liked the balcony on our 4th floor room. Great veiw! Only downside is the street noise until about 10pm. Good service, clean room, modern decor.

We were exceptionally pleased with our four-night stay at the Bahia Chac Chi. The location is excellent - walkable from the ferry station and overlooking the Bay. The accommodations were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We found the hotel to be well positioned for walking to the beach or various restaurants and it served as a great location for our group. We would highly recommend the Bahia Chac Chi and would definitely stay there again!

Fresh modern rooms. A/C, WiFi, great showers, balcony with ocean view, free light but good breakfast, free beach towels, small bar, clean inviting dip pool, friendly service.

This was the first stop on my husband and I's honeymoon in the Yucatan. We could not have been happier with the service, rooms, and location of the hotel. It is a three-minute walk to the ferry to Cancun, and also minutes away from the main downtown area and the beach. The hotel was beautiful, modern, kept very clean, and they provided us with a complimentary continental breakfast as well. They made a mistake with our reservation but were very apologetic and made it very easy on us to change rooms for the second night. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Isla Mujeres!

Adeymar at the main desk was extremely friendly and helpful even taught me some new Spanish phrases!!!

the hotel is faraway from the beach. while raining, take under consideration that your room would be flooded since there is nothing between your door and the outside rain... it was not a good experience for me...

The only thing that could be better is if it was located at the beach. Besides that, everything was perfect. Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice balcony, clean pool and most of all, friendly & helpful staff.

This hotel was nice and it was conviniently close to the Ferry dock but I kind of wish I had stayed in a hotel in a different location because the street was busy and loud and it was more relaxing on other parts of the island. Not that its a far walk to those places but it would have been nicer to stay closer to them.

I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are not keen on hotel amenities. As a beach lover, this place is ideal. Its location is amazing. Close to restaurants and beaches . For its rating and price, it is definitely worth it.

Convenient, clean and friendly. Close to everything, including ferry terminal. Cleanliness much appreciated after 5 nights in a sandy cabana in Tulum. Good for a short stay.

The hotel was nice but it was a hassle to travel by ferry to cancun

A modern little hotel close to the heart of the village, the ferry terminal and the sea-front, the location is ideal for the short-term visitor. The rooms were simple but clean and bright, the staff very friendly and helpful. If staying on the island for a period of longer than a couple of nights and looking for luxury accommodation, this hotel might not be your best bet; if looking for a moderately priced room close to the night life and good restaurants, Hotel Chac Chi is an ideal choice.

Hotel is located near the ferry terminal so it was convenient for our one night stay in Isla Mujeres. Room was clean and comfortable. Day shift front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Most of the others did not speak English. Internet service and breakfast were a bit of a letdown.

Bra läge nära båten till cancun. Trevligt och prisvärt hotell, dock med en kortare promenad till stranden. Rena och fina rum. Frukosten var inget underverk men tjänade sitt syfte.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fähranlegers. Es war nicht weit zu laufen. Wir konnten gleich einchecken und mit der Erkundung der Insel beginnen.Das Hotel ist sauber und der Service war vollkommen i.O. Von der Rezeption wurde uns gleich ein Caddy vermittelt und für 24h zur Verfügung gestellt, den muß man nartürlich bezahlen. Der Rezeptionist hat uns gut beraten, über die Sehenswürtigkeiten auf der Insel. Das Einzige was fehlte, war ein Kühlschrank. Aber bei einer Übernachtung überlebt man das.

Helt fantastiskt. Vi är supernöjda på alla sätt! Det enda som skulle kunna vara bättre är brödet vid frukosten.

Hotelli oli siisti ja moderni. Hyvä sijainti lähellä lauttasatamaa ja kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Huone oli iso ja sänky todella tilava. Parveke kannattaa pyytää merinäköalalla, sillä huoneesta oli mukava ihastella auringonlaskua. Plussaa mahdollisuudesta lainata rantapyyhkeitä!

The location was great. Aniema also helped as a lot. The room was ok but there was always a bad smell from the toilet

The room was very comfortable, and it's very close to harbor. Every staffs are really kind. You can reserve snorkeling and rent a golf car or motorcycle here. Anyway i satisfied everything

A pocos metros del muelle del ferry que conecta Isla Mujeres con Cancún se encuentra éste hotel cómodo, decoración minimalista y cerca de restaurantes, a corta distancia de playa norte, la mejor de la isla. El único detalle fué la mala limpieza del baño con olor desagradable y toallas con humedad.

Städningen var dålig, smutsigt golv och extremt smutsigt golv på balkongen, skor behövdes. Frukosten var ok, vanlig kontinental frukost, Bra beläget jättenära färjeläget. 5 min från stranden och centralgatan i byn. Pool i innergård = absolut ingen sol. Men stränderna på ön är väldigt fina. Karibisk atmosfär på ön.

Cet hôtel est bien situé par rapport au traversier et aux rues plus achalandées. L'endroit m'a semblé sécuritaire. Hôtel qui aurait du potentiel avec un peu plus d'entretien...peinture, ménage dans les couloirs et dans les chambres, literie et serviettes usées...Chambre par contre grande avec balcon donnant sur la mer. Belle vue...mais bruyant. Convenable sans plus.

L'hotel si trova in una zona centrale, molto comoda per chi arriva con il traghetto da Cancun. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Tuttavia l'hotel è un pò spartano, ed il rapporto qualità prezzo non è stato dei migliori. La nostra camera si trovava al terzo piano, ma l'ascensore era fuori servizio. E' stato difficile salire con le valigie su una scala peraltro molto stretta. Non vi era personale per avere un aiuto con i bagagli. La colazione viene servita in un piccolo bar con pochi tavoli, non sufficienti ad accoglierre tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel, ed il buffet è stato veramente misero.

hotel correct même si l'ascenseur était en panne et que nous avons dû monter les 4 étages à pied avec nos bagages . l'hôtel est situé sur la route principale , ce qui rend les chambres ce côté ci bruyantes. en revanche il est situé à 2 pas des restos et magasins juste assez éloigné, pour ne pas en subir les nuisances sonores . petit déjeuné moyen. personnels sympathiques, serviables et efficaces.

Das Hotel ist neu, nur etwa 200 m von der Anlegestelle der Fähre gelegen. Zum schönen Strand Playa del Norte sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Pool. Zum Frühsück gibt es Joghurt, Früchte, Saft, Cerials, Toast und Kaffee. Pries/ Leistung sind in Ordnung.
