RiverHouse Hotel - دﺑلن

This is a must stay place. A little hard to find at first but wonderful nonetheless. The bed is by far the most comfortable I had ever slept in.

The staff at the hotel are very strict about the number of people you are allowed to have in your room. They will not let you bring your key out of the hotel and you must check in and out at reception whenever you want to come and go. This was extremely annoying. Location was good, but I would not stay again due to their strict room policies.

A hotel with a perfect location for travellers on a budget. The hotel is a bit old. The rooms are small, small tv ect. Bathroom ok. There location of the hotel also leeds to a lot of noise at night, since it location is in the middle of the area Temple Bar. If you planning to enjoy the nightlife of dublin, or just want to stay in the middle of everything, the Riverhouse Hotel is you place :)

I've slept on a lot of hotel beds, this was by far the worst. Its like a single piece of cloth mounted on springs, I had to sleep on top of the blanket-sheet. In addition, it seems that the only place people hang out at night is right in front of this building, the nightclub downstairs is also quite loud. Be that as it may, for the price and location inside Temple Bar, I would stay here again. The service is very friendly and they do a good job cleaning and preparing the rooms. They include soap and shampoo. Note that although there is no WiFi you can pick up a few networks around the corner.

Hotel staff, especially both day and night receptionists were absolutely lovely. Location at Temple Bar is great, but if you want to go to bed before 3.30am, it's VERY loud, even week nights.

It was cheap in a handy location, people were nice, if you just want somewhere to crash when your drunk.

This place was very well located and made enjoying Dublin very easy. I was disappointed that there was not internet of any kind which was a hassle. It is fairly run down but fits with their 2 star rating. The shower was a challenge to get out of because to door opened into the shower to the point where a person of any size would not be able to open the door to get out or in. I am normal size and the door barely squeezed by me and touched me as I opened it...not the best feeling after a shower. If they added internet, I would stay here again. I really liked the staff and location. I use my computer a lot when traveling so I was running to the cafe to check in and that was a hassle.

it's a decent place to stay. i have lived in dublin for 6 years previously, and like to go back to see some friends once a while. so i only need a bed to stay for a night. this hotel suits this purpose well. the room is pretty basic, the duvet is a bit thin and i can't find the remote. the area is pretty nice, great spot if you enjoy a night out. not so great if you don't. as it is right in the middle of temple bar. in the weekends it could get a bit loud in the nights. there is a bar on the ground floor, the live music is very good there. i can also see THE "temple bar" from my third floor window.

A fine budget hotel in the heart of temple bar would be ideal for those on a stag/hen, not really for families

mysef and a friend came to visit ireland to experience some of its culture :) ..Im in my late 20's so was keen in enjoying some of the night life. In entering the hotel, we recieved such a warm welcome the lady on reception was extmely helpful and friendly. Later that evening we left to go out and again the gentleman that was working on reception also showed the same friendlyness and went out of his way to help and give guidance in order to ensure we had a good time. The hotel is based in the centre of temple bar and is local to all the lively clubs and bars ( within walking distance) I would recommend this hotel- cost efficent and well located

Pros: Friendly Staff Convenient Location Good food Cons: Bed was really uncomfortable (could feel every spring) Neighborhood is full of noisy bar patrons late into the evening, even during weeknights

vi nyder den venlige og effektive betjening på hotellet

Sikkert et flott hotel for de som vil feste hele natta. Å sove er nesten ikke mulig, selv med utdelte øreplugger. 2 barer/nattklubber rett utenfor døra sørger for musikkstøy og fulle folk som står ute og røyker og er høylytte til langt på natt. Men, som sagt. Dersom du er ute for å få deg en fest og gjerne henger ute til 3-4 på morgenen er dette absolutt det rette stedet. Temple Bar distriktet er en kjempestor fest på mange kvartaler og betjeningen på dette Hotellet var bra. Det var også frokosten. Den kostet imidlertid noen få euro.

Horrible¡¡ imposible dormir en toda la noche por el ruido del pub de abajo y durante la mañana por el ruido de los camiones sobre los adoquines del pavimento. Las siguientes noches cambie las reservas

In the middle of Temple Bar few minutes from Dublin city centre and bus from/to airport (Dame Street). A bit worn down but okay for a 2 * hotel, very friendly staff, decent breakfast. Very good value for the money. Would definately stay there again.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la sympathie et la qualité de l'accueil (le patron parle français) et le charme vieillot et trés "Irish" de l'hôtel ainsi que la situation centrale pour le touriste (sans enfants)- idéale pour faire la fête, dans les pubs et boites de nuit, pour visiter la ville et pour connaître les délices de l'âme irlandaise. Située tout à côté, une boite nuit considérablement au repos , jusqu'à 2h1/2 A M, . Je reviendrais...à quelques rues de là.

La vicinanza al centro è perfetta. Il personale disponibile. L'unico problema rimane il rumore notturno che è veramente insopportabile se avete la camera proprio sopra il pub. Vanno avanti fino alle tre di notte. O vi portate dei tappi o pregate il portiere di cambiarvi di stanza. In genere lo fanno se hanno posti liberi. Per trascorrere due o tre notti vicini al centro o al Trinity college è l'ideale.

Mitt i tempelbar distrikt så mycket ljud och musik till sent på nätterna. Ett billigt, lite slitet hotell. Mycket trevlig personal!
