Perfect pool for kids.

2/5 or 3/5 at the max the hotel is so far away from the town that is just difficult, the taxis cover 300BHT to get back that is very expensive and walking is a good 20 to 30 min with a huge clift, is just not convenient there are lots more in town and I bet much cheaper

Very Nice hotel. But withouth the awesome poolbar it would not have been as good :) Friendly people working there, though as in the rest of Phuket, not very good in english. The hill you have to climb to get up to the hotel can be hard for some, we took it as a nice exercise a couple of times, but usually took the hotel shuttle or a taxi.

I had a lovely 16day stay in this hotel. The weather was wet for the first four days, but once it fined up, it was time for the swimming pool (one of 3), and relaxing around the pool area. I found that the Hotel could do with several more computers available for the guests, that seemed to be a problem with only one computer, some guests were not considerate, and it caused some nastiness about the length of time they used the one and only computer. The lack of hot water was a problem in the begining of my stay, after enquiring with other guests, I found they had the same problem, so by complaining to reception, the problem was fixed. The buffet breakfast was delicious, ample food and a good variety every morning, the chef changed some of the menu to cater for everyone. The girls at reception were very friendly, especially Tara and Nickie. The young boys driving the shuttle into town were very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I would stay in this hotel again and thoroughly recommend it to my friends.

Baan Yuree is a lovely resort. The three level pool is beautiful with a swim up bar in the top level. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable with a balcony and nice furnishings, no problems at all. The buffet breakfast kept both my husband and I happy - no small feat as our tastes do vary in foods! It was a perfect mix of Thai and western selections, we had breakfast every day in the hotel. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and also delivers room service which is great if you have had a busy day out and just want a quiet night in, I prefer to eat out when on holidays and soak up the destination, however that is a personal preference and I must admit I did have the room service one night and was happy with the food quality. The facilities are great, the hotel is on top of a rather steep slope, however the resort offers a free shuttle service on the hour to Patong and back to the hotel so it is not an issue, plus there are plenty of tuk-tuks willing to drive you back for not very much at all. My hubby and I did brave walking the hill a few times, I would not recommend that when the sun Is still up as it is hot! But in the evening it is not a hard walk ( a good way to walk off your dinner!). Plus the fact that it is a 10 minute walk from the main Patong area means you are far enough away from the nightlife to sleep unlike many other places! There was also free wifi in the rooms which was just what you would expect, not lightening speed but perfectly adequate. The staff are very friendly however they do not all speak very good English, some are fluent but we did have a few instances where due to language barriers we could not understand each other, but I suppose that to be more my fault traveling to a foreign country and not picking up a few basics in their language to be perfectly honest, and the misunderstandings did not affect our stay dramatically. The only complaint I had was there were a few Mosquitos in the room which lead to bites throughout the night

If you have a car, the location is actually perfect. And driving around phuket is fantastic. Really love the pool bar and actually regret to live there at the first night, but after enjoying the pool side bar, and the surrounding (hill view), it's not a bad hotel to live in. Just that the bathroom is a little smaller compare to Sugar palm

It's true that it is a bit far than the beach and the nightlife but that's exactly what we wanted. We wanted a place where we can get away from the noise soon as we got tired of it. They do provide shuttles that go around the beach every 2 hours and towels for the beach. The service was spectacular. Specially the lady at the front desk for the afternoon shift. The only thing I noticed was towards the end, on our last night and on the day of check out, they were not as attentive anymore. Breakfast is served @6.30am but usually this is the time they actually start serving the food for the buffet table. So guests who have early tours can only eat a few slices of bread before heading off. The room and the pool were awesome. The hotel also offered set meals for lunch and dinner. If I come back to Patong I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel for the price. Very nice pool and rooms. Definitely the nicest place in its price range that we have stayed in Phuket. Only drawback is its location which is on a steep hill.

The hotel was basically clean except for around the pool where they tend to leave it .Every morning there are bottles rubbish dishes etc around the pool .There is no strict time for the pool to close so therefore certain nationalities tend to drink until all hours getting very loud and unruly .You like everyone to have a good time but the Thai people are relaxed and tend not to affend anyone by telling them not to get too drunk and loud . The breakfast room is lovely ,looking over the hills .The only real negative we found was that the resort is on top of a hill and the only way up is in their shuttle or if you are lucky a taxi or tuk tuk willing to go up the hill

Breakfast menu is almost the same every day, the hotel could improve it by having more variety. Free shuttle bus to Patong area is every 2 hours, if the hotel could make it every hour that would make it very convenient for the guests as the hotel is located on top of a steep hill. Hotel staff is very helpful. If you want to dine in instead of going out to eat, their restaurant menu has many authentic Thai dishes.

Hotel is nice, there was some spider webs in the corners of the room and dead flies in the lamps. Looked like the room was not lived in, in a long time. Everything else was just as expected, good bed, tv with some channels and mini bar. Shower was clean. You can order thai massage in the reception, then they show up at your room and have the massage there. Absolutely worth it and cheap. Free transport down to the beach and shopping areas each hour approx. The hotel is not located as close to the beach as they inform of here as we used 20 minutes to walk down to the beach from the hotel. Small shopping mall just 200 meters away with ATM machine.

We were surprised that the airport transport didn't deliver us to the hotel as it was on a steep hill. but the hotel staff came to pick us up from the foot of the hill. The hotel is quite neat and nice. Our room was excellent - but it had twin beds instead of the double i had asked for. when i told them this, they upgraded me to a deluxe room which was bigger, had a tub, a flat screen TV and of course - the double bed. And it was instant and seamless, for no extra money. I also had a medical emergency during my stay - the staff drove me to Phuket hospital in their limosuine, very carefully to ensure I wasn't in any extra pain - and back to the hotel. This was at 1 AM in the night - and they didn't charge me for the limo! The only complaint i had was that the water in the shower wasn't as hot as I'd have liked, but it was also because there was a cold monsoon storm going on. they have free wifi and a travel advisor in the hotel who will help book cruises around the islands, a much better alternative to the vultures around the streets of patong. there is also a free shuttle service to the heart of patong beach and to the local mall every hour. All in all, an excellent hotel.

The hotel was a little too far away from the main night life on Patong Beach, but that was probably it's attraction as well, since Patong beach can get a bit crazy. For the price, it was quite impressive - very nice pool with suntanning beds, quite a spacious clean room. And the one time we decided to eat in, the cafe food didn't disappoint as well. Altogether a very pleasant experience, though the frequency of the shuttle service to Bangla Street could be increased. Perhaps once every hour?

Hotel room was very clean, housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Spacious for a superior room, providing a sizable sofa and king size bed with a balcony overlooking the hills. Room service was fast and serving delicious cheap food, staffs were very friendly and helpful with your needs. Swimming pool was big and clean. Location however was a little remote located on a steep hill but hotel provides fast and timely transport, missing the every 2hrs transport they provide cheap alternative transport. Being rather remote provides quiet and relaxing time away from busy patong. Free HIGH speed internet. Breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient. Staffs don’t speak good English, but they try their best to understand and serve you.

It was ok but not as nice and paradiceful as we expect. Pool area is nice and the bar in the pool is fun. The location of the hotel is a bit bad because it is on top of the big hill the hill. Some taxidrivers won't even drive to the top. Hotels staff is friendly and the breakfast is great! Rooms are ok, showers are great, but bed is hard and we heard some greepy growling inside beds wooden struktures.

Wij zijn 16 dagen in dit hotel geweest en het is echt slecht! De foto's zijn prachtig maar de werkelijkheid is echt heeeeel anders. Als je bij het hotel aankomt ga je eerst langst de vuilnisbelt incl dode ratten! Je ligt heel heel hoog en ver van de straat we hebben brommers gehuurd anders kom je niet boven! We hadden een luxe kamer en zouden volgens de foto een bad krijgen nou dat was ook niet het geval ..... we hadden een ranzige douche naar een hoop geklaag en gedoe konden we naar een andere kamer met bad. Bank met scheuren vieze badkamer om de avond geen stroom of warm water. Het zwembad is ok maar in deze warmte 5 parasols voor al je gasten is wel heel weinig dus je hebt geen schaduw..... En dan het ontbijt ..... zoiets slechts heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt!!!!!!!!!! het is echt voor chinezen ..... elke dag dus ei met brood en dat 16 dagen , uieindelijk maar zelf naar de supermarkt geggaan voor een plakje kaas ect. We komen al 16 jaar in phuket en natuurlijk is de standaard anders als bij ons maar dit moet je echt niet doen. kijk dan eens bij deevana zelfde prijsklasse iets goedkoper en veeeeel beter. Dus boek dit niet alles wat op de site staat klopt niet! Hotel is oud, vies, en personeel is echt dom! Dit zijn we niet gewend van thailand.

酒店附近正在大興土木,沒有好的觀景, 酒店又在裝修中, 未到9點已經非常噪吵, 不能入睡,樓底又低, 感覺不好, shuttle bus 話有又無到, 等了半小時, 要自己付錢乘的士, 不過通知了大堂經理, 酒店退回的士費, 但就白白等了半小時,知道無就一早乘的士, 旅行的士費不是問題, 等才掃興. 總評語: 噪

Hotel à dimension humaine avec un personnel trés sympa, des nuits calmes et des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Piscine accueillante. Obligation de s'y rendre en véhicule de part la trés forte cote à grimper avant de rejoindre l'hotel (j'ai testé pour vous à pieds avec bagages !! réservé aux sportifs !) Supérette à 100m, plage à 1km et centre à 1,5km.

优点就是安静，空气好，服务不错； 缺点是酒店比较旧，跟国内的三星差不多，泳池不干净，地理位置在山上，路很陡，

Hotelli on kyllä upea altaineen ja näköaloineen, mutta sijainti on heikko. Jyrkän mäen päällä oleva hotelli alkoi jossain välissä ahdistaan kun kaupassa käyntikään ei onnistunut ilman, että sai tarpoa samaa ylämäkeä. Pikkasen liian kakana pa tongilta. mopo kyydit ei edes lähteneet yrittään mäen päälle ajoa vaan jätti loput käveltäväksi. aamiainen ei ole hintansa arvoinen ei sitten millään. Muuten hotelli on kyllä sisältä komea ja siisti. hyvällä tarjouksella suosittelen kohdetta.

Goed hotel, beetje weg van de drukte, maar toch in de buurt van het uitgaansleven. Goede scooters te huur, zodat je prima richting Karon of Kata Beach kan rijden voor mooiere en rustigere stranden. Kortom prima hotel!

早餐没有選擇，房大和清潔，wifi / 上網極慢，在山上，没車不方便，員工不多小酒店，但相對來講以這價錢，有車的話就是好的

GOOD: 1. The hotel looks like brand new 2. The rooms have lots of space 3. Good breakfast buffet 4. Free transport to to Patong from hour to hour (less 21:00 that was a pain to wait until 22:00 to return) 5. Good service 6. Location can also be good if you want a quiet place, away from Patong noise and party 7. Free wifi BAD: 1. Over a hill, can be good if a Tisunami comes... but every TukTuk will over chage you a LOT if you don't take hotel transport 2. Tour agency very overpriced, book the tours in one of the millions of sellers in the street, that you will get more options and better price. 3. on the bathroom there is a curtain in the shower that does not do the service, so the bathroom floor gets wet no matter what you do. 4. Maybe because of the problem above our bathroom didn't smell very good, too humidity I recommend the hotel, but I would ratter consider staying in Krabi instead of Patong... because is near all the boat tours and makes easier and cheaper...

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Ganske bratt bakke opp til hotellet, ca 250 meter. Ved foten av bakken ligger en døgnåpen butikk med de mest essensielle ting som øl, solkrem, mineralvann og mer. Hyggelige og service innstilte folk som jobber der. Verdt et besøk om man vil bo litt vekke fra alt livet i patong, men samtidig nærmt. Shuttle gikk inn til patong beach hver 2 time, men var ikke noe problem utenom for et gebyr på 150 baht, som tilsvarer ca 30 norske kr.

Bra hotel men med lite tasking läge. Ligger på en bergssida med en ordentlig backe upp, men speller ingen som helst roll om man väljer att hyra vespa eller använder sig av hotellets shuffle service. I det stora hela ett utmärkt hotell med lugnt närområde, dvs into en massa barre och skit runt hotellet.

Hotellet är generellt bra, trevlig personal, stora rum, de övre våningarna på hotellet är bäst att bo på, bra pool, gratis transfer in och åter från centrum.

Een uitstekend hotel, nog maar vier maanden open maar wel volledig ingericht op de gasten. Ruim buiten de plaats Patong (half uur lopen) maar de shuttle service vergoed veel. Het voordeel is wel dat je 's avonds geen last van het uitgaanspubliek hebt. Je kunt genieten van de rust bij het grote zwembad van het hotel, of de drukte opzoeken van het strand. Grote en ruime kamers met een goed uitzicht.
