This is a Hotel room you will be really comfortable. Very well designed room, Super nice bed. I didn't want to go to work, i wanted to stay in bed. Very nice breakfast, expensive though. They have a club in the 28th floor. Great view and atmosphere. I would go back there any day

Only spending 1 night in HK I will say that this hotel is close to everything shopping, eating and all the comforts on expects from an international city. With its central location new and unfamiliar travelers you can get around with ease with it's close proximety to everything you might need. The staff was very helpful and willing to aid in any endevours you wished to embark on. The restaurant inside the hotel had very good food for those looking to stay close. The gym also had amazing views of the city which helps exempliphy the city's emmense beauty. If u like luxury and proximety is key then The Crowne Plaza is your next stay when in HK. New and without compromise this hotel is a winner by anyone's standard.

Hotel room design and nice touches like a loaner mobile phone and extra adapter plug were very nice. Only 2 complaints: 1. Excessive charge for internet service (wi-fi) in room 2. TV --NO BBC? No station with escapist tv shows. But NO BBC? Yes, they had CNN, Austrailian TV and Russia Today, other countries, but when you are traveling internationally, you expect at least to see BBC in your hotel room---very odd.

Small lobby and wrong idea of placing the club lounge on first floor with access to public. No exclusivity. Club room was great especially with the free local mobile phone. Great beddings for club room but given wrong info about availability of rooms with race course view. Request for late checkout at 4pm because of a 8pm flight was rejected. Wish they could provide greater service in future. Paid a 5 star price but getting only 4 star service. Will go for pacific place area hotels next time.

It states on hotels.com that this hotel has harbour view rooms and that a reqest would be put in for us to have one. It does not even have any harbour view rooms!!!!!! Very disappointing! Please get all facts straight before putting info on your websight. That being said, it was a lovely hotel with excellent service.

Overall an outstanding hotel in terms of service and quality. The gym an pool met our expectationsThe position of the hotel in causeway bay was just what we were looking for

We stayed here for 8 days and i must say it is a wonderful hotel. The staff are excellent and cant do enough for you, the location is convienient, close to Causeway bay station, and the rooftop bar is wonderful, although, i am not sure that the pool being so close to the bar on the 28th floor is the best spot, but it looks great. The only downside is that the extras at this hotel are very expensive. A cocktail is £10 and a pint of lager £6.50. Room service is extortionate, two burgers and a dessert £50!!!! We wanted to spend more time in the roof top bar, but couldnt afford it which is a shame as it is so lovely with great views. I would recommend this hotel to friends but only if they have a few quid to spend!

Well-appointed rooms with views of the jockey club. Provision of Hong Kong mobile phone and print concierge service a plus! Polite and well-mannered staff.

The hotel is great for business and sightseer purposes. The hotel provides a safe environment, two lounge/bar venues for the very young, hip-hop, pool dwellers, as well as for the mature couch dwelling, conversation seekers. The restaurant offers a vaiety of buffet and ala carte selections--the service is first rate and the food is fantastic. If you wish to venture away from the property, do your research prior to your stay. The staff is inclined to "sell" what the hotel has to offer, rather than give advice as to options near or near-enough to the location. Be sure to have the hotel contact information on a card (in Chinese and English) to give to local cab drivers. Just enjoy yourself and be aware that the staff is first rate--very capable. Be sure to tell them exactly what you want (if you know what you want) with regard to normal hotel services in this class. I rate the hotel a 4-star+

These were the main reasons my wife booked Crowne Plaza. Since it is new, it is also very clean. The room was really big with a big space between the bed and the LCD TV. There is a chair with leg rest and a working table. Good air conditioning control . The toilet is big with separate bath tub and shower. Bed and pillow not very comfortable. The hotel is near Time Square and small food shops. There is a swimming pool at the 28th floor. Buses, trams, taxis and MTR are easily accesible. The disappointments - you have to pay for wifi in the room; we left our room 930 in morning and it is not yet made up when we return 330PM; my wife and I were awakened at 330 in the morning by an ringing alarm - we opened our door to take a look several times but nobody in the 7th floor were out just like us and as if nothing happened; I called up service center and I was told it was a false alarm? Huh? Morning came and I reported to the front desk and I was told there was some problem(?) in the 5th floor and all the floors nearby were alarmed. Maybe a written communication from the manager would help explain what really happened. Nevertheless, I would still come back to Crowne Plaza because the size and cleanliness of the room really makes you comfortable.

Pour la qualité de cet hôtel, je trouve décevant de devoir payer la connection internet dans la chambre. je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel, juste pour cette raison, c'est désabréable

The room & bathroom are very clean. I had stayed in many hotels in HK; Sheraton, Langham, Intercontinental, W, Nikko, Luxe Manor, Mira, Hotel Icon, Lan Kwai Fong, Marco Polo etc. Crowne Plaza is the only one has sitting terrace in the shower room, very very thoughtful.

住的面向马场的山景房，在1.5K左右一晚的酒店中算是性价比较高的了。房间很大，浴室玻璃透明，浴缸也很大，房间还自备iphone\ipad充电器。 离铜锣湾最旺的地方步行5分钟，非常方便。 此酒店还有一个我从未见过的特色服务，就是每个房间都提供一个免费的移动电话（类似小灵通），出去逛街的时候可以直接拨打房间电话，很赞。 前台服务倒是一般，门童不会主动帮忙拿行李的。

房間設備新穎齊全、床舖溫暖舒適、環境潔淨有設計感、交通便利離時代廣場地鐵站步行只要三分鐘，唯一要挑剔的就是櫃台人員弄錯我們的床數讓我們等待許久，差點要多付錢，而且態度不是很友善。建議大家若是在本網站訂房加床，一定要自行再與飯店聯絡確認，他們之間的資訊系統設計似乎有些疏漏。

建物が新しいこと、銅鑼湾という立地で予約しました。チェックイン時にアップグレイドしないか？とフロントでセールスされ、なんとなくアップグレイドしてみました。 ツイン利用です。アップグレイドしたためかお部屋はコーナーでした。競馬場も見えました。 明るさ広さ水周り、良いです。バスルームは日本式でした。（アップグレイドしなかった同行者はバスタブとシャワーブースが別で、ベッド側からバスルームがガラス張りだったそうです。 部屋にいても静かでした。 時代広場から歩いてすぐです。 ホテル前からハッピーバレー行きのトラムに乗車できます。 ホテル前の道路は一方通行ではないので、どこに移動するのも楽です。横断歩道もあります。 タクシーでホテルに向かうときは、面している道路の名前（レイトンロード）と伝えることをおすすめします。 広さは充分ですが、ルームサービスを利用するにはちょっと狭いです。サイドテーブルも無いに等しいし。 ・ベッド：幅がもう少しあるといいかな。 ・枕：2つありますが、同じタイプ（しっかり目）なので、私には高さがありすぎました。 ・コンフォーター：ふかふかで良い厚さです。 ・空調：20度設定でした。快適です。 ・バスルーム：使いやすいです。難点は浴槽の排水に時間がかかること。 ・タオル：ハンドタオルが2枚しか置いていないので4枚置いて欲しい。電話するのが面倒だから。 ・ドライヤー：パナソニックでしたので使いやすいです。 ・洗面台にはフリーのお水がおいてあります。 ・ウェルカムフルーツがありました。 ・タンブラー、ワイングラス、カップと食器が充実しています。 ・テレビリモコンの反応が遅いです。 ・iPodドックがありますが、友人のnanoは利用できず、 classicは問題なく利用できました。 ・窓は大きめです。 ・クローゼットも広めです。 この価格でしたら大満足です。 ホテルとしてもっと上のサービスを求める時は、1泊3万円以上のところを予約します。

really cool smaller hotel in Hong Kong. Good value. However, the room was kind of smelly

5月半ば、４日間、デラックスルームに滞在しました。 立地は、地下鉄、トラム、タクシーと、どの交通機関を使うにも、とても便利な位置にありました。 そのわりに、道路の音が気になるなどの「騒音」は感じません。ロビーは、シンプル。 他の空間デザインからは、「ちょっと、さっぱりしすぎ？」と思えるぐらい（笑）。 部屋の大きさは、快適に過ごせる丁度良い感じ。 バスタブも大きくて快適。 バスタブとは別のシャワールームには腰がかけられるようにになっていて、体を洗うのに便利でした。 湯圧がホテルらしくなく、家庭用くらいなのにも、親しみを感じました。 アメニティ、ＢＡＲ、文具などの備品？は、必要な物がそろっていました。テレビは、薄型ＴＶ。壁にはめ込んであります。ＡＶプラグなどのピンコードなどは、ＴＶ横の壁に取り付けあり、使いやすい。ベットに腰掛けると、天井にスピーカーが埋め込まれていて、そこそこのサラウンド音。ベッドの固さは柔らかすぎない。枕は、高すぎた為（普段から低目が好み）、バスタオルを丸めて使用していると、ベットメイキングの際、新しいバスタオルを毎回ベットの置いておいてくれました。遮光カーテンも完璧で、陽が昇っても気付かないくらい（笑）。照明も、ベット周りと、バスルームの一部をうっすらと照らすことが出来、まっ暗に後でも、部屋の中を歩け、寝るのに支障のない絶妙さ。 一日だけ、朝食ビッフェをいただきましたが、品数も豊富で、味も良かったです。 ホテル従業員のほとんどが、笑顔で接客してくれるのも、香港では、新しい気がしました（笑）。
