الغرفة ضيقة جداً ...حيث كان من المستحيل التجول في أرجاء الغرفة....استغرق مكيف الهواء وقتاً طويلاً لتبريد غرفة صغيرة كهذه!

الغرف صغيرة ( من المحتمل أنهم يحددون حجم الغرفة بحسب حجم السرير) . أيضاً طاقم الفندق ليسوا مهذبين جداً. موقع الفندق جيد وعلى مسافة قريبة جداً من محطة MRT . أيضاً، الطعام الهندي متوفر بالقرب من الفندق. عدا عن ذلك، لا يوجد أي سبب للإقامة في هذا الفندق. ربما يستطيع الشخص أن يبحث عن فنادق أخرى في نفس المنطقة.

The worst place to visit ..... I am so disappointed with the service .... My embarrassment is they don't have my reservation at all ..... I have wait for 25 minutes then I got a room ..... My second disappointment is when I make a reservation thru Hotel.com I request for queen bed but I was given 2 separate bed .... I ask for a change but they said they will change it for me tomorrow if possible but they never arrange one. There is no towel or amenities ..... I have o ak and then they send 1 instead of 2 but only after 45 minutes later. No friendly staff ..... I was so disappointed that I left a day earlier and decide to check in to another hotel ..... I am a hotelier myself .... I will never come to that hotel again ..... I have wrote a letter to the GM ..... Hopefully e receive and reply to me ......

Long line at the reception as there was only one person. The shower door does not closed properly as the water goes outside and remain on the floor as the level was not proper. Breakfast was OK.

Good location,near the lrt.

Actually the hotel is quite good and we felt comfortable. But there is not easy to find, so I suggest to add more institution for visitors.

Rooms are small and you can hear the noise feom the other room.service not acceptable. I pity the security guard as they are lack if staff then the security works as doorman, Maintenance and room service. The place is not a hotel, it's like a motel. The hotel is located in a busy place and people around are scary.

The only reason I picked this hotel was that it was relatively cheap and had free internet in the rooms. Big mistake, out of three days the internet worked for max three hours and no response from the staff. The room smelled and the location was horrible.

It is located near to a centralised Masjid Jamek station. However it is not recommended if you are carrying large luggage as there are a few staircases from the station to the hotel.

WE DID NOT END UP STAYING THERE AS THE ROOM WAS OLD ,MOULD AND TILES OFF THE BATHROOM, THE BED LINEN WAS DIRTY, YOU COULD NOT FIT TWO CASES ON THE FLOOR AS THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO ROOM TO WALK, THERE WAS NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM SO YOU FELT LIKE YOU WERE IN JAIL, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RATHER RUDE AND KEEP TELLING US TO SIT DOWN, BUT PROCEEDED TO SERVE THE ARAB'S AND INDIANS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE CITIN AT ALL

I've stayed 3 times at this hotel as it's a good price in a good location. It's a budget hotel, but a good one. In the past my only complaint was that the check in was super slow. However this time it was very quick and the hotel staff were very friendly, so they seemed to have improve on that which was appreciated.

The hotel was not the best of my trip. First of all, it is really difficult to get to, especially with large luggage. It is in the middle of Little India's bazaar. The room that I booked on this site said that I was getting a room with a view, but I received a room with no windows. The room itself is kind of old and I questioned the cleanliness. I also used some of the services like laundry and the front desk. Both were not very helpful. Laundry was advertised to take 12 hours, but it was 2 days before I received it back, and it was pricey. The front desk was also not helpful in giving basic directions, leading me to a post office kilometers away. The one redeeming quality of the hotel is its location, very close to Freedom Square and an LRT station with two lines.

Only stay here if you don't want a good night's sleep. There is a mosque right next door with VERY LOUD speakers. Breakfast also very basic & horrible arrangements. Like a madhouse!!

overall stay was excellent. the only downside was WI-FI was acting up at our room, had to use the lobby WI-FI. also, our request for additional bed which was also paid for earlier was catered to during the night.

strategic for shopping nearby.

The room was clean and services was also good. I was surprise that the hotel amanagement allows us to leave luggage at hotel for free although we have checked out. Everything was almost perrfect. However, vehicles cannot stop directly infront of lobby, you have to walk from the back to get the main entrance.

I've stayed twice in this hotel and I will probably stay again because the location is right for me, it's clean, simple and the price is what I am looking for. My only complaint is that the computer system they seem to use to check you in takes about 15 minutes per person. This has been the case both times, and the second time there were a few people waiting in front of me and it took over an hour to check in. Very painful, seems to be the computer, and something they really need to improve. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

For the budget conscious this hotel can't be beaten. It's a few minutes from RapidKL station and the Central Market, and the room is spacious but a little basic with the amenities - in-room wifi wasn't working during our stay. Now the not so good - our taxi driver had trouble finding it, mostly due to the fact that the front entrance is hidden behind a row of market stalls. Once found we were confronted with a flight of stairs which made it difficult especially if one has plenty of luggage. However the security guard was kind enough to lend a hand to bring luggage up and down the stairs. One could appreciate the cultural diversity of Malaysia with the variety of shops, markets and mosques surrounding the hotel. The broadcasting of the chant at 6AM from a nearby mosque makes it an interesting experience.

Easy hotel to find when you have just arrived in Kuala Lumpur. Service was great, and even Security guards on the doors at all times. Room was small and had no window, but was clean. Walls were very thin. Was great that breakfast was included in the deal, but not very nice food.

Good, clean, efficiently-run hotel room. Well-organized room, strong shower, firm bed, working wi-fi. Small room but very serviceable for 1 person (would be cramped for 2). A few minor oddities like a door stop placed directly in front of the closet, non-working in-room safe. Fast check-in & check-out. Great location near Masjid Jamek LRT and many restaurants and shops.

Excellent! I felt the spirit of Malaysia! Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Near the subway stop, markets, museums (free!), parks, fountains, beautiful buildings, a football field. The hotel has very helpful staff. I liked the breakfast. On the first floor tour desk. The hotel is located in the market. You will see not only tourist destinations, but also learn something about Malaysians.

My wife and I stayed here over the New Year weekend. The hotel room was poorly maintained and housekeeping service was sub-standard. The toilet was not properly cleaned and had feces stains underneath the toilet seat.

Although we booked 1 month earlier, we have to wait so long to get a room in advance day. And not only we have to wait and also a lot of guests are waiting and queing with a high temper. Moreover, cannot supply full facilities as request.

Not bad for budget seekers

the hotel was okay the room was comfortable but hard to access the entrance and not wheelchair friendly at all. the room has great visual satisfying factor but when we checked in there was quite a few things not ready and took us quite some time to get them too... but the hotel was only 2 mins walk from the masjid jamek lrt station and the area have great deals and food access

the hotel is great for the money, but i would not stay there next time, the walls are paper thin and the building next to it is a mosque, needless to say that we got very little sleep.

Certainly not the cleanest hotel, but everything you need for a night or two. Staff is also extremely helpful and will work with you to fix any problems you might face. Not luxurious to say the least, but given the price and location, it's a great value.

Overall nice hotel in a strategic location just beside Maskid Jamek station. However the entrance of hotel is always blocked by night market stalls. We also saw one or two baby croackcroach but other than that, the bathroom is very clean and nice.

As most of the reports I read have stated the hotel is quite convenient for public transport and sightseeing however the hawker stalls do impede access to the hotel from 10am to 10pm. The staff were friendly and helpful but I was disappointed that my room did not have a window or tea and coffee facilities. They did provide chilled water in a large bottle outside the lift shaft but not in your room. The room was average size and a bit cramped for two people but was immaculately clean and serviced. Food in the coffee shop did look good but I did not try it as I had food appointments with friends.All in all quite acceptable.

The hotel has been very convenient for me. The place is fine. I thought that it would be noisy in the morning because of the mosquee nearby but I did not hear anything. The staff is very helpfull. Nothing bad to say!

Hotel was pretty central for the city near to the train station and only 3 stops away from the KLCC. Clean inside only draw back it had no window but that wasn't a problem for me. So maybe best to check before you book if you don't like the idea of that.
