Great stay other than being asked to pay (twice) for breakfast when it was included in the rate!

Always loved this Hilton. Excellent location, close to all the shops etc, breakfast fab.. looking forward to my next visit.

The Liverpoool Hilton is literally within rock-throwing distance of Albert docks, Liverpool One shopping centre, Jamie Carraghers cafe bar and bus station. It is convenient in the extremee, and only a 10minute walk from Lime Street if you're coming from outside Liverpool. Like other hotels in the chain, it is well appointed with spacious and clean rooms and good service. I wouldn't by any means say it was the best hotel I've stayed in at this price range, but it was very good nevertheless and I would happily visit again. Hotel does not offer free wifi (available at surcharge) which still surprises me with modern hotels given the relative cost. We also didn't opt to have any meals here - although that had more to do with our busy itinerary as we had lots of people to catch up with in the two days we spent in Liverpool. Overall extreme convenience and high standards make this a worthwhile stay, but if you're looking for supreme luxury or individual character then you may want to have a look around.

Lovely hotel, very well furbished and modern. Great location for shopping, 2 mins to Liverpool One. Room wasn't available until 3pm which was quite late in the day and the other downside was that for lunch in the bar all tables but one reserved and seemed to be from non hotel guests. Would stay again

Fantastic location, shops on your door step. My husband & I stayed there feb 2012. Rooms are spotless & very comfortable, staff extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast with great choice for all, e.g fruit, cereal, juices all sorts of breads & hot English breakfast. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Liverpool.

Excellent Hotel, impeccable standards situated in an ideal location for all your needs.

Stayed for one night. Everything highly satisfactory. Staff very warm and efficient and seemed to really want you to have an enjoyable stay, even the very nice lady serving fried eggs at breakfast. Try it, we had a good time.

an amazing location for mega shopping. just drop your bags off and just around the corner to liverpool one. excellent

I recently stayed in this hotel for a lfc match. The hotel is perfected located in Liverpool one and is ideal for anyone staying in Liverpool and favour a city centre location. The hotel is perfectly located for those looking for some retail therapy! We ate in the nearby Jamie Oliver restaurant which was excellent. All in all great hotel choice guaranteed.

I am from liverpool but live away, I returned and booked the Hilton as I've stayed in many around the world, service was slow. Room was so hot and nothing was done about it. Location was great however

Hotel was good, with good security, you have to insert your room key to activate the lift. Just don't have breakfast - its absolutely dire! Cooked breakfast was dried up & very very old! Good range of cereals however & fruit etc. Great location too... Room was ok but stuffy as all the windows are sealed..

Great stay. Water in room too expensive-ridiculous price.

My self and my partner stayed at the hilton it was a nice hotel and good location as you are in liverpool town its self. i was a little disapointed when i got my first room as i went in i could smell damp and the carpet was raising i asked receptionist if i could get another room as this was a special accassion for my boyfriend she asked if i wanted some airfresheners to cover the smell i was not happy doing this so i asked her to find me another room she kindly did, when i got to the second room i went to use th iron board and it was broken tried to call reception to also fix the tv but there was no answer i would reccomend this place but if you are paying a high price make sure you are happy with the rooms.

Great value for the price we paid, right beside Liverpool One, definitely recommend it!

STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE TIME TO CHAT WITH US. VERY GOOD CHOICE ON BREAKFAST MENU, FOOD WAS GOOD. ENTERTAINMENT IN BAR NOT FOR ME MAYBE FOR 45+, BAR A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. WOULD STAY AGAIN

The cleanness of the room was not good at all. The minibar area was really dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Excellent Hotel.Good location.Staff very good.Only slight downside was car park not on site so slight hassel to get luggage back and forth. It was a busy Bank Holiday w/end (Beatles week) but everything was great.

myself and my partner stead at this hotel for a weekend. the location was brilliant as all bus services were on the door step of the hotel. Liverpool one was around the corner and there was a good selection of bars and restaurants in walking distance. I would go back to this hotel any time.

Couldnt fault our stay at the Hilton. We booked for one night as we were going to the theatre which was a ten min walk away. The hotel was ideally located for all we wanted to do in liverpool. On arriving at reception we were very pleasantly greeted by the staff who just couldnt do enough for us, they rang the restaurant we wanted to dine in that evening and booked our table. Nothing was too much for the mand they smiled all the time. Breakfast was amazing and once again the staff were fantastic.I have to add that the staff to me genuinely enjoyed their job and didnt feel that the customer service was false in any way. The room was excellent, very modern clean and spacious. Thankyou hilton for a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel and location. Access to the Albert Docks and Liverpool 1 and the main city area is within a couple of minutes walk. Adjacent parking with hotel discount, so ask for this on check out. My room smelt heavily of smoke, which was a suprise for a non smoking room (my only complaint) but the rest of the hotel, staff and breakfast! was excellent and would stay there againg in the future.

We booked this hotel for a business trip and were really pleased with the location. The only thing I would say wasnt great was that the hotel parking was a short walk away and wasnt signposted so well. Also the lift is operated with your hotel room keycard which wasnt explained to us so remember and ask how this works. However the shopping centre is right next to hotel and there are so many lovely restaurants across at the dock. There is a cinema next to the hotel also so loads to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

The hotel was well located for what I had to do, the parking was easy and convenient. The front of house staff, were pleasant and professional at all times, that I interacted with them. The room was of a basic functionary standard, but was let down by a stain in the carpet in plain view, the iron and ironing board were as much use as a chocolate fire guard (useless). And when we went down to breakfast the next morning, I found it to be no better than cookhouse slops. Too much food had be prepared ahead of requirement and left out far too long, thus going soggy I also found the food to be extremely greasy. The pastries were also put out in bulk and I found to be almost stale in fact the only good thing I found about breakfast was the orange juice. In my view the hotel does not deserve a 4* rating.

This was our first visit to Liverpool, we had a lovely time. We were really impressed with the hotel & the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton, staff where very friendly, the room was clean, the food was good and the hotel generally very well presented. The only down side was the parking as it is in the Liverpool 1 underground car park which is a nightmare...so would recommend paying the extra and have the car valeted. Our room didn't have the best of views (overlooking the police station!! But we could still see the Albert dock and the cathederal to either side. Other than that we had a very enjoyable experience.

Could not have been better...fantastic hotel, friendly service, great room, dealt with my one request on booking when we got there without having to be asked. Very friendly and professional and amazing location practically in Liverpool One and opposite Albert Docks. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, right on the door step for shopping, bars, restaurants and Albert Dock, very clean modern room, lovely bathroom, staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

This is a modern, clean and well designed hotel. The room are spacious, the bathroom up-to-date and the bed very large and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and there are always plenty on duty. It has a great location right next to the new Liverpool-one shopping/restaurant complex and overlooking the docks. The only downside is that the parking was extremely difficult to find. I strongly recommend you find out how to access it before you go especially if you have never been to Liverpool before.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely room, excellent breakfast, great location cant wait to go back and would definitely stay at the Hilton again!

My Children and I had a great stay at the Hilton Liverpool we were greeted by friendly staff on all occasions and they did everything they could to help us.We were allocated great rooms with brilliant views and the beds were comfy and the rooms quiet.Thank You, it was a good way for us to see Liverpool at its best!

Excellent hotel, convenient for amenities, we were able to walk from the rail station to the hotel. The bus station and taxi rank were near by. Close to many popular tourist attractions, a stone`s throw from Albert Dock. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again.

Stayed in a king size bedded room. Very clean, lovely big bed and lots of pillows which I like. Breakfast also very good, highly recommended.

Found this hotel very suitable to our needs and better still the rate was very good for 3 nights. The only problem being that my room was not properly serviced ie no bathroom replacements, milk/tea replacements, bed was not made on the 18th June had to bring this to the attention of house keeping, however, overall I found the staff, quality of food and location very good

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton liverpool. It Is right next to the new liverpool one shopping centre which has loads of restaurants and bars. Room was great and breakfast was good

Hotel great Explanation from parking attendant on how to get to car park was not clear (I asked to have car parked at the front and was told I could not do this but later on when the rest of the party arrived they were all able to get their cars parked for them) If I had been told it was the car park at Liverpool one I would have known what I was doing instead of driving up and down looking for a car park that did not exist.

One word only EXCELLENT

Great location, friendly staff, and good food! Bank holiday weekend with two big parties for a wedding and a birthday meant very busy breakfast time. Staff coped well with the queue of guests and had refreshments available for those waiting. Would definitely stay here again.

Don't stay anywhere else in Liverpool.This hotel ticks all the boxes.Its adjacent to the Albert Dock,Liverpool One shopping and the Echo arena.Bedroom was spacious,clean and had an enjoyable view of the park with all added extras you might expect from a Hilton hotel-mini bar etc..The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming which for me is a big part of hotel customer care.Breakfast was hot and plentiful again restaurant staff were very pleasant.I look forward to staying there again

an exelent location in the middle of everything you go to liverpool for and a very high standard,faultless in every way.

Hotel very clean, bedrooms lovely. the staff very helpful, the only problem I had with them, was that they were a bit too eager to clear away breakfast plates etc, felt as if you could not relax, as they coming around all the time. It might have been because they were busy, but!! Saturday night there wasa party till 2, the music was very loud and the singing you could hear every word. The hotel was very convenient for shopping. Would return to this hotel if ever in Liverpool again.
