The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again.

The room was fantastic. It was very roomy and has all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast was very good especially the abundant fresh fruit each morning (we stayed 3 days). The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was wonderful!

I got the executive suite (two double beds). The room was very clean. The staff... slightly helpful. On weekday nights, there is only one person at the desk so there isn't a lot they can help with. My room key kept weirdly deactivating every few hours I kept having to run back and fourth to the desk. Housekeeping was fine however, very helpful. All of the staff was friendly. The pool was kind of small, but ranged from 3ft to 5ft deep. Near the pool guests were allowed to use the grill, which we used twice so that was fun. Fitness center was pretty nice, small tvs were built into equipment. The social hour (Monday - Thursday), compliments of the hotel, was wonderful. The food was appetizing and varied from day to day. The bathroom had a very roomy shower with lots of storage space for shower things. In the bathroom was the closet which was a little weird to me, but that made the bathroom a nice size. The bathroom doors looked like "french doors" and had about less than half an inch gap between them. It was possible to see into the bathroom from the sleeping area. The bathroom doors also did not lock. Beds were comfortable. The room had a dvd player, fold-out couch, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, and desk. The hotel also has an onsite laundry room. The hotel is close to a plaza which had nearly everything you might need/want.

This hotel is the best...very clean and beautiful rooms. The staff is very friendly, helpful and outgoing. I am very satisfied with Hyatt House...I give them a 10 out of 10.

Great location: close to airport, shopping, beaches. Great service: nice breakfast and weekday happy hour. Comfortable facilities. Free parking. Great service, esp from Yolanda.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room exceeded what I expected. The complimentary breakfast and snacks were amazing. the staff were friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anybody and I will definitely go back

Room was comfortable with a full clean kitchen. Would be good for a long stay. Opposite a shopping mall with Home Depot, Marshalls, K Mart. Easy to get to the airport in 10 minutes.

first time at the Hyatt House and it was perfect. Social hour from 5 - 7 was a plus. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I will book again when in SFla.

A hotel with a convenient location surrounded by dining and shopping options- clean, roomy and well appointed rooms! Amazing stay.

Had everything we needed. Kitchen was nice. Had everything. Felt like we were at home.

Beautiful room and grounds. had issue with gate on a rainy night but was resolved quickly. all in all it was the nicest hotel ive stayed in in the area especially for the price. i stay at hotels in the area alot and this will be my new choice hands down

Always like Hyatt House because of full breakfast, comfortable room with full kitchen and lounge area and comp reception on weekday evenings. Could definitely use another elevator though, especially on cruise days.

The hotel was excellent. Very clean rooms and property. The staff was excellent and was very helpful. Free breakfast was delish. The only minor complaint I have was the wifi was not the best. But I would definitely stay there again. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was average. Executive suite ????? too small - had more space in Motel 6, would not stay a second night. Room 115 hand basin plug not working, clock not working. Did not see surrounding neighborhood, ignore response.

Near new facility. Spacious and well designed room. Generous breakfast buffet choices. Will definitely return again and again

One of the best hotels and staff I have ever had, and I have traveled a lot personally and professionally. We arrived at 9am and figured we would have to hang out until check in time for the day. The staff greeted us and gave us a room, offered us that mornings breakfast, etc. They arranged for multiple shuttles for us to get around the area as well as to help us get to the port for our cruise the following afternoon. Staff was so kind and welcoming! Rooms were great!! Full kitchen for making our meals. Stores are in walking distance if you want exercise instead of the shuttle. We walked to Big Lots and KMart to get items for the cruise, like water bottles and soda, that we could not fly with. Will be staying here again!!!!! Hyatt House will also be our choice hotel when traveling through out the country! I can not say enough great things about this hotel and the experience we had!!!

Best part: heated pool-loved it! Very nice hotel, overall. The down pillows may have aggravated my allergies. Although very comfortable, I will request alternative pillows next time. Elevators are slow. We stayed the night before a flight, which was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was recently built, The room we had was a one bedroom on the second floor. We had a kitchen with fridge. It comfortably fit our group of 4x. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was friendly and fast. 5Minutes from shopping and Food. Food options: TGIFridays, McDonalds, Burger King etc. Shopping is plentiful as Kmart Foot Locker Marshalls Ross and BJ's is near by for supplies. We picked up very cheap liquor at Bj's for our fun. Lastly, hotel has a good free breakfast and nice Mon-Thurs evening free wine and beer.

This hotes is just a good value, it is a little more expensive that your basic airport motels and still it makes you feel like you are staying at a 4 star resort.

We only spent one night there but we'd gladly stay there again. We've tried several of the other hotels in this immediate area and now have a new favorite. Only complaint was a shuttle driver who somehow didn't realize just how many passengers could possibly fit into the van he was driving. Had to wait for the other shuttle but only a few minutes so no harm actually done.

Stayed only 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. Was extremely happy with hotel- but you need to take a cab to get anywhere (activities, dinner, etc.). Friends stayed at comfort inn and cruise port across the street- felt like a third world country - very pleased that we didn't tag on to their reservation. ( not to mention Hyatt was half the price.). Airport shuttle was slightly irritating - you need to know what Hyatt you are going to because there is no organization between driver and desk. But overall great stay for an awesome price-

It's my favorite hotel in South Florida and thanks to Yolanda for the help on the shuttle guidance, for which I had to return a renting car back and she had the shuttle to come get me and guide my through the rental car terminal to get back exactly where I needed to be at in order to be picked up. Thanks

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience.I will try to visit again. In the breakfast area I did encountered wonderful workers. I gave them 5 stars for excelence in service. Their names were Gloria and Jean.Thank you so much again for making my travel exprience dificult to forget.

Lobby was cold, pool was warm.
