Hotel Aranjuez Cochabamba - كوتشابامبا

My daughter began her study abroad trip at this hotel. After an unpleasant experience on her flight over, she checked in and immediately was taken care of by Jose and his staff. Jose returned my email quickly and put my daughter's mind at ease. As a parent, I cannot express my deepest appreciation to this hotel. Their professionalism restored our trust in people. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially if you are traveling alone.

The Hotel Aranjuez was a perfect choice for our visit to Cochabamba. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and ideally suited for our needs. The public areas of the hotel are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The hotel is also in the process of renovating the guest rooms. Our suite had recently been redone and was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We were especially fortunate to have a room with a private terrace, which we highly recommend if you’re staying any length of time. The garden areas are open to all the guests and are well maintained. There’s even an outdoor pool. As nice as the facility is, it’s the people who truly make the place special. From the manager, Jose, all the way down through his staff, we were made to feel like part of an extended family. We highly recommend the Hotel Aranjuez for anyone visiting Cochabamba.

It's a lovely former hacienda so lots of elegance and charm. Private and secluded areas outside and inside where you feel like you're at an oasis. Highly recommend eating a meal in the lovely gardens near the pool - truly a tropical paradise. Staff are great especially Jose the manager who obviously loves his hotel since he's put a lot of his own equity into it. He was very helpful, interesting and fun and on top of everything. While I highly recommend this little jewel of a hotel, I would caution anyone who's a light sleeper to bring ear plugs. There's some noise from streets nearby and no white noise at all in the rooms to cover it, since there is no air conditioning or heating - it's just not needed! Also, because it's an older hotel you tend to hear noises from within the hotel itself but again it's not an excessive amount. Be sure to ask for extra towels and facecloths. There were no facecloths (a western must) and a single room only provides one bath towel and hand towel but they were nice quality.

This hotel was amazing! When you walk in, you feel that you are in a beautiful hacienda with tropical flowers and beautiful scenery. The service was wonderful and the staff always very helpful. The food was delicious and the breakfast is included in the price. We ate dinner several nights at the hotel and they had a nice mix of Bolivian meals as well as Western meals. The heated pool was great and the upstairs terrace was a peacful escape from the city. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

El hotel tiene una ubicacion privilegiada, estas a 5 cuadras de la Recoleta (sector de muchos restaurants y pubs), al lado del palacio Portales y a 2 cuadras de un buen supermercado. Muy buen desayuno, buena habitacion, buena atencion. A mejorar: Almohadas y cecador de pelo que no posee.

Clean and nice but over-priced. Overall staff members are o.k. but the front desk is not very kind. Maybe they are not comfortable with English. At first, I almost felt discriminated.

A cada rato encontrábamos una sorpresa, a cual más agradable, desde la música, los jardines con sus fuentes, la piscina exterior climatizada, rincones decorados con muy buen gusto, flores naturales diversas en salones y comedor. Lo único negativo del hotel es que no da ganas de irse!!
