Ibis Al Rigga - دبي

This is a typical low frills business hotel. An excellent location close to the airport, metro station and the industrial area. Good restaurants on the property as well as outside. Room price a little high for a low frills hotel.

Hotel is newer. Check-in was fast. Service was good. Located on Al Rigga street where a Hardees, Burger King, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphys, and Chilis are located. Close to the Metro for trips to City Center Mall or Mall of the Emirates. Love the area, and have stayed in other hotels on this street. The winter rates, however, are extremely high throughout Dubai. The Al Ibis, however, is very affordable, and is in great condition.

I enjoyed my stay.

The bed sheet was dirty so I had to ask them to change it for me upon arrival and next day they took out the dirty towel without putting any replacement.

Positives for the hotel are the proximity to the metro (just 200m away) and the surrounding area which is busy and full of supermarkets, entries, restaurants etc and also proximity to the Deira area (only a plus if you want to go there to shop though). The negatives are the lack of free Wifi in the rooms. Coming down to the lobby was rather inconvenient. Also I found the receptionists to be rather frosty as though it was a big deal to respond to questions and help their customers. Also, the room is quite small, though not a deal breaker for me as I consider hotel rooms to be where I sleep and not much more than that.

Room had stains on the carpet dry rot on one wall lights were faulty aircon was noisy water went off daily laundry was list fellow guests extremely noisey so what do you think the review is??? Give it a miss!!!! Not even close to value for money. Oh and reception answering calls from external callers was pot luck!!!!

What can one say? Room carpets stained, dry rot on one wall, constantly flickering light, aircon too too noisy, but less so than the fellow neighbouring guests, water turned off regularly, laundry goes missing, main switchboard not always answered. Does one need to say anymore?

was the most horrible hotel I stayed at. very bad location , very small room, no internet at room. the location is poor. not recommended.

Newer Hotel; great rates. Located on Al Rigga St which has numerous western fast food and restaurants. Near the Metro for runs to City Center Mall, Dubai Mall, and Mall of the Emirates. Complimentary wireless internet in the lobby was invaluable, especially since the surcharge for internet service in the room was very pricey. Good service. Nice small bar. Also, conveniently located next to Caribou Cafe.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND VERY COMFORTABLE AND ACCOMADATING . WILL RETURN AGAIN

Being a budget hotel, I did not expect any luxury to be available in the hotel. My expectations were - Neat & Tidy hotel, Well Connected. The hotel met my expectations in terms of the above. The rooms are small but are Value for Money (but then I have not stayed in Dubai much). Rooms are clean - bright in the morning. Bathrooms are small but clean and efficient (about the double the size of an airline washroom). The overhead lighting can be improved - there are only 2 lights (1 as you enter & 1 at the other end of the room). Amenities - Hotel has a gym, which was something I did not expect, has a coffeeshop & a bar. Did not use any of the amenities so can't comment. There is a vending machine for juice and water and ice machine. Breakfast - Its a buffet and is good however the price for the same is high. Staff - Staff are very courteous and helpful. They were able to help me with the directions to the places that I wanted to visit. Well Connected - 5-10 mins from the Al Rigga metro station, Its 1 stop away from the Deira City Centre and the Union Station, making travel easy during the rush hour traffic. Dislikes - No Free Internet, No WiFi (there is a wired connection at cost in each room) plus internet access in the lobby.

Nice Hotel, small rooms, no fridge, no safety box.

Ganske fint hotel brugte det til en enkel overnatning inden vi skulle videre på cruise.

요금은 객실크기나 시설대비 좀 비싸지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 관리시스템이 잘되있는 느낌을 받았습니다. 엘리베이터 시스템이 약간 불편한 것 말고는 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

Would recommend the hotel for friends. Very well mantained, basic hotel. Near the metro station (red line) so it's easy to different parts of the city and you are not forced to use just taxis. Of course it's not next to biggest sightseeing attractions and the neigbourhood isn't anything special but basic and there a couple of good restaurants nearby and also supermarkets etc.

Bedingt durch seine zentrale Lage, sind alle wichtigen Punkte durch U-Bahn und Bus schnell zu errreichen.

Prettig en centraal gelegen hotel. Voor ‘Dubaise’ begrippen niet het meest luxueuze hotel (geen zwembad) maar de kamers die geboden worden misstaan in een willekeurige andere wereldstad niet. Schoon en van acceptabele grootte. De inloopdouche is ook aangenaam. Het hotel is gelegen nabij het metrostation Al Rigga. Daarmee zijn ook andere delen van de stad (en alle grote shoppingmalls) eenvoudig te bereiken. Tip: koop op het station een OV-chipkaart (Nol) warmee eenvoudig met de metro en stadsbus gereisd kan worden.
