A must see place. You have to try it trust me even if you stay for two nights. You are in the middle of nowhere, a fishermen village,people are very friendly and nice. The hotel is new, you have a nice swimming pool facing the ocean, the owner and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and you have plenty of TV channels. The food is amazing: how often do you eat fish that has been caught by fishermen just in front of your eyes...very pleasant experience. We were buying the fish on the shoreline, for less than 5 dollars, you have more than 2 kilos. We gave it to the people at the hotel and they cook it for us...Nice place, definitely I will go back. I don't have to mention here that the sea is amazing (very clear water). Also you can have beer in the hotel, but it would be better if you bring your own booze.

The hotel is at an exquisite location overlooking the ocean. U wake up in the morning and u find the ocean staring at u from within the coconut trees. The stay at the Hotel was good, but it could have been much better. The staff was very very courteous, but we had to ask for everything ourselves. The linen wasn't as clean and there wasn't anyone to clean the rooms daily. Getting hot water was a problem. The location is sodeep inside that its really difficult if u r going there for the first time. Thanks to the lady from the hotel who directed us. The resort is 4km inside from the main road and its difficult to get autos or buses. Its better u have your own vehicle. The swimming pool still seems to be under renovation. The entire hotel was under renovation when we went. It is a little far from Kovalam, but is centrally located if u want to go one day to Varkala & one day to Kovalam. If u want to spend your entire time in Kovalam, this might not be a very preferred location.

We went for two night stay at this place. The serene and natural surroundings was the most captivating thing about this place which is a bit difficult to find in Indian resorts in this budget . The staff and owner made special efforts to make us comfortable and feel at home. He arranged a ride for us on fisherman's boat to go into the sea which was quite adventurous. Will specially recommend for people who wish to stay close to nature and enjoy the surroundings.

Kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, Besitzer sind immer ansprechbar, organisieren sämtliche Ausflüge, geben Tips. Wunderbare Küche. Nette Gäste und netter Service. Lage direkt am Strand. Langer schöner Sandstrand. Leider auch hier Plastikmüll etc. auf Grundstück und Strand. Hotel auf Reinigungs- und Wäschewechselwünsche ansprechen! Preise für das zusätzliche Essen vorher abfragen! Auf jeden Fall sehr wohl hier gefühlt, auch wenn einige Minuspunkte zu vermerken sind. Ein ruhiger Ort, um zu entspannen.

Hotel simple mais sympathique idéalement situé dans une palmeraie en bordure de la place. Tranquilité absolue, loin du traffic de la route principale qui Cochin à Trivandrum. La plage est superbe, quasiment vierge de touristes. Les seuls occupants sont les pêcheurs et les quelques rares familles locales qui viennent s'y promener. Le gérant/propriétaire de l'hotel est particulièrement prévenant vis à vis de ses hôtes. Il se fait un point d'honneur à faire découvrir la richesse de la cuisine locale qui est excellente. Finalement l'hotel possède un service de taxi ce qui est très pratique pour se rendre en ville. L'hotel en soi est de confort simple, mais correct.
