Wow what an amazing hotel, loved everything about it. The rooms are great, they are clean and very comfortable. Fantastic view of big Ben and the London eye. Staff were friendly.I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very helpful with information about the city. We went to one of the Theaters and got back kind of late at night and they had a late night room service. The staff was very professional and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

This hotel was excellent value, considering location and that it had a swimming pool. Employees were super-friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price for breakfast, it was unjustifiably high, had to go out every morning to get something and missed the buzz of sitting with other guests preparing for an exciting day.

We are so glad we stayed at this hotel since it's near beautiful sites, good food, and less traffic congestion than other locations. The hotel is beautiful, very modern, and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel whilst visiting family at St Thomas hospital and the location was perfect. We have enjoyed the restaurant when visiting on previous occasions. Now we have stayed in the hotle we would no hesitate to book again in the future. Many thanks

I stayed here in April 2012 with my girlfriend and had the best weekend in London, and I have been lots of times. The facilites were outstanding and the hotel overall is just amazing. The Location is the best in town and the Transport links to the underground and bus are minutes away, if not there are lots of cabs outside. I will be returning to this hotel soon.

My son and I stayed in a studio suite for 6 days and had a great time. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The room was plenty big enough for a small family, if the kids don't mind sharing a pull out sofa bed. Free wifi was fast and worked great in the room and in the lobby. The barhroom was clean and spacious, with plenty of counter space. One Small complaint is the lack of a dresser or drawers for clothes, but that's the only issue. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and modern hotel, so close to local amenities. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and have excellent facilities. We didn't dine at the hotel at all though as prices were unreasonably high, however there are plenty of local shops and cafes, and a short tube ride to an array of wonderful restaurants. We would highly reccommend this hotel for a short city break.

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is in an amazing location, I was only in London for 2 days and managed to walk to many major attractions from the hotel and jump on clsoe tube station for others. Defninitely Recommend.

Very nice hotel.Big clean room and hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. You can't ask for a better or more classic view. The hotel looks out towards Parliment. This is the view you have seen in every movie ever set in London. I will definetly try to stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in London.

Only stayed one night, in town for a show. Very good hotel, good staff, great room.

+ room is very good + nice breakfast - very big hotel --> long queue on reception; long queue for the breakfast room; impossible to enter the pool. Ok, we stayed over weekend, maybe it is better during the week - it is very close to Waterloo station, but access is quite difficult because there is no pedestrian crossing via big road that surrounds the hotel

Best hotel ive ever stayed at. Fantastic value too. Only gripe would be that the bed was abit uncomdortable and the Breakfast could be cheaper but thats it!

Given the location, one would have thought it would be noisy but, alas, it was the most peaceful hotels I've ever stayed in! It's the perfect place for unwinding and for conducting business! The staff were extremely polite and professional, the entire place was sparkling clean - one could eat from the floors of the bathrooms - and the restaurant & bar were excellent. It's just an amazing hotel - it compares favourably, if not much better, with the Hiltons worldwide. Can't wait to go back there!!!

This was a very comfortable modern hotel with good sized rooms. All the staff were very helpful, especially at reception. It was only let down a little with the queues at breakfast. The dining area was not big enough to accommodate the volume of guests. However staff worked hard to keep the flow going. However I would definitely stay here again.

One of the comfiest beds I've stayed in, with both a foam mattress and foam pillows. Very pleasant stay with an inviting pool (though can get quite overrun with children during the day at the weekends), steam room and sauna. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The only (minor) gripe is that breakfast was not included in the price. Recommended.

Beautiful, ideally situated hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to either Waterloo or Westminster tube station ( I would suggest Westminster due to construction around Waterloo). Our room had a wonderful view of Big Ben. Be aware though that there is no parking. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We ordered room service and the food was perfect. Excellent quality and brought precisely when we asked. We did have a problem with a faulty safe. They eventually had to drill it but they were apologetic and offered to move us to a different room. If you stay, do try the Mandarin Spa. I had an express massage there. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely and peaceful. Over all, the location is excellent, the staff exceptional, and the hotel itself beautiful and comfortable. We'll def stay there again.

excellent hotel. very well situated by the westminister bridge an tube station. although i found the prices absolutely ridiculous in the hotel itself. other than that 100% happy :D

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL TO CELEBRATE MY SISTER'S 40th BIRTHDAY. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. VERY FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE STAFF AND THE UPGRADE TO USE THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WAS A TRUELY DECADENT TREAT.

It was our first visit to London and the acomodations at the Park Plaza were much better than we anticipated. We upgraded our room to a top floor with a view of the Thames River and the Parliament / Big Ben, and had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and not noisy, even though it was completely booked. Great Lobby bar lounge, and although we did not dine at the restauarants we were told they were good. Location was fantastic! We will definitely return.

Excellent in every way plus reasonably priced

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of London Although we had paid for our accommodation in advance we had not so pleasant experience at the Reception and we did not get the deluxe apartments We paid for our daughters were put in a different floor To us which was not ideal for a family holiday

We stayed at this hotel for new year 2011. We found everything about the hotel to be first class. The staff were were very helpfull and friendly . Obviously this was a busy time for the hotel but the staff ensured that we had a great time. The hotel is located perfectly for visiting London's main attractions and the hotel took care of car parking for us. We rate this hotel 10/10 - highly recommended

Being a quite picky guest i found this to be a fantastic hotel. Great location, staff, restaurants. The cherry on the cake was the live music in the bar.- Great atmosphere! No dusty old piano player in sight! Will stay at this hotel again.

Great location and modern interior which is what I want from a hotel. All the staff very freindly and helpful from the reception, bar staff and concierge. If i had one complaint it was the pillows and the cost of breakfast., I prefer to have B & B rather than room only but the breakfast was over priced in my view. Will definately use this hotel when I visit London again.

Staying at the PP Westminster London hotel was the best choice I could've made to spend new year's eve! I got to experience the fireworks at the London's Eye just about a block or so from the hotel.

I stayed for one night and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. Central location of the hotel with friendly staff. Beautiful room (suite) with bathroom in the middle.

This hotel is very central and a good choice for New Years Eve if you want to see the fireworks. Would not recommend hotel restaurant - called 9/10 its supposed to be a Mitchelin awarded... but service is very poor and they then try and charge you for service. The bar is also very pricey so we only went the once

This was my last stop on my holiday and was fantastic, Service was fantastic, seconds away from station and great view of big ben out the window. Would defently stay there again.

Good value for money and great location. Nice breakfast. Changing area by pool needs some attention but would recommend.

Well run hotel with spectacular view of Houses of Parliament.Ten minutes walk to the National Theatre.We found the Hotel OK but then found it difficult to access until we sussed out the road.The check in took ages because there was a big queue but when we reached the desk check in was very swiftly dealt with.We never saw anybody to talk to so it seemed strangely cold and not welcoming but because we were only there for one night it was OK.We could have done without the housekeeper coming into our room at 8.05 to see if we had vacated
