Banyan Tree Courtyard - كاندوليم

The owner is one the most professional one I talked to in my travels around the world, or one of the smartest. The hotel did not meet any of my requirements and half of the web site claims. However, the owner, gave us a free night stay so we can find another hotel and complete refund- Wow. After some communication with him, he told me he had an accident so the hotel condition was suffering. He is back on his feet and I hope so will his hotel. Now the hotel: Linens were dirty, no claimed safe deposite box, no internet (broken?), special switch for Hot water without indication - so I had cold shower. It is a low cost hotel with no place to hide during the super hot period of the day. If you need it as a base for tours, a place like this could be OK after they fix it, if you want some R&R pay double and enjoy your stay.

I was so pleased with the first month of my stay in Goa at the Banyan Tree Courtyard, I decided to stay for the second month--fortunately there was room-- I have been very impressed with the friendly and efficient attention from all the staff and have been very well looked after. I feel more like an honoured guest in a private home, very relaxed and comfortable.

The location is perfect and walking distance from the beach. It is definitely a no frills hotel room (just a bed and a table) but it has probably the cleanest bathroom we've seen in India. Also, the hotel staff was really helpful and even walked with us to show us how to get to the beach. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it very much.

I decided to book 2 rooms in this hotel after doing lot of research on the hotels.com website, initially i thought this would be very simple hotel (a place to stay), however the experience was altoghether different when we reached here , it is a very cool place, i had been here with wife and my brother and his wife and we all enjoyed alot, people were nice(Manager, staff) , helpful, soft to talk and discuss (about places to visit in Goa), the breakfast , the quality of service was awesome, with small budget this hotel is a perfect place to stay, there were many options available when looking for hotel to stay in Goa ,also found cheaper hotel available but this was hotel I chose to stay after reading review and honestly i am happy that i made no mistake in selecting a room in this hotel.

The Banyan tree is a beautiful restored house, set on the doorstep of Candolim, not a quite location being in the heart of this, the room's are clean, and stylish. Breakfast was served in the garden, but there was no shade, great if you love the sun first thing. The staff were helpful, especially the manager, the pool was small but ok when noone else was around. We had a pleasant stay but only for a week.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, dadurch ist es z.T. recht laut! Unverständlich: Bauarbeiten am Hotel in der Hauptsaison ( Weihnachten / Sylvester ); kein Restaurantbetrieb! Sehr schöner Innenhof mit kleinem Pool, netter Garten.

Das Banyan Tree liegt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse, so ist es leider auch nachts nie leise. Zudem ist gegenüber eine Großbaustelle, die dank Flutlichtanlage früh morgens bis spätabends in Betrieb ist.

Dette hotel er bedømt ud fra hvad der ellers ligger i området. Det er ikke Hilton, men lille,hyggeligt og billigt,gåafstand til stranden er lidt lang,men så kan man jo bare leje en scoter.
