Yet another great stay at the DSO Dubai. New staff but the normal great service I have come to know.

Great staff.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Always pleased to help, and always with a smile on the face. The one thing that lets this hotel down badly, is the internet connection. Nightmarishly slow, and difficut to get some web pages, and impossible to get others. If this was improved, you could not fault this hotel.

The serenity of the atmosphere with respect to the hotel location was good for my rest away from home. A warm reception by hotel service providers.

Very impressed with the hotel. Very good service, clean room but minimal as you would expect from a Premier Inn. A great choice if you are looking to attend a concert at the Dubai Severns and want a cheap hotel. Thought the Bedouin restaurant served a great burger at a very reasonable price.

hotel was conveniently located for weekend activities in middle of nowhere"(Hamdan sports complex) . Breakfast not great - employees providing great service though. Sort of located between outlet mall and dubai mall...

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, family of four, with 2 young children. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. All You Can Breakfast for AED 55, children eat for free! Located off Emirates Road (311), 15-35 minutes by car from all major attractions. Rent a car if you decide to stay in and update your GPS with the right location of this hotel. Located in Silicon Oasis, however there are 2 more Premier Inns in Dubai. We arrived late at night at DBX, and spent 1 hour looking for this place. Reception staff helped us find the place over the phone! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay! We will come back again!

Stay was good but had to pay cash at the restaurant, could not sign off invoice against my room.

Well for those who have theire car in dubai this hotel is very recommended from me, it has his own parking, very quite surrounding, friendly staff very clean, i love the idea of putting 2 bottles of water with a water heater and nescafe and all this stuff for free. I just love it

It was pleased with the stay at this hotel. It's clean and the service staffs were excellent.The price is probably the lowest in Dubai. The location is far from town, however, there are daily buses in the morning that take to the Beach area and Metro Station in Business Districts and the Malls and pick you up at the end of the day. Save alot in taxi fares. There is also one-way bus in the afternoon to town. It costs 10 to $20 to get back to the hotel depends on where you are. I stayed there for 5 nights and it costed $265.00. Booked in Hotel.com and pre-paid for the reservation, otherwise the price is almost double. There was no other charges when I checked out. I would go back to this hotel again.

Great service. Welcomimg staff. Stay was excellent.

The quality of the hotel services, maitenance and house keeping personnel (Myra) performed an excellent job. Highly recommend this hotel to others who may be interested. The only issue had to do with the transportation, whereby there should be shuttle service to and from the airport, or at least a shuttle provided to take you to the metro bus to connect with the train/rail.

the stay was very nice, the hotel staff were friendly and i had a very good welcome, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel was very good and i would stay again on that pricipal, unfortunately the hotel was quite a distance from any location i needed to go which cost me time and money but overall i give the hotel the thumbs up.

When I was sleeping I was woken up by a member of staff entering my room. The room was too cold and every time I turned off the ac, it came back on again .

Major negatives for this hotel as the distance from town. Transport to and fro is time consuming if you want it to be cheap, which would be by using the bus to the metro and non from there. Alternatively if you want to save time a take a taxi it then costs much more. The hotel is so stand alone that once you get in there is absolutely nothing to do around it except maybe cycle, jog or go for lonely walks. Positives are that it is relatively cheap, but when you consider what you have to give up, I am not sure it compensates enough. The hotel is also clean, rooms decently sized and staff courteous and helpful.

Very good and I enjoy

Very little to find fault with this hotel other than the location which requires a 20 min drive to the nearest Metro. The quality was very high for the price and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'm now living in Dubai and the extended family will be staying here when they visit.

This hotel is located Emirates Rd, about 15km outside central Dubai. The car parking is underground and free and the bedrooms are comfortable enough, especially for a budget property. A good choice for those who are happy to be outside the busy areas of Dubai and who have transport available.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. it is close to Dubai Outlet Mall that must be visited at least once. it is accessible from the Emirate Expressway.

Not nearly enough parking on the premises. Apart from that an excellent well kept budget hotel.

i had a course near the hotel and this is why the location is good plus they have what i need exactly a very good bed, cabient, bathroom, and refrigerator plus a shuttel for my location and TV internet free TAxi always avalible

Stayed here for 2 nights after long flight from sydney. Really good friendly welcome from staff and found this the same throughout stay. There is a bar in the hotel and a reasonable menu in the bar and adjoining restaurant. Rooms spotless with the usual premier inn standard Continental breakfast was good at dms 35 but couldnt face the hot buffet with the usual chicken sausage and turkey bacon. You have to remember that this is after all a muslim country. Only downside is the location which to be honest we knew about from other reviews. It is a good way out from the city with nothing in the local area. What you need to consider though is the low room rate as opposed to city hotels. A couple of taxi rides a day at a approx 45 /50 dms isnt an issue. Taxis are readily available outside with no usual hotel add on rate. Overall a good stay thanks

This hotel is like a Hampton Inn in the US - no frills, bellhops etc. The service in the restaurant was blah. The rooms are blah, but very clean. But it's one of the cheaper Dubai hotels and very, very clean. The location is remote. Don't come here on a vacation.

Hotel is cheap, clean, very helpful hotel team, however room was very tiny (at least our room). Hotel location is far from everything and very tricky to reach the hotel location. The road in front of the hotel doesn't have a entrance toward the hotel, so you have to go another 2 kilometers to take a U turn to come back to hotel, very strange! Time to wake up for hotel management or Dubai road planner!

Good hotel but really far from any nearby market and mall. Though hotel provides the bus shuttle but timings aren't flexible per someone need and you have to acquire a taxi. Restaurant in the hotel is outsourced so all payments will have to be given at the same time you have meal there. Staff is cool, local people who came there are decent too and not like others hotel at bur Dubai. If you are good with hiring taxi every time and wanted to explore Dubai, go for this hotel. Rashidiya is the nearest metro station so it's a game.

If you are driving to this hotel it can be difficult, but I think it is worth it. Great staff, great value, and the rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable.

Je reviens de mon voyage de dubai, l' Hôtel est a 20 minute du centre de dubai , au calme, mieux vaut avoir louer une voiture. Le personnelle est très sympas, souriant accueillant, a l’accueil il y a une personne qui parle français donc un plus super aimable. Les chambres climatisees avec la wifi gratuite ( qui part et qui reviens mais bon c'est déjà ça), la chambre est conforme aux photos que l'on peut voir sur le site. Ne pas pas oublier de vous procurer un adaptateur pour les prises de courant, mais au niveau du bureau il y a 2 prises et on peut brancher directement notre appareil cela fonctionne, il y a également un petit frigo avec une bouilloire. Possibilité de se faire livrer les repas dans la chambre si on le souhaite, Il y a une piscine + petite salle de sports surveillé par gars très gentil, et qui est là dès qu'on a besoin de quoi que se soit. Nous avons passer 8 jours super dans cette hotel

prima! let wel. Je hebt een huurauto nodig. Het hotel ligt toch zo'n 25 kilometer van Dubai stad af. Dus met huurauto is het perfect te doen. Hotel zelf heeft trouwens een shuttlebus die iedere dag naar de stad rijdt.

Hotellet er veldig koselig. Ligger et stykke unna Dubai (20-30 min) veldig hyggelige mennesker som er svært hjelpsomme! Anbefales :)

Vietimme hotellissa viikon.Hotelli oli hyvä, siisti ja puhdas. Palvelu oli aina ystävällistä.Hotellin aamupala oli erinomainen ja lapsille ilmainen.Hotelli sijaitsi kaukana keskustasta, mutta ilmainen bussikuljetus oli plussaa ja taksit olivat halpoja joten tämä ei meitä häirinnyt.Suosittelisin hotellia mikäli taksilla tai vuokra autolla kulkeminen ei ole ongelma.

The staff was friendly, the hotel quite nice, rooms were clean with good shower. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but does have a free shuttle to the beach (daily at 9:30 with return at 15:45). It is 45 min from Jumeirah beach. It also has a shuttle to one of the Malls and the nearest metro station (11:00) and 19:30. The pool on to pof the hotel is very small, it has 8 bed and 8 chairs for all the guests. The water in the pool was too warm for me. The airport shuttle works perfect but is 100 dirham, where a taxi is just 40 dirham!! The wifi worked but was very unstable on the Iphone, you had to keep on logging in all the time. I had a great deal with a stay for about about 33 euro's a night which was a very good deal, If I had to pay full price I'd rather stay in a hotel closer to the citycentre.

Helt passe. Hotellet er brukt av arbeidere som arbeider på industriområdet like ved. Det var stamgjestene både i baren og hotellet generelt. Hyggelig service, og et gjennomsnittlig godt hotell. Langt fra sentrum.
